All and all great place to stay

We had a great time. The location was great. We were able to walk to every place.

The location of the property was perfect! The layout of the unit was a little awkward with only 1 bathroom being located upstairs. However, having a centrally located place to sleep was a huge plus!

You absolutely can’t beat this location for a downtown trip. Easy walk over the bridge to Nissan Stadium and literally steps to Broadway. The accommodations are very basic, beds are comfortable, music outside is loud but didn’t bother us. Plenty of space for 8 people. There is a loading zone directly outside the property, wish we had known this before parking!
Cons: We never received the welcome email from property management company that provides outside key code. We did receive text with incorrect code so thought we were good to go. Unfortunately we were stuck outside the property on a very busy Friday night and had to call VRBO to reach the management company because they did not immediately respond to our messages. Once we spoke with them, we were able to get inside. Other cons: a/c in one bedroom was not working, some lights not working, and curtain is falling down. With all of that said, we would stay here again because you just can’t beat the location.

This location is incredible! Close to everything Broadway. The staff was great about contacting and everything was as pictured. The only issue we ran into was there was no parking stickers for the designated garage although it was advertised to! We would 100% stay here again!

Perfect location to experience downtown Nashville. Lofts are clean, and great space for 6 adults. We would definitely stay again!

Great location to be close to the action with plenty of space. Loud music until 2-3am, so if that bothers you you’ll want to stay further from Broadway. If not, you can’t get much closer to it all

This loft unit was in the heart of lower Broadway, just what we were looking for. The size of the unit was perfect for 6-7. There are updates needed, but we were assured they are in the works. We look forward to our next trip to Nashville, and we will stay here again!

Positives - The location was spot on! Walkable to everything. The host was quick to reply.
Negatives - fire alarms kept chirping throughout our whole stay. When I contacted the host the came but only fixed one and the other two were chirping constantly. They said they were backed up with other issues and they couldn’t fix until after we left. The drain in the bathroom did not drain the well almost overflowed. The second upstairs bedroom didn’t have a vent or ventilation- it was hot and stuffy and super uncomfortable to those who had to stay in that room. The loft itself also had a lot of dirt around. It wasn’t dirty but it was noticeable that it was cheaply and quickly cleaned.

Great location close to the heart of Broadway
Takes some coordination to load and unload on the busy street. I would include a picture of the street entry to help make it easier to find upon arrival.

Weekend stay in Nashville!
We celebrated a college grad. Perfect location!! Half a block off of Broadway!! It is loud at night. Don’t expect to go to bed early!! Very clean, cute place! Parking is a block away be prepared for that.

This was our first time in Nashville for my SILs bachelorette party. Location was spot on!!! While it was a little loud being right there, I wouldn’t have done it any other way!!!

Owner super responsive and helpful. Comfortable beds. Perfect location with the live music from Broadway just below. Would love to stay again. Thanks!

Comfortable Condo in the Heart of the Night Life
The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. We have 4 kids and didn’t realize how in the heart of the nightlife it would be. We were there for one night on a Wednesday night and the noise levels were high through 3am. Otherwise, it was a great experience. The check in and checkout experience was easy and communication from mgmt co was well done.

Location, location, location
The location could not be better. Walking distance to most of the major attractions and bars. Beds were great, wifi, antenna only TV.
Coffee, spices, bring sugar. The location could not be better. Walking distance to most of the major attractions and bars. If stairs are an issue, this one is not for you. Very pleased overall.
Parking is an issue, garage one block away but the elevators were all out of service and it is $40/ day!
The unit description states parking for one car but it only provided a sticker for a $20 discount, $80 parking is a bit much.

Weekend Getaway
We changed vacation plans on rather short notice, but were able to find this perfectly located gem. Great to be able to walk everywhere we wanted. Bedrooms were quiet and dark despite being in the middle of the action!

Perfect location
Great location just off the strip by all the well known bars. Plenty of beds for a family of 6-8. Only cons would be no TVs in the bedrooms and 1 bathroom for 6 people. We did have a couple of bugs but not a major problem.

Wonderful location
The place was pretty old and smelled like mildew. The bedrooms don’t have any windows so it was dark and dreary. Great location though! B

We enjoyed the short visit. The heart of downtown was busy. Would definitely come back.

Stay
Was super cute and great location! The front door was very hard to get unlocked even when code was entered properly. There was no big mirror and we were a group of all girls so it would have been nice to have a bigger mirror. We also ran into our neighbors when they got locked out of their room because their code stopped working

Awesome location
Been to Nashville several times and this is by far my favorite place to stay. Loved the unit and the fact it was only steps from Broadway. Will definitely book again

Just parked the car and had access to everything Nashville. Loft was cute with comfortable beds. Even opened the windows to listen to the music at Doc Hollidays across the street.

Great location and property, could have handled COVID better
The property is just as advertised in the pictures, and in an amazing location. Walkable to everything you would hope to be around. What could have been better was how Dyer's services handled covid. Originally we had plans to vacation here in June 2020 but obviously covid ruined those plans. In the correct time frame we contacted Carol from Dyer services that we would like to reschedule but we do not have a date in mind just yet since obviously none of us knew how this year would go. Carol accepted the request in an email. June 2020 comes around and she conveniently forgot about our agreement and she claims no rescheduling nor refund. A week long exchange between Carol and her managers ultimately led to a rescheduling because luckily Carol's earlier agreement with us was in writing. In the end it all worked out but a massive headache to reschedule and felt they should have handled it better.

We would book this again! Great location if you’re wanting to be in the middle of all the fun.

Nashville Spring Break
Great location for a great time in Nashville. Walking distance to all the honky tonks. Beds are comfy. The loft has everything you need for a great musical get away!

If music is what you seek
If music is what you seek, this location is perfect. It's close to all the nightlife in the downtown area and yet is accessible to other parts of the city. The accommodations were comfortable and as described, but not much in the way of cookware if you plan to prepare some of your own meals. If you rent a car and plan to use the car to get around the outer Nashville area, you'll only get one night of free parking with this unit. After that you're on your own . Not a dealbreaker, but it is a dissatisfier if you find out, as I did, on the day of arrival with a rental car.

Great location. Few doors from Broadway. Plenty of action below. We would stay again

107 2nd ave
This property is on a GREAT location which trumps any of the negatives. If you plan on staying in the Broadway area most of your stay, you will not need any transportation. The very large windows provided entertainment to watch the action down below. One negative was the horrible stench from the stairway and hallway leading to the property. I’m not sure if the property manager can do anything about that. I was glad we had a candle. Overall and great experience as Nashville never disappoints.

The Marvel Suite was perfect, great location.
Very easy process
