Good for a short stay.

Nice older hotel. Not maintained on the outside as well as it could be. Also, had to call for the office to show up. Rooms are nice and clean. Cleanliness rating = 100% with a UV flashlight.

Outside deck not maintained as well as it should be. No one there for check-in.

This was a two day stop on our way to Cody Wyoming, this gave us a chance to see the things in and around Sturgis

Stayed for a couple of nights on a motorcycle trip. Great location for touring the area.

Great location and really friendly and helpful staff. The motorcycle wash cloths were a nice touch. Comfortable bed.

This is a great little place to make a stop over on a trip or to see Sturgis itself.

I liked the location. Both people who were at the desk to check me in were great. I am always curious and they answered the questions I had about the area and the hotel. And they smiled. They truly seemed as though they really like their job.

Some noisy patrons right outside my room. It was not horrible but I had to get up early and they were talking loudly and drinking outside the window. There are no inside phones so I had to use my cell phone to call the desk to ask them to help to get the noise down.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, also the air conditioner was not working properly, it didn’t not cool the room down as it should have and no coffee pot in the room

I didn’t like the customer service. Went yo the manager with an issue and basically got laughed at. Had she attempted to work with us, she’d have repeat guests next year
