Hôtel au dessus de nos attentes

La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée. Elle est décorée avec goût et de manière moderne. La vue est incroyable. Chambre très propre. Le personnel est à l'écoute et très serviable

Hotel 5 estrellas bastante gastado

El hotel esta en una loma, la ubicacion es un tanto apartada pero es una buena ubicacion. El desayuno y el servicio son muy buenos, si bien las instaciones de la piscina un poco pobres, sobre todo por que hay una zona que solo puedes usarla si tienes reserva. La habitacion tiene buen tamaño sin embargo estab bastante castigada, con moqueta y no muy limpia. El servicio de habitaciones un tanto pobre tambien, dejamos basura para recoger y hasta dos dias despues no nos lo recogieron. Para un 5 estrellas, la experiencia no corresponde con la calidad-precio que ofrecen.

El servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones es rapido, pero pobre.. hay moqueta en todos los sitios y esta bastante sucia. El hotel cuenta con una piscina/bar relativamente pequeña y otra para niños en una zona en la que debes reservar para acceder... Es verdad que el acceso al mar es estupendo y igual eso justifica unas instalaciones tan pequeñas pero no faltan amacas disponibles. Para cenar, hay un paseo de 15 min de bajada, donde hay 3/4 restaurantes de hotel bastante caros y luego una zona con mas restaurantes de batalla que tampoco son baratos. Si quieres variar a los dias has de coger el bus o el coche y ir al centro.

"Gutes Hotel ohne Herz & Seele"

Die Lage des Hotels, die Badelandschaft, die Liegeplätze am Meer, die Lobby, die Größe des Zimmers.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals (je "wichtiger", umso unfreundlicher; positive Ausnahme die Dame beim Frühstücksempfang; Negativbeispiel der Barkeeper in der Lobby-Bar), das Lichtkonzept (zu grell beim Essen oder in den Lounge-Zonen), gar keine (Hintergrund-/Lounge-)Musik. Die fehlenden, guten Vibes müssten von der Führung vorgelebt und vom Team eingefordert werden. Hier grüßt manchmal der Gast zuerst.

Demi pension à fuir, qualité du buffet du soir vraiment très mauvaise Hôtel très froid Pas de place de transat disponibles autour de la piscine, personne pour vous aider à en trouver. Piscine très froide. Sol glissant, mon fils de 5 ans est tombé deux fois Une 2ieme piscine plus adaptée aux enfants mais les sièges autour sont réservés aux clients ayant payé les chambres les plus chères, expérience très désagréable Personnel de piscine inexistant Hôtel assez peu décoré et froid. Des extérieurs avec une vue magnifique mais sans âme Des restaurants aux prix prohibitifs mais avec une piètre qualité Quelques membres du personnel agréables mais globalement on ne se sent pas les bienvenus Un sentiment global d’hostilité et de malaise dans cet hôtel jamais ressenti auparavant. Pour moi un hôtel qui n’est pas familial, et qui devrait s’assumer comme tel. Très compliqué de se baigner avec les enfants dans la mer, pas de plage il faut s’y jeter depuis les rochers.

Fantastic Honeymoon

Great location with a direct route to the old town. Clean, tidy, well thought out. Nice bars and restaurants to relax and enjoy your food and drinks. Comfortable room. Complementary prosecco as it was our honeymoon. Spa facilities on site were good too.

Drinks were a little pricey.

Great place to stay if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of the town for your whole stay. Offers the easy ability to

The pool areas and the ability to be able to swim off the rocks in the sea. No need to lay on a pebble beach when there are sun loungers inches from the waters edge. Good food and great drinks service. Amazing views from our room with beautiful sunsets directly from our balcony. Bus to Old Town at the door leaving every 15 minutes and only a 10 minute ride away.

The bathroom and wardrobe were a bit small but that’s being really picky

An excellent base for exploring Dubrovnik.

Wonderful sea views on a headland with Dubrovnik Old Town just a short bus ride away. Staff were lovely and very efficient and the public areas and our room were spotless.

The bar and main lounge were large and a little soul-less.

Brilliant place to stay in beautiful Dubrovnik

Perfect suit with stunning sunset view. Fantastic breakfast. Near to fancy Lapad district. Bus stop right in front hotel entrance! We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Maybe spa zone could have more facilities. The rest is perfect

Odmor za dušu uz vrhunsku uslugu, lokaciju, mir i idealno vrijeme. Osoblje nasmijano i srdacno.

Izvrsno, dorucak, vecera, spa, bazen. Osoblje preljubazno, vedro i usluga i lokacija. Executive room sa poklon iznenadjenjem, pogledom na more. Ali naglasak na osoblje i osmijeh. Zasluzuju nagrade.

Malo šale. Moglo je bit ljeto :) i iste cijene. A bazen vanjski grijani i slani. Al proljece je bilo suncano.

Everything about this place was great! Almost gave it a perfect 10/10 BUT on our last night the buffet dinner was shocking :( we had it on the first night we stayed and it was the best buffet weve ever been to , so dissapointed with how bad it was on the last night , other then that everything else was perfect great place to stay.

Pros and cons

The proximity to the sea. The restaurant on the ground floor. Check in and check out the were easy.

The carpet in the rooms and corridors. For a five star hotel in a country that loves coffee, the complimentary coffee in the room shouldn't be instant. There should be complimentary bottled water in the rooms. On the first day during breakfast, None of the staff offered us coffee, I had to go and grab the coffee kettle off of the hot plate myself. Breakfast was average.

Absolutely Fabulous despite the air con complaint

Very friendly staff, amazing smelling reception area, stunning views from the room balcony and most importantly how the management dealt with a complaint regarding the air conditioning in the room, which was escalated finally and then treated very seriously by upgrading the room and a wonderful dinner courtesy of the hotel.

The hotel dealing with the air condition problem in the room sooner so not to cause the uncomfortable temperatures when trying to sleep at night. Room service options could be better too.

Nice hotel, with a lovely pool area.

The pool area was lovely and the fact that you could go swimming in the sea from the cliffs was amazing. The hotel was at a great location in our opinion, not far from the Old Town. The room was nice with a beautiful view from the balcony.

Would had expected more of the food in the restaurants considering the prices. The restaurants had beautiful views but the food did not meet our expectations. Also the gym was very small and it would have been nice to see some photos of it when booking.

Lovely location. Good service from staff but they need to improve standard of cooking.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was cleaned every day.

The standard of food wasn't up to a 4 star hotel. At breakfast the plates were cold for hot food. One morning my tea was lukewarm. The buffet at night (30 euros for 3 courses) was not great. Starters were OK but main course was poor. The fish and meat were dry and no sauce to go with them. The puddings were sickly and synthetic. Very disappointing.

Absolutely phenomenal hotel. We could have just stayed here for days. The food and drinks were great (especially the breakfast!), beautiful entrance into the sea, and exceptional facilities and staff.

Ideal location; amazing Croatian hospitality.

The staff were superb and could not have been more friendly and helpful. They know how important tourism is to the region, which shows their willingness to make it a great stay. Staff training was first class. The location is also just perfect. Accessible bus (No4) into the Old Town and a fantastic place to run back to when the heat and bustle of Dubrovnik get too much. Spoilt for choice; do I swim in the clear sea, an outside pool with a bar or a beautiful and quiet inside pool with hot tubs, a sauna and a steam room? The Palace sits on a peninsula, with every room looking out to the Adriatic Sea with stunning views. Waking up every morning to that view was worth every penny.

The food was the only thing that fell below 5*. The meat was overcooked and the food was trying too hard (too many mixed flavours), which was a shame because it was served so well by the staff.

At the prices charged one would expect water to be provided instead of having to buy from minibar. The note about not putting your Own drinks in the Minibar jarred. I do not like showers in baths which don't have rails for support.

Amazing and friendly staff. Beautiful view and nice modern and comfortable hotel room and facilities. I wanted for nothing. Food in the restaurants on site is actually reasonably priced and very tasty. Would definitely stay again if returned to Dubrovnik. Stayed for 3 nights. Also indoor spa, indoor pool and outdoor pool are all nice. Wifi high speed.

Amazing views and sunset.

The views are amazing. The breakfast was good and housekeeping staff were very good. The indoor pool facilities are very good.

The pool areas are very crowded and the swimming area is very restricted. There are no outdoor showers available close to the sea. Bring a red flag beach is not ideal.
