Lovely well equipped cottage in idillic surroundings. Great woods walk for the dog and perfect south facing secluded front patio area to sit and relax on a summer's evening.

Lovely comfortable accommodation with all we needed for a few days away with our Labrador Derek! Really enjoyed it! Great location for exploring too!
Shower could’ve been hotter was very hit and miss
4.5
The location was fantastic close to town and wildlife
The garden was at the front of the property, which meant we couldn't leave the door open
4.5
Good position
Roomy
Clean and well appointed
A bit cold sometimes. I felt a bit reluctant to turn up the radiators.

Everything was great!
The Tv definitely needed to be bigger

Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Good location. Relaxed atmosphere.
Shower was not very hot.

The cottage was perfect, clean and warm. Lovely homemade cake and milk left for our arrival. The sun got full afternoon sun and so sitting and reading on the terrace was the perfect way to spend our afternoons. The woods at the back of the cottages were perfect for walking our dogs.
The shower was a bit temperamental but nothing we couldn’t sort out!

the property had easy parking, good sized rooms, and was clean. the kitchen had all the basics needed for self catering. it was lovely to have our own enclosed garden. There were walks through the woods and out onto the fields directly from our door. the road links from here were good for exploring much of North/East Norfolk, especially Cromer, Sheringham and Overstrand.
The cottage was a little tired and showing wear. We found it cold at night initially, and were glad we’d brought extra blankets and a hot water bottle. There was quite a bit of road noise. No shampoo.

Location was lovely and very well placed to visit other attractions in the area.
Nothing really it was as advertised on website.
4.5
Great location, cottage has everything you need even if it is a little dated.
Very clean & had a very comfortable bed
Cottage was freezing on arrival, warmed up after about an hour but wasn't a great first impression.
The shower is terrible, either boiling hot or freezing cold & no pressure what so ever, the water basically trickles out.

Great location. Perfect for a weekend away. Parking outside the door. Ideal with a dog. Close to beaches. Would stay again.

I just love this cottage. I stayed there last year and will stay there again. it is ideally situated for attractions, beaches and dog walks. The cottage itself is cosy and welcoming. For someone on their own it feels totally safe, the owners are next door and there are other properties on the site, but it is a peaceful place to stay.
4.5
Comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe/draw space, direct parking, garden area, milk & cake provided, wifi available, good location lots of nearby places to visit.
Didn't get to meet the hosts, as a lone traveller it would have been nice to speak. Cottage was comfortable but some fixtures a little tired i.e. leaking shower base, shower head, cooker hot plates.

A comfortable cottage .well equipped and met our needs.
Cake and milk on arrival was a lovely touch and most welcome.
Nothing really the cottage was value for money.

Having picked this cottage from the information on the website, everything matched up to my expectations. The well-managed woodland was a bonus for me and my dog.Very pleasant hostess and the welcoming cake was a nice touch!
Although meant well, I didn’t appreciate the electric room fragrance. Had a bit of a hard time with the pillows also.

The accomodation was so lovely and clean and comfortable and was everything me and my dog needed for our stay to visit nearby family. It was so relaxed and the homemade cake and milk left for my arrival was a real treat, thank you
The accomodation is set back from the road so it was lovely and quiet but it is situated close to a very busy road. Sadly drivers didn't seem to stick to the 30MPH limit. The accomodation is situated in some woodland so i was able to walk my dog through the woods and get onto a quieter road for walking and then onto the footpaths from there.

A really cosy cottage, excellent location and very quiet. Delicious cake as well, thank you!

Very clean, cosy and dog friendly. The hosts are very welcoming and the property is a 5minute drive from the beach. The grounds are lovely, especially the wooded area and again ideal for dogs.
Parking is on site and some great local eateries and pubs nearby.

Everything else, the cake was lovely! :D
Skylight blind doesnt block all the light out
4.5
Ideal location with friendly hosts, lovely cake provided for our arrival, good storage in the bedroom, within 20 miles of all the major attractions and for us National trust properties, the Seals at Horsey were a must to see if your in the area.
The property for the price was feeling its age, the light over a badly pitted bathroom mirror didn't work, but with everything being spotlessly clean didn't impact on our over all enjoyment.
4.5
Great location, close to the sea and the Broad
It was nice to come to a warm house in the winter afternoon
It was kind for a host to welcome with a cake
