For us a perfect place to base ourselves to make the most of what Norfolk has to offer.
Hosts Mark and Jane were excellent hosts, helping us choose the best places to go with local knowledge
Breakfast was wonderful, with so many options not available in places we have stayed before
I can't think of anything

4.5
The guest house is located in a pretty little Norfolk village with easy access to the Broads and places of interest. Mark and Jane, the owners are extremely welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. They serve a wonderful breakfast with a good selection of 'mains'.
Nothing springs to mind.

It was a charming stay in Norwich. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The rooms are designed based on themes. The one we stayed in was blue and floral, with a beautiful bathroom and vintage bathtub. The breakfast was stunning! Really delicious breakfast cooked by the hosts. The butter (the host brought from local farms) and the bread were extraordinarily flavorful. The bedding was really comfortable. The stay really exceeds our expectations. The guesthouse is located in a lovely local neighbourhood in a small village, about 25 mins drive from the seal-watching beach. Definitely recommend it if you want to stay for a short holiday or weekend in a quiet and beautiful location.

Extremely good choice of breakfasts. One only had to ask for anything special which was not advertised. Jane is an exceptionally good cook and nothing was too much trouble.
The location of this guest house is perfect as a quiet village within a few minutes drive from all the main Norfolk attractions.

Really enjoyed the fresh fruit bowl, a lovely addition to the breakfast menu. Our eggs, bacon etc. Were cooked to perfection.
Bed mattress could have been more comfortable, may be time to buy a new one .
