AMAZING. Loved everything about this stay. Accommodation is in the perfect location to view the Aurora, friendly locals, a perfect place to be.

We stayed 4 nights and the spot is terrific, and the cottage is large. The view from the cottage is very nice. However, we could not use the oven because, there are no oven mitts, we could not use the bbq because it was no BBQ utensils. On the other hand we had a nice stay, but we went to restaurant for lunch and dinner.

For the premium paid the property was lacking though yes, adequate and functional.
It had no soul, the outside table was too big for the space and the inside lounge serviceable. The artwork on the walls was cheap and creepy. It felt like a holiday cabin not a comfortable place to unwind and relax. Would not return.

Great location with easy access to shops and Wineglass Bay Cruises and local attractions. When we were there we noticed an unpleasant outside smell which made using the patios impossible for any length of time. The large washout in the driveway made access and parking challenging.

Was a great place to stay with everything that was needed supplied. Driveway does need fixing

Cabin 2 is WAY overdue for a complete overhaul. Almost everything is dirty, badly worn, broken.
Washer/Dryer are great.

Delightful cabin style accommodation in an amazing location (metres from both the sea and great cafes). Hard to fault. We’ll be back!

Kitchen could be equipped a bit better, otherwise fabulous.

Perfect spot to base day trips from and a VERY short walk to the shops! Clean, spacious accommodation.

Great location but owners have left it in the original 1970s condition and decor. View should have been great but vegetation too high to see. Very spacious. Couches too uncomfortable to relax in and too many appliances not working. Understand it is a rainy year but the slime coming down the hill needs attention.

Freycinet Cottage 2 with Freycinet Holiday Houses
This was a fantastic cottage situated right on the waterfront. Close to the corner store and within 5 minutes drive of the entrance to the Freycinet Park. Cottage was presented very immaculately. Would recommend for those visiting the area.

Mountain View
The location was excellent for exploration of the east coast and only a walk away from Wineglass Cruise starting point. The accommodation was comfortable, but a little dated.

More emphasis on presentation required
First impressions are important and this property failed on two counts. As you approach the property you see rubbish bins, an old BBQ and dried up plants in pots. Upon arriving we receive a phone call to advise us that there may be a smell due to a problem with greywater. Very disappointing considering a previous reviewer had mentioned a smell and I had enquired about this when booking and got no reply. The propeety manager places a lot of emphasis and cleaning and presentation but the reality is it is not up to standard. Due to the smell and the inconvenience we did receive a good discount. Great location and view.
