Really well placed for visits to castles, mountains and beaches. Margaret was great, very welcoming but not intrusive. Thank you

Had a lovely time and it's great to be so close to the beach.
Had a lovely time and it's great to be so close to the beach. Very helpful host. Given the current restrictions we eat in every night so didn't get to try the local pubs. But the walking is always great in Snowdonia and the cottage complimented it beautifully.

The cottage was lovely.
The cottage was lovely. Kitchen fitted out with everything you could need. Beds very comfy. The farm path is very pot holed, not an easy passage for the small car.

Lovely comfortable cottage
I have just returned from a few days away in this peaceful cottage on a working farm and whilst remote enough to feel completely away from the hustle and bustle of real life, the town of Caernarfon is only a couple of miles away.
The owners are welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, the log burner was set ready and we received a starter pack of logs and kindling to get us going. The cottage is nicely decorated, especially the living, kitchen and bedrooms with the bathroom to be done next which will really finish the place well.
We especially loved the almost private pebble beach, accessed from the farm. Lots of opportunities for dog walking and chilling out. I’m sure it’s amazing in summer.
If I had to pick one small point it would be the drive up to the cottage from the road. As it’s essentially a farm track, it’s got a number of pot holes and the grass in the middle feels like it drags underneath the car which made me nervous in a fairly low car. I’m sure it’s ok, but even a bit of gravel in the holes would help and not be too costly.
Thank you so much for a fabulous stay and I’d definitely stay again.

A lovely, spacious house located on a working farm.
A lovely, spacious house located on a working farm. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and were happy to chat despite being in the middle of a busy lambing period.
The house is spacious and comfortable, the nearest shops only 10 mins drive away. The kitchen is very well equipped, impressing us all, having been to numerous houses over the years.
Being able to walk down to the beach along the track from the farm was great, especially if you do not want to drive anywhere.
We loved the location which gave us access to the Llyn Peninsula, the Snowdonia National Park, and Anglesey.
We have already agreed that we will be re-booking in the future which is proof enough of how much we loved the house.
