Beautiful rooms, lovely host, delicious breakfast and only a quick stroll from the beach

Very nice and spacious room and bathroom. The host Serena is lovely and very helpful, the breakfast buffet, with lots of homemade healthy food, was absolutely delicious. The room had everything you need and was thoughtfully and attractively designed in a traditional Sicilian style. Serena’s suggestions for restaurants in the town were spot on. It is well located with respect to the town centre and the beach, and has a handy wine bar and very popular, and excellent, icecream shop nearby.

Excellent stay

Location was perfect, central yet quiet, few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast was amazing and they also helped to arrange the car parking with another provider which worked out really well. Thank you Serena!

Lovely modern and clean accommodation - just a little noisy in the mornings

- Lovely modern and clean facilities - Freshly cooked breakfast (kindly baked gluten free muffins just for me) - Very kindly provided a kettle - Well located in town and near the supermarket - Kind and welcoming staff

- Noisy in the mornings as not very sound-proofed meaning I never slept in past 6am. First morning awoken by the sound of neighbours walking around and talking. Second and third mornings awoken by the kitchen preparing breakfast. Would recommend to do as much preparation for breakfast the night before to limit noise in the early morning. - Breakfast was delicious but very pastry/cake heavy. Would recommend some healthier options (eggs, nuts and dried fruit, cereals).

Very good breakfast.

The room was cute but tiny weeny and a little bare, the beds not very comfortable, and some of the staff were really unfriendly. I thought it was overpriced. There was an issue with payment that was not handled professionally.

It was an amazing holiday.

Everything! Wonderful location, amazing breakfast, clean and renewed room, nice and friendly personnel. The city and the surroundings need to be seen, you have everything from the see to the mountains.

Comfortable small hotel, great breakfast, amazing location

Great location, close to the beach and the main street but in a quieter corner. the room is huge and comfortable. the breakfast was wonderful - fresh, local, good selection. Owners were very accommodating, kind and available.

if I was super picky - a little humid in the room, but we stayed off season, would not be a problem otherwise with open windows

Perfect! spacious clean rooms,wonderful service and breakfast with a view

Highly recommend this place! Serena and her team have been just wonderful. Our room (quadruple room) was very clean and exactly and described, we were able to check in earlier and received daily service if wanted. Our host also dis not hesitated and managed to find us a place for a PCR test and booked the transport for us. Breakfast was served at the rooftop area, overlooking San Vito.The breakfast buffet included sweet and salty choices (fruits,yoghurt,spinach quiche, homemade cakes, croissants,panini’s) and was perfect. Thanks so much, we will be back! The place is just a 4 minutes walk from the beach.

Excellent prix/quality, very minimalist decoration, very clean plus great location. Serena does her best to satisfy clients. Even though my stay was during the first of opening after the luck down. Definitely recommend the place for whom appreciate simplicity.

Super!

Rooms are cozy, big and clean. There is an amazing terrace where a very tasty breakfast is served. Staff is professional, friendly and help me with everything I needed during my stay. Highly recommended!
