About this cabin rental

This is a one room rustic cabin. It has a full size bed. It has heat and air condition. Lots of shelf space. It has a fridge and microwave. A small desk and chair. There is a campfire ring outside.

There is no bathroom but showers and bathrooms are on site. Bed linen is not provided so please bring you own.

This cabin is located on Miners Camping located next to the Crater of Diamonds. You could walk to the park.

The cabin is cute and at a great location in the park. However, IT DOES NOT HAVE A BATHROOM IN THE CABIN AS DESCRIBED! There is a public bathroom in walking distance. No dogs allowed, and with trailers parked around the cabin - with weird vibe giving humans living in them - we blocked the door and slept with one eye open. There were big spider webs in the corner's, wasp nest at the entrance, Overall, not a great experience and thankfully only two nights.

Very friendly owners/managers of the property. Cabin is very close to Crater of Diamonds, which made the daily commute very quick.

Not a bad place to stay if you go in with proper expectations. Be aware when they say restrooms across the road, they mean across the highway. Road noise is a bit loud as cabin is right by the highway. Think of it as a glorified tent and you'll not be disappointed. Bath house is a little old and run down (like most of the campground it's in), but serves its purpose. Is really close to crater of diamonds, but unless you like hiking, it's a little far for walking. Good enough for a cheap place to stay.

This property is little more than a small lot with a bunch of old campers, with trash and tarps all around. There are a few "camping sites" that are barely bigger than a parking spot, and a couple "cabins" that are like falling apart garden sheds. I booked a "cabin", expecting low key, basic, rustic camping. What I got was duct tape around the door frames, duct tape covering holes in floor, electric wires taped together, gas line for heater ran out onto porch disconnected. The community bathroom was moldy, filthy, walls peeling, tp strewn about. I left as soon as I took stock of the place. No communication from owner at all on the app, except to leave me a 1 star review for not staying.

The cabin was very cute and it's in a little circle community of other cabins and campers. The people that live there for extended periods of time are really nice, it's a miner's camp right up the road from Crater of Diamonds. You have to cross the road to get to the restroom center (it's like a lake community bathroom) but the road wasn't all that active that you had to worry about it. Plus, there are local kitty cats that like to make new friends, so if you have kiddos or like animals you'll have a treat! We had a fantastic time. There's a mini fridge and microwave, shelving, and a small card table by the window/seats on the porch for morning coffee in the tree grove. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay, really cute place!

Junky place. Live in residents only 1 cabin for guest. Air did not work. Bathroom was disgusting. After arriving and lookind at this place we decided not to stsy and found better accommodations.

Ratty, dirty, old dilapidated tralers all around and musty, hot, dirty with bugs. They do not have an attached bathroom. It is across the road. They also do not supply pillows, sheets or blankets.

Everything was as described. Cabin was fine, location was beautiful and even tho you are close to diamond mining entry, its rather far to be walking by the time you get to that area. The property was as expected for woods like environment, the pleaple were nice so all in all, no complaints....had a good stay and will go back.

The lawn could have been more maintained. It was way taller than it should have been. And to many full time residents with to much clutter. But over all we had a great holiday. Peaceful and relaxing. .

We very much enjoyed our stay. Bob, one of the owners, was a great next door neighbor, so friendly, and a wealth of information about diamonds, rocks, and the mine. Very close to the diamond mine state park. Facilities aren't fancy, but sufficient for a home base to access the mine.

We wanted someplace quiet to be alone with nature and each other. The scenery was beautiful and the cabin was simple and clean so we didn’t have to worry about anything else but having a good time.

This cabin is a rustic "diamond in the rough" place to stay. The location to the Diamond Crater Park is excellent, 6 minutes walking. The miner's that live on location were very kind in really informative about diamond mining. The cabin has its own picnic table & fire pit. The cabin itself was cozy and very clean with an incredible air conditioner. I loved the stay there, thanks

Everything at the cabin was exactly like the ad said it would be best was comfy had a heater and air conditioner refrigerator and microwave we needed nothing else. Check in check out process was easy and I will definitely be returning to this cabin on my next trip here

Cozy little cabin that met all our needs. Had everything we needed to be comfortable (A/C and space heater, mini fridge and microwave). Bring your own bedsheets! Does not have a coffee maker, so just come with instant coffee and you’ll be set. Bathroom and shower is shared with other campers, so come with a towel, shampoo, etc. It’s about 1/2 mile from diamond crater state park so very convenient.

We arrived just before it got dark and were shocked at the park in which the "cabin" was located. The photo made it look like it the cabin was in a nice little woodsy area, not a trailer park that was very run down and "shady" looking. And to top it off, there was no direction for where the restroom was and we found it across the street, not very close to our cabin. There was no porch light on the cabin and the light at the restroom only came on when I was close. Thankfully, I had my headlamp since I had to get up 3x during the night to use the restroom. I'm very disappointed and felt deceived by the listing.

We went to Murfreesboro to check out the diamond mind. Spur of the moment trip, and no cabins were available when we arrived. It’s quite a ways away to the Walmart but bought a tent and camped for a few days until the cabin was available. The property has been there for a while, so it’s dated, but was clean and smelled like bleach in the women’s restroom/shower facilities. Primitive living, but we signed up for the experience. The permanent residents were very kind and welcoming to us, and I would stay here again ( and hope to in the future ). Thank you to the locals for their kindness and generosity in sharing their knowledge and lifestyle with us. Great trip! Best to all of them from the Florida couple!
