It is located in the end of 19th Century. built Gründerzeithaus on the edge of the old working-class district Gostenhof, only a minute away from the subway. Shortest travel time, direct connection to the main railway station and trade fair, 1x transfer to the airport. Gostenhof is a lively district, dominated by trendy bars, beer gardens hidden, chic restaurants, foods from all over (and women) countries, junk shops, galleries. A touch of Kreuzberg.

In 2018, soundproof windows with rungs and a new bathroom with floor-level shower and underfloor heating were installed. It has two bedrooms, whose beds can be used either singly or as a double. Handy if you are traveling with work colleagues. In the living room is an extra bed on a sofa bed possible (double).
Also in the living room a new fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic, oven, dishwasher and fridge / freezer combination. Smart TV 108 cm, DVD, kl. Music system, but also books and games are of course there. Ideal for families or small groups.

By the way: With us you pay conventionally by bank transfer from your bank account to our savings account. 50 € deposit, the remainder 6 weeks before arrival. Fair and correct. For 21 years.

My friend and I were here to see my son and my first grandson and to take in the sites. The apartment was very clean, and the area was wonderful, the park down the street is a wonderful place to sit and read or just relax. I was thankful that the grocery stores were in walking distant only a 3–4-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again. The beds in both bedrooms were so comfortable we both had great night's sleep. The area was very quiet at night it made it easier to relax. I plan to come back to again next year. I will definitely keep this place in my favorites. Especially with the cafes in walking distant as well as access to the train. We enjoyed our stay; I highly recommend staying here. Thank you! Spacious apartment at ground level, close to u-Bahn. Grocery store one block away, a couple of restaurants close at hand. Hosts were great at communicating, apt. access was easy. Could use English instructions for the washer/dryer and the dishwasher. All in all an excellent apartment.

It is a wonderful property, very cozy and it is so very close to the subway and only 3 stops to the hauptbahnhof! I was able to get up and get going to every destination that I wanted to see! I highly recommend Wohnmarie as you your base to see all of southern Germany!

Great, clean, functional appartment and friendly owners. The appartment itself is very comfortable, well furnished and even stays cool during warmer days. The location is absolutely amazing with a metro station about 20 steps away, an S-Bahn at a few minutes walk. There are great shops nearby and the altstadt is about 20 minutes away on foot. We very much enjoyed our stay and wholeheartedly recommend for a visit to Nuremberg.

I stayed in this apartment in Nürnberg for 30 days. I found everything about the apartment to be great--quiet, comfortable, good kitchen and cooking items, larger than average shower, and a washer/dryer. For me (without an automobile) the location was great. It is close to two groceries, pharmacy, small Müller, and several dining options as well as a U-bahn station within a 1-2 minute walk. Additionally, on days when the weather is suitable, you can walk to the Altstadt within 15-20 minutes. A large grocery is about 10 minutes away. All in all this was a wonderful place to stay.

Our family (2 kids) traveled to Germany and stayed at this apartment for three weeks while visiting family. The best part about the apartment was its location. It is about a 5 minute walk from a grocery store and a 2 minute walk from the subway, which will get you to the center of town in 2 or 3 stops. The apartment is quiet and clean. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom was functional with plenty of hot water. The kitchen is small if you're planning to do a lot of cooking, but worked great for a few family dinners. The TV has Netflix, which was nice after a long day. The couch was... not super comfortable, but it served its purpose. We never actually met the owners, but our online communication prior to coming was polite and helpful. We were on a day trip when they did try to visit. Arrival went flawlessly with lockbox and instructions. Everything contactless. Would definitely recommend.

Although the “Wohnmarie” is in an older building in an older neighborhood, there is an U-Bahn station very close and within eyesight of the front door to the building. We were able to do our grocery shopping or go into the center of the old town within minutes. This apartment is ideal for a longer stay since it offers most of the amenities that one would have at home. It is also on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to climb. In addition, the bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washer/dryer combo.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. We definitely recommend this place. It has everything one could possibly need during their stay in Nürnberg. Alicia and Klaus are amazing property managers and I hope to have the opportunity to visit Nürnberg again.

I stayed at wohnmarie for 1 week. It is well equipped, comfortable and homely with excellent access to all parts of town by the metro. The bathroom has recently been refurbished with some nice fittings, Wifi and TV facilities were excellent. I didn't use the kitchen much but I did notice it was very well equipped also. The heating system was also excellent and kept me warm and dry during a very cold trip!

We had a comfortable stay in Nurnberg. The apartment is very close to Gosenhof underground station, which is only 2 stops from the old town. The apartment has everything you need is is within a short walk from 2 large supermarkets. There is also a very affordable traditional German restaurant within easy walking distance (Kartoffel). The owner's communication is very good and you receive answers to your questions without a long wait. I would stay in this apartment again should I visit Nurnberg in future.

The photo's don't do this apartment justice. Really lovely base for our stay in Nuremberg - it felt like a home from home. Fantastically equipped, great living space and just a few paces from the underground. Amazing Italian restaurant 5 minutes walk away which you should definitely go to, plus a supermarket round the corner for self catering. All in all, a perfect apartment - would definitely book again.

We were lucky to book this place just before two days of our arrival. Owners Alicia and Klaus were very helpful and responsive, taking into account that we contacted them on 31st December :) It's a very nice two bedroom apartment, you can see and feel that it's a home and not just a place for sleeping. I was pleased to see great books on the shelves, unfortunately they all were in German. Obviously this demonstrates a very good taste of the owners and people staying here. A kitchen is equipped very well, you can cook here but there are a lot of very good places where to eat. I'd really recommend 'Kartoffel' (Suedliche Fuerther Strasse 29) and Palmengarten (Untere Kanalstrasse 4), both are in the walking distance. There's a subway station just 15 meters from 'Living Marie'. And you still can walk to the old town from this place. I will gladly recommend this place to my friends and all kind people :) If I ever come to Nuremberg again, the first thing I'll do - I'll book 'Living Marie'. Cheers!
