Great service, ample accommodations.
Chapalita neighborhood is great!

It was clean.
Non of our rooms had windows - a bit claustrophobic.

Location, Staff, Bed, MiniBar and Snacks
Terrible Wifi, the staff was nice and tried to give me another network but did not work.
Due to this I do not recomend if you need any Wifi at all.

Location, facilities, and price were all good. The room was quite nice, spacious, with a big bathroom and AC. Walking distance to anything you like. Wifi was good for streaming Netflix but not strong enough for a video call I had for work.
The only reason this place loses points is for the "breakfast" (see picture). It's not a breakfast, it's a muffin. And yogurt if you're still hungry after the muffin. My advice is don't advertise "breakfast included" in the room when it doesn't even qualify as a basic continental breakfast which usually includes fruit, toast, jam, cold cuts, cheeses, etc. There's a sign at reception saying if you want a real breakfast you get 15% off at the cafe nearby, so they obviously know guests won't be happy with it. Why advertise it then disappoint people?
The lack of food ruined our morning schedule because we had a tight timeline for meetings. I had to go buy breakfast & work at the cafe, and my partner had to leave for work and just went hungry until much later in the day.

No control with the guests. Too much noise at nights. Looks like theres no rules.

Everything was walking distance. Restaurants, bakeries coffee shops. The hotel was very secure you had to buzz in to get in. Staff is friendly.
There was no coffee available but they did mention they would have breakfast available next time we came back in March because We plan on returning that’s how much we liked it.

Great location! Really nice staff and customer service!
Water pressure and temp regulation in the shower needs to be improved

Friendly staff, clean room, great location... walk to world class restaurants.

Location is wonderful. Near very elegant dining and walkable parks. Our first room was next to the restaurant and was very noisy but Oscar kindly moved us to the quieter side of the building.
My only real issue is that some of the photos were misleading. For example, the pictures showed that there is a rooftop lounge area (which, during Covid is a major perk with so little personal space available during the pandemic). In reality this was still heavily under construction with chicken wire, dry wall and debris strewn about. But they are definitely in the process of making it very stylish and hip and for the $ (or at least the price I got the room for) it was a decent option. That said, I would stay here again. I would just wait until the place is finished to reflect the amenities pictured.

The locación is great, the staff super nice, the room was really spacious and very clean! Totally worth it
The hotel is next to a restaurant, and I got the room that was closest to, so the noice is a little bit loud till 12:30 am, just request a room further :)
