Had a great time at apartment Kuzman but would not return due to the location. Too far from old town.

The view from the balcony was amazing. Spacious apartment.

The location of the apartment. Lots of stairs to get to it , you are literally exhausted by the time you reach it and the parking is not by the building but rather up on the main road(magistrala).

Superb

The view is breathtaking, unreal! The hostess Mrs Marija was so kind and informative ..she gave us the best advice and we could keep in touch if we needed anything.

The steps are uncountable, and it's not so easy going up and down everyday if you have toddlers and babies.

Amazing hospitality with an even better view.

the view from the apartment was amazing. the owner greeted us and was very helpful with loads of information. the apartment was clean and had everything we needed with plenty of towels.

there are a lot of steps up to the apartment and would not be suitable for people with young children.

The view is very good if you don’t mind the stairs. It is challenging!!! The host is very helpful and responded very quickly to our request. She was willing to offer a discount as the air conditioning was not working

The room is a bit old. Air conditioning was not working and was dripping. We needed to request a fan. Oven is not working too. They said it’s a two room apartment but one of the rooms is actually in the living room, no privacy.

beautiful view, quiet, free parking, friendly hostess, plenty of space and amenities

many steps to the old city. It is only 10-15 minutes walking down but it is a strenuous walk back in the heat so plan accordingly.

Great location and comfy apartment. Not for persons with restricted mobility owing to ++steps.

The location was outstanding with fantastic view over the old town and sea. The apartment had the basics covered and was comfy enough for 2 of us. The balcony is great. You are able to park which is a bonus.

There was close to 100 steps up to the car to collect luggage and a further 470 steps to the old town. Fortunately this was not a major issue for me but for some this could be very problematic.

It is a little bit hard to get into the room. Key and door lock sometimes do not work well.

I definitely recommend it and I will come back to stay there.

We loved the apartment, especially the view and the reception of the owner,she is very helpful and kind.Excellent communication.

The stairs to access the city are difficult for those who do not have physical conditioning, there are several steps. But that doesn't stop you from staying in the apartment because we have the option to take an Uber for 45 kunas. The view from the room is magnificent.

the stairs to get to the apartment. Book uber from city center is cheap (45 kunas) and avoid going upstairs to the apartment I almost died. Dubrovnik is full of stairs so expect to awalk a lot up and down

Very good

The view is indeed spectacular. Warm welcome from the Host. Instant contact and availability in case of any need. Kitchen utensils and cutlery available. Welcome beer in the fridge.

Only cold water in the kitchen tap, not very helpful for washing dishes. The appartment (including bathroom) is relatively cold. While this is probably very good for the summer, in May, with 13-15 degrees Celsjus outside at night, it was quite cold in there. Bed linen and pillows of average quality.

Our host was very friendly, she did everything to make us comfortable. The view from the Apartment 1 is amazing. If you want to have this view from the balcony you should book apartment no. 1, the other apartments have no balcony and maybe not this view on Dubrovnik.

The apartment could have some updates, the kitchen missed some equipement like a microwave and normal knifes where missing. The beds were squeeky and our tv had a very bad connection to the antenne and only a few basic channels. The towels where very hard and you need to bring your own soaps etc. I think, comparing to better equiped apartments, the price could be a little lower. It's the view to Dubrovnik which makes some things up because that's amazing, only for this you pay the price of climbing lot's of stairs. Even from the parking it would not be easy for older people, or people with kids, to reach this apartment.

Amazing view but a little bit outdated

The host was really nice and helpful. She even brought us fresh vigs from her garden. Amazing view of the old town and the sea.

The kitchen was not wel equipped. The bed was to hard and squeaky. The furniture was outdated.

Very nice apartment with an outstanding view on the old city, the best view we found, the terrace is also really nice to enjoy it ! The host is lovely, I recommend !
