The property was okay it was clean, and the area is nice. Reading other reviews, there is on ongoing issue with shower in the ensuite bathroom, the water temperature setting mechanism is broken you get only scalding hot water. The towel rack in the other bathroom pulls out from the wall. No outdoor furniture making the balconey useless. The toilet is the ensuite runs continually. The dresser two top drawers do not stay closed.

The Beds were very comfortable, The Condo was super clean. The Seating in the Living Room is very modern and nice but could be more comfortable :) The appliances worked great and the main bath shower was fantastic however the Master shower heat was very hot and we we unable to adjust the temperature down. All in All we enjoyed our stay and were happy with this choice. We would absolutely stay here again.

The condo I’d ideally situated for us, because we have family close by. We love the park just a short walk across the street. Many amenities, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurant close by. It is easy to get around, a few turns and you’re on highway 16 which easily takes you to all parts of the city. We’ll definitely be back!

This is our third time staying at this place and we always enjoy our stay there. Very clean and great location. Perfect for 2 couples. Only issue was the ensuite show. It only ran very hot so could not use it. We advised our contact who said someone would be by to fix the problem but they never showed up. We will continue to stay there.

Everything was like you see in the pictures . The place was very clean ,bright , beautiful decor and comfortable beds . The location was perfect for us for the wedding location and we were a short distance to get on highway 11 South to go home . The Host was very pleasant to talk to . I would definitely stay here again.

This is our third stay at these condos and we find it a good value and perfect for a family with older children who like their own space and bathroom. The club house is nice however we are usually to busy to fully take advantage. Only improvement would be to have darker blinds to allow a little less light into the bedrooms and comfier chairs in the living room area but the condo was as describe and we would book again.

We needed a place with accessible entrance and bathroom facilities. This property was quite comfortable and fulfilled all the requirements. The only issue, if there is no one to drop someone off at the door and then park, the parking space was quite far to get to and from. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay.

The shower in the master bedroom looked beautiful and super fancy but only one temperature which was scalding hot so we were unable to use it at all and had to share with the other couple which was not great. Upon looking at the reviews we noticed that this was an issue in the past which was very disappointing to hear. The property manager did call us right away upon reaching out but because it was the long weekend they could not get anyone in to fix it. They did offer a small which to date we have not received.

We loved this place and the neighborhood. Beautiful and so clean! Tanya is quick to respond to any questions. There is a local tavern nearby, Tim Hortons, a Pizza place, and more. The hot tub was cold in the clubhouse and the keys are tricky sometimes. I definitely will be back to this one! Thank you, Tanya for the enjoyable stay!

Excellent value. Spacious, clean with all the amenities we needed Tanya was great. Helped with check in etc. We were planning to stay 2 nights but it was so great we hoped to extend to 3 nights. A quick phone call to Tanya and it was extended. took less than 2 minutes of our time. We couldn't be more satisfied.

The condo was a nice corner suite. The directions were very good. The only reason I gave it four stars is the property owner. We had concerns about the keys and ph her on Friday and it is Sunday night still no response. Sure glad it wasn’t an emergency. But very nice place and easy access. Thanks

We were thrilled with our stay at this property in Saskatoon! When we first walked in the door we were taken with just how clean and stylish the condo was...and how welcoming! Everything was topnotch...the cleanliness, the check-in process, the communication with Tanya, the neighbourhood (lovely little wing/pub place within walking distance), and the accuracy of the listing! Condo had everything that we needed plus more and we had a terrific weekend with our friends! Highly recommend!!

Enjoyed our stay. Pool was to frigid cold to go in and hot tub (not advertised) is there, but appears permanently broken. Property manager was excellent and dealt with small problem quickly.

The property is quite nice. I had messaged Tanya 4 hrs before check in time to see if it was possible to check in around 3:00 as were arriving in town earlier than expected. She didn’t reply before we got there so we found the keys in the lock box and went inside and unpacked. She messaged me after we were already in to ask us to go to different unit because they were having issues with the steam shower ( I saw that it wasn’t working properly in a review from Sept ) I told her that we didn’t need the steam shower but asked if the regular part of the shower worked and she said yes. The water was to hot to stand under and I messaged her to see if there was someway to down the temperature. She then told me that is what the problem was. Just miss communication I guess. If they knew the shower wasn’t working they should probably not rent it out until it is fixed. Other than that it was a nice place.

It was a fantastic steam shower; I would have used it if I wanted a scalding-hot experience…so had to shower in the main bath.Otherwise, a nice place to stay.

The condo was beautiful, clean, modern & spacious. Tried to figure out the walk in steam shower but was unsuccessful- instructions would have helped. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms would help to have a good sleep. The pool in the clubhouse was cold & hot tub was out of order. Tanya was friendly & responsive. Great stay overall!

Spacious 2 bedroom condo in great location

Condo layout is spacious with lots of room for 2 couples or family of 4 - everything you need is provided. Location provides easy access to freeway and other main streets and is also within walking distances to restaurants, stores, etc. Building complex was quiet with very nice pool and fitness centre (although fitness equipment needs some upgrades). We would definitely book it again!
