About this house rental
Very quietly located holiday home "Villa Karin" on the Belgian coast in Oostduinkerke, a few steps from the dunes, a little further is the beach by the sea. This holiday home is fully equipped and has 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 people.
The house, which has been completely renovated, is equipped with all modern comforts and exudes cosiness and tranquility. A fully automatic type D ventilation system was integrated throughout the house. As a result, you can constantly breathe in the healthy air from the coast, even in your home. You have a new modern fitted kitchen with all appliances, even a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. The three bedrooms are all equipped with Queen Size beds measuring 90 cm x 200 cm, one of which is a double bed (on the ground floor). On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. All beds were fitted with very high-quality Bio Active mattresses. There is a large garden (> 800 m²) with a sun terrace where you can enjoy the radiant sun. The garden was completely closed off and is accessible through the house and through the 2 garden gates. At the back of the garden you can already see the dunes at a distance of 100 meters, which invite you for a nice walk through the dunes towards the sea and beach. The house is located in a quiet cul de sac and has ample parking.
The costs of electricity, gas and water will be calculated in minus or plus according to your personal consumption, after deduction of your paid advance.

Gas € 0.95 / kWh
Water € 9.75 / m³
To prevent the spread of the Covid 19 virus, the house will be thoroughly disinfected with every final cleaning, according to the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
The distribution of the rental prices stated is a minimum of 90% for the immovable property and a maximum of 10% for the movable property.
Since the holiday home is very complete, no external services are provided during the rental period.
