The location of the hotel, coupled with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the entire place is unmatched. I had last stayed there 6 years prior, and was so happy that things have not only stayed the same, but they may have actually improved a little (electric tea kettle and coffee maker seem to be in every room now).

Fabulous hotel with an amazing Japanese restaurant on the ground floor. I stayed with my parents in a large room with a sleeping arrangement that that was conveniently separate from them. The bed was, in fact, one of the sofas. VERY comfortable! The kitchenette, large dining table and a small balcony all added to the lovely character of this ZEN establishment. Oh, I forgot….best shower experience EVER! Will be back to this charming hotel in the center if historic Nürnberg.

What a perfect property in a perfect location at a perfect price with very knowledgeable and hospitable employees. We felt very welcomed. We now are planning on returning to Nuremberg for a longer period of time so that we could enjoy the city and this hotel for a longer period of time.

Amazing stay, great location! We arrived early morning around 9:30, as we had an afternoon tour set up in Nuremberg that same day. Our room was ready upon arrival, front desk very helpful and friendly. We were shown to our room which was very clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with choices of cooked to order eggs along with fresh breads, fruit and yogurt. Hotel is Old Town, walkable from the main train station.

The staff unhelpful we are big family and we have six rooms and we asked to change one room and we will pay more. They not accept and there is an empty room.but They are not help , we stay at that hotel many time, but now they are very bad attitude and the hotel no services in the hotel.

ABSOLUTELY perfect hotel for our 5 nights stay in Nuremberg. The hotel is in immaculate condition, very stylish and clean, exactly what you see from their website. All staffs were excellent, very friendly and helpful, always with a big smile. Our room was very spacious with tall ceiling, kitchenette was perfect and handy. We love the location very very much, close to train station and restaurants. On top of that, it’s value for money, I would highly recommend this lovely hotel and look forward to coming back again.

Lovely, large and comfortable room. A washer and dryer was available to use on each floor and was included in the room rate. The hotel even included the washing soap. Great convenience for those trying to pack light who wish to wash some clothes. Location was great. Would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Our stay experience exceeded our expectations. The apartment we stayed in was very clean, facilities in the apartment from crockery to shower to heater were in top clean working condition. Bed was reasonably comfortable and we get to enjoy the laundry facilities twice throughout our stay that was situated on our level. Staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. Special thanks to Marina who gave very good cafe and restaurant recommendations and always being very attentive to me and my wife. Also really thankful to the lady, Jacqueline (with long beautiful nails) who helped us bring down our heavy luggage.

Great location, close to the train station and on a main shopping street. Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful with restaurant recommendations and orienting us on our visit. Our room was modern and very roomy. We actually cooked dinner in our room one night. I missed having an English language television station such as CNN.

We recently traveled to Nüremberg Germany and stayed one night at the Melter Hotel. The hotel is located within walking distance to/from the hfb. The staff greeted us warmly and gave wonderful directions on seeing the sites. We had access to a washer and dryer, a teapot with tea, and the shower was amazing! Definitely will stay here again when we return for a visit!

Amazing stay, perfect location right on one of the main streets in old town Nuremberg. Apartments are modern and furnished to a very high standard. We had a small terrace which was great. Staff super friendly and helpful. Ramen restaurant downstairs is brilliant. We did not want to leave! Would definitely stay again if in Nuremberg.

Very much enjoyed our stay here, very professional and kind. And hotel is right in the middle of many shops and restaurants, we could walk to everything including the castle and the train station even with all our luggage. Breakfast was delicious and the service at the breakfast was outstanding. Would highly recommend this place

Great location just a 5-10 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is right on the main pedestrian walkway and a few minute walk from most of the sights and restaurants. The ramen restaurant next to the hotel is delicious and the few other restaurants we tried nearby were also great. The staff was incredible. Francesco was assisting up front when we were there and he was very helpful during check-in, check-out, and storing our luggage before we left. Nuremberg surprised us and we definitely intend to return and stay here again.
