Ratonera de buena ubicación

El ambiente era tranquilo y muy seguro, además de la ubicación esta muy bien!

En las fotos para tomar la decisión de la habitación, no aparecía la habitación que nos tocó era un cuarto de 3 x3 metros como máximo, nos golpeábamos con la base de la cama, es una ratonera.

cute gem in the middle of the city

cute quaint little gem where you get the best of city centre and colonia Americana. the staff was always kind and helpful, specially Ms. Lupita. The neighborhood is walkable and various food and drink options within walking distance, or a bus stop across the park. there is a safe and a mini bar

4 stars is a stretch: - the stairs are steep and narrow - the room confirmation is awkward, feels like gym showers. - the walls are paper thin, I would not recommend for business travel - the closet+desk space is limited - no restaurant in the premises - the safe did not work

Staff was friendly, room was nice.

There were tables and chairs outside the rooms. People were constantly hanging out and talking outside my room, and the door had no sound privacy. The jacuzzi did not get very hot.

Good location, but if you need to have video meetings or want to in I would not stay here.

The location and it was aesthetically pleasing with a shower that worked properly. Also, they were very kind on my birthday and gave me a small bottle of wine.

I did not like that music was playing all over the property and I asked several times to turn it down or off. One time they did and the other times they did not. Also, the same songs played over and over and over and I was trying to work remotely and one time while sick and trying to sleep in the music started blaring at 9:30 AM. I’ve stayed at many properties over the years in MX and this was very odd to have music playing very near guests room. I think if they sound proof the windows it could really help,

the price and location were really good. Rooms with only double bed are small so I would recommend booking twin rooms even for a couple as they have more room in shower and toilet. Host do t speak English well but are still super helpful.

liked the uniqueness of the property design. good location.

Room didn’t feel clean. It had what looked like a lot of mold and mildew on the ceiling over the shower area. The room smelled of mold and the window was not accessible to open. My room also didn’t have any towels for the shower-I had to take from my friend’s room.

Dirty, Smelly and Noisy, Won't ever stay here again.

The place is a renewed home, It's fairly cute when you walk in, they have a nice entrance and the common areas are decent, but the charm ends when you get to the room, such a disappointment

The minute I walked into the room I noticed a disgusting humidity smell, there was a dirty towel hanging on the door of the shower, and when I turned on the AC, the smell started to get worse which makes me think the filters haven't been cleanned in a while, they hang the duvets of the beds on a balcony to dry which doesn't look any pleasing. And the cherry on the top, the doors of the rooms are just a thin metalic sheet on a metalic structure, the sound travels through and i could listen to the conversation and noises of the people staying at the room next door untill 3:30 AM as if they were inside my own room. Definetly not a good option if you're looking for a peaceful and clean place to rest.

The jacuzzi in the garden and the friendly staff definitely key points. They were Extremely helpful as they made a Laundry for me. The interior are nice and the room definitely comfy even if small.

...not much. Maybe the room is a bit small but that was ok. cleanliness could be slightly improved but definitely had basic satisfying standards.
