Il prezzo un po' troppo alto per la camera con vista Cervino rispetto a quella standard.

Posizione ottima, disponibilità a tenere i bagagli dopo il check out, disponibilità di un check in dopo gli orari

Camera troppo calda e non regolabile. Cattivo odore in bagno (senza aerazione) e finestra che non si chiudeva

ubicacion al lado de la salida del funicular, a 3 cuadras del centro comercial, cuenta con restaurante comida libre por euros 25 sin bebida, con pista de sky todo el ano, a 3500 mts de altura, pistas de bicicletas, y senderismo. estacionamiento en la puerta si hay lugar, sino en la playa de estacionamiento frente al funicular, gratis.

Noise level was awful. Room was near staircase where kids/teenagers gathered to shout, and the reception sid not do anything

In stanza c'era puzza di fogna. Al momento del check out abbiamo riconsegnato la chiave e salutato, dopo un'ora che eravamo già in viaggio ci chiamano dicendo che si sono scordati di farci pagare tassa di soggiorno e il supplemento per il cane. Hanno chiesto ai nostri amici di pagare per noi, non molto carino visto che l'errore è stato loro

Good base to explore Cervinia’s trails

Excellent location with incredible view of the mountains.

There seemed to be double standards, one with the parking, with certain guests able to park right by the hotel and others having to park by the gondola (five minute walk-not ideal with luggage). This also seemed the case at breakfast where some guests were offered coffee from the “bar” and others simply ushered to the buffet coffee. Lifts are outdated and very thin walls-you can hear everything.

Good location, Fantastic Matterhorn views, Value for money !

Perfect location right next to gondola and cable car, free parking nearby, excellent buffet style breakfast, staffs very helpful & friendly. We booked the suite room with private entrance lifts direct to the room and get the fantastic Matterhorn views for sunrise & sunset. Wonderful experience and definitely come back again! Highly recommend.

Unbeatable staff and location.

Every single member of staff we spoke to was amazing. We travelled with our dog and they were really welcoming and kind to him too. There were only a few guests staying the night we stayed but they still laid on a full breakfast and let us take our time (eggs, bacon, waffles, croissants, fresh fruit, yoghurt, biscuits, cakes, cereals, pancakes…!!!). Location is unbeatable, right next to ski lift and large free parking. Apres ski area is cool and comfortable with a pool table and a nice mountain view.

Shower was tiny (hot and powerful but tiny!)

Close to the Calle car. Nice view of the mountains. Bar with very friendly bartender.

Staff unwilling to help when we ran to trouble with the e-bike rental company that they worked with and recommended.

great comfortable and convenient spot for affordable lodging in Cervinia

perfect location right by gondola, ski in/ski out. simple but clean and comfortable rooms with practical details taken care of like lots of hooks to hang ski clothes. ski rental on site was also very convenient

breakfast was decent but it would be nice to have eggs made to order - still there was plenty of coffee, fresh food, very satisfying

Nice location, but basic levels of cleanliness.

Breakfast was good. I was pleasantly surprised at the options for a hot breakfast. The ski drying room worked well, and all my stuff dried up overnight. The presence of a lift in the ski drying room also meant that one does not need to go out into the cold after depositing equipment.

The room was obviously not cleaned properly. A used bar of soap, and half empty shampoo bottles were left from the previous occupant. The floor was very dusty, and hadn't been mopped for awhile.

Excellent breakfast. Really nice bar & lounge area with pool table and new gym. We liked all. And next to main gondola in Cervinia

Doors have really poor sound isolation, you hear everything from corridor
