When I arrived at this hotel, I was a little worried since the outside of many of the buildings could use some maintenance. Likewise, I had difficulty finding the front desk. I was told they are doing construction, so they are not in their usual location. Check-in took a moment since the phone did not stop ringing; however, the desk clerk did her best to handle the calls and get us checked in. When we walked into the room, we quickly noticed that the first floor was significantly colder than the second floor. After reading the packet from the front desk, we learned that it is common for the first floor to be cooler. Thankfully we were able to get some standing fans to make the second floor more comfortable for bedtime. I would strongly advise anyone who stays at this location during the summer to consider bringing or preparing to buy fans because the second floor can be unbearable with the high temperatures of El Paso. The use of two standing fans made our one-night stay comfortable.
This hotel is suitable for families since they offer two-bedroom and two-bathroom suites. I am not sure if all the rooms are the same, but ours had an upstairs and downstairs with a room and bathroom on each floor. Overall, the room seemed clean, but the carpets were filthy, and I noticed lots of hair in one of the tubs. In addition, the restroom had amenities, although we brought our own. The kitchen was nice but could use deep cleaning in the fridge. I could see leftover food on some of the services, so I carefully stored our food. The pool area looked inviting. However, we did not use it since many people were inside. If you have young children, understand that the room on the second floor does not have a cover around the top, which makes it a hazard for younger children and or pets. Other than the safety hazard, dirty carpets, and fridge, I would stay here again. For almost $300 a night, however, I would expect an immaculate living area.
- Hard to find the front desk
- Dirty carpets
- Fridge needed more cleaning
- Scorching hot upper floor
- Open second-floor bedroom
- Needed more shower/bathroom cleaning - saw lots of hair

The room was extremely big, lots of room for large group or family.
Breakfast could have been more variety. No oatmeal, yogurt.

Very large suite with two floors 3 beds, 3 tv's and 2 bathrooms. Complete kitchen and living room. Two pools on site. Excellent and nice staff. Good breakfast. A very special thanks goes to Jennifer for her help! Enjoy the gift :)

Staff and maintenance was top notch
Picture on web site that I seen was two rooms with two TVs and that was not the case. Rooms have tv then a couch then in a row way back a bed. Need binoculars to watch tv almost. It was very nice room but not what I expected. Place was sold out so guess lots of people liked it just not us.

Location close to the airport, lots of space in rooms, pretty clean (but not perfect).
They’re charging deposit of 250$ for one night, which is almost twice more than the room costs — should spend lots of time to find the info about deposit, as it’s hidden somewhere after covid safety measures the property takes. Be aware!
Breakfast is just disappointing and one of the worst I had in the US (I travel a lot).
Room where I stayed is a nightmare for light sleepers, something was turning on every half an hour at night and causing lots of noice similar to aircraft during takeoff — really loud and not possible to do anything with that.

- Pet friendly.
- Apartment style living.
- Car can be parked close to your 'house' which makes unloading easier.
- Lots of privacy.
- Rooms are big! Has a kitchen with plates/utensils/pan/microwave/oven etc. Fyi, no condiments. Tv area with sofa and low table. Dining table with high chairs and a work table with a work chair too.
- Toilets are well separated. Vanity outside and bathing/toilet bowl inside separated by a door.
- Breakfast is simple but very sufficient for a full meal. Skillet eggs/bacon taste nice too.
- As we were travelling with my rabbit, carpet cleanliness was of utmost importance as she's closest to the ground. I was very relieved upon entering the room.
- I'll choose chase over any higher star hotel.
- Usual staffs were friendly. We checked in after midnight, and the counter lady was still smiley even at that hour.
Staffs deployed on 4 July (holiday) wasn't friendly in comparison to the usual staffs. Guy that was managing the breakfast was just drawing on his piece of paper just behind the food counter even when people started coming in. No smiles, no greetings and the waffle paste wasn't well blended, skillet eggs were a tad cold. Not much of an issue actually, but after getting friendly greetings and hot food from the two nice ladies managing the food counter for 2 days, the comparison was too great not to mention.
