The location was ideal. The beach, walks and town were in easy access, i.e. a few yards away. The cottage was comfortable and homely.
Really can't fault it.

Very comfortable cottage. Clean and well equipped
Great location for beach and facilities.
Perhaps some larger drinking glasses for drinks would be a suggestion.

No instructions at all regarding use of cooker, no local map or instructions re nearest shops etc. ( We dont all use phones for directions! ) Kitchen was not well equipped - no storage containers, no bowls for microwave cooking or serving, no citrus squeezer..... Oven had not been cleaned, there is black mould in shower which needs attention. small outside 'courtyard area' had not been swept, table was dirty with a dirty glass on it. Hanging basket and window box devoid,of flowers. No kerb appeal at ALL! TV remote was not working, we had no Internet connection, they knew dishwasher was broken...... The owners are not local, Martin was courteous and tried to help on day 1, Derek was rude and really didn't care at all about problems.

The location was excellent close to the beach, bars, shops and local restaurants.

Size of second bedroom. It was tiny! Calling it a twin, even if there are two beds, is a stretch.

Location was great ! Very clean and cosy would definitely go back there.
The electric shower wasn’t too great for showering needed more pressure.

Location close to town centre.Cottage spotless.Would recommend to all my friends.Nice peaceful location even though was close to main Aberdeen/Inverness road.As we smoke seats outside were ideal for our terrible habit.
Did not mention cottage had stairs. I suffer from spinal stenosis and need sticks to walk.On saying that i found them easy to get up and down.I mentioned this in case anyone else disabled might not know about them.

The stairs and landing were unsuitable for the elderly or small children

Great location
Extremely comfortable
Well equipped
Found shower floor slippery. Felt needed a rubber mat if required.
Chest of drawers in small bedroom difficult to access - perhaps needs a wall shelf.
No reading light by bed in small room.
Could have done with one or two more microwave bowls.
These are fairly small points but would make the cottage PERFECT!!! 😊
