This is an $90 fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees. If the LIV office is closed, you will need to drive up to the gate. On the keypad, there are instructions for contacting security on call; they will come to the gate. You will be registered and security will allow you through the gate for the night. You will need to go back to the LIV office the next morning to check in. They will provide you with vehicle passes and amenity bracelets.
NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please get in touch with us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

Loved the location. My son and husband fished off the back porch every morning and evening. We even saw dolphins. One of the rooms is a little dated and had a noisy mattress which was slightly annoying but the other room was extremely comfortable. Will definitely book again when we come to town.

Place was very dusty windows and glass doors seemed the have never been cleaned the front entry wasi dirty my personal opinion paid to much I let them know and supposedly they were gonna send someone to check it out cause air was not working well no one ever showed up

It was ok there were ants in kitchen and side door not secure at all. Restroom had a musty smell. 2nd bedroom needs a lot of updating it was very small. Washer and dryer did not work.

The spot was perfect and so was the house! The only thing is with little kids, you might want to install gates going towards the pier, we almost had a couple of accidents. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

This was our 2nd time staying there. It was great up until we tried to wash our clothes the dry broke on is and we probably got blam for it and it was already old to beginning with and we probably got charged for it that was very disappointed for us

Our stay was heavenly. It was right off the channel. The community is quiet and people are friendly. The staff is very nice and the vacasa staff was awesome.

Just what I was looking for!
It’s not fancy but it was at the right location, clean and comfortable. If you’re staying here you might need more towels and better pillows. The only other thing is if you’re a light sleeper there’s a motor some sort that turns on at 6 am. It didn’t bother me but it did wake up my wife. Other than that we had a great stay!

Great Get Away!
I stay here regularly. This is my home away from home. Its has everything. Great location, fishing from the deck or dock. Very peaceful.

My husband, infant daughter, and I decided to stay in Port Isabel for a few days and are so happy we found this house! Super clean, Fantastic patio, amazing views! Loved everything and will definitely come back!!!

beautiful view of main channel
nice views of the main channel from both inside and out. you see dolphins in the main channel switch ming by and occasionally feeding for 10-15 minutes at a time. Quiet neighborhood. Covered patio was great with shade in the afternoon. Pack mosquito repellent.

Angler’s Dream
It was awesome! The place was peaceful , clean and bright. The community is very friendly . I am a beginner Angler. Sitting on the deck and fishing anytime I wanted too was a most relaxing time. I saw some dolphins, sea turtles and pelicans. These are only a few of the natural habitants of Port Isabel. I had a great night sleep every night. I am definitely going back there.

Great place to stay beds could be more comfortable and maybe repair some places in the floor that are a little soft but we had a great time enjoyed the view

Cute little home right on the water. Has a nice sized dock. We brought our kayaks and saw dolphins close by near sunset time. Comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again and love booking through Vacasa

Port Isabel is great!!
Positives:
Location was great. Was able to see dolphins and a lot of seabirds. Quiet and peaceful. Floor plan of home was excellent.
Negatives:
Older and more faded than expected. Appears lamination on floors is curling. Fabrics more faded than expected. Wheels on dining chairs don't roll. Desk Chair covering was shedding and leaving black vinyl material all over the floor.

Minor things of note: the kitchen counters and refrigerator are on a slant. Needs structural work. But, everything worked and wasn't a problem. More minor: trash bags too small for trash can so they were useless.
