Located off Robe street, Pitts Villa is in the new building area of Robe. You are only a few minutes stroll from Mahalia coffee and the large play ground on Robe street .
This property is very large and spacious inside and out. 4 double rooms with queen size beds, master with an ensuite. Open living area lots and lots of space, dining area, lounge area, kitchen area. Large double drive way with double garage for guest parking.
Fully enclosed lawn back yard with a small under cover entertaining area. The house is pet friendly (outside only), so the family pet is more than welcome to come on holiday too.
It is the dog owner’s responsibility to ensure their dog is suitably restrained within the enclosed yard premises, Robe Holiday Rentals can not guarantee fencing will be suitable match with your pet.

We had the most wonderful week at Pitts Villa in Robe. The house was spacious and perfect for what we needed. We were two families travelling with little kids. The added bonus of the enclosed outdoor space was ideal for our toddlers to ride around outside. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The bathrooms were big and very clean. The location suited us really well. We walked into town some days but mostly drove to the beach which was 5 minutes. We had such a good time - can’t wait to come back again! I would highly recommend, couldn’t fault it!

We came with another family. 4 adults & 5 kids. Could not fault the house. So clean and such a great space. Backyard, the kids had a ball. Our only really negative part of the stay was the state of the BBQ. Especially in the stay instructions it advises to clean the BBQ after use. It was clear it had been used many times without a clean. We had planned to stay in and have a BBQ one night but didn’t end up doing that. Had the BBQ been clean I would definitely review as 5 star.However, we would definitely stay in this house again as the rest of the stay was perfect.

Healey court was a very spacious and comfortable home. The BBQ and outside space was good. There were no tea bags or coffee provided, and only a few coffee pods (coffee machine had not been cleaned) which was disappointing. Why is there a charge to have the beds made up? Extra towels would have been welcome as well.

This house was immaculate and very clean and well looked after. A short 1 km walk to the shops or a coffee at Mahalia’s just around the corner. We loved everything about the house, our Labrador loved the enclosed yard and beach visits and the kids relaxed. Beds are so comfortable!!

After two days 4x4ing and camping in the sand dunes this was a very luxurious stay for myself and the family to end an adventurous weekend. The house was super comfortable with a great living space to relax connect with the family as a whole. Location was fantastic being minutes from the main street and shopping precinct. There was some confusion with our nights accommodation which was initially uncomfortable with the owner but got sorted quickly. And found it unusual that the main bed wasn't maid up and couldn't access wifi. Overall a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend. Thankyou to the host for allowing us to stay in your home.

Pitts Villa was a wonderful house to stay in. The location was really good for us, the space was perfect. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The BBQ outside was big enough for the house which is great and the back yard was safe and lovely for the fur babies. We really enjoyed the table tennis table in the garage! That was a bonus. Short walk to the main street or just around the corner to Mahalias for coffee!

A great property suitable for 2 families. Only disappointment was the listing said 3 queen beds but there were actually only 2 and a double. Probably would've chosen another property if we had known this beforehand. The double was too small for 2 tall adults and the mattress seemed cheap and was uncomfortable.

This home included all the essentials you would need. There is also a DVD/Blue Ray player in the living area. There are only 2 beds that are queen, another 2 double and one with an added single bed. All linen is supplied, including bath mats and hand towels. Table tennis in the garage was also a 'bonus'.

Perfect for four adult groups.
Clean, close to town (approx 15 minute walk).
Only suggestion would be to improve the garden area. Nowhere to really sit outside and garden lacking in plants etc..

Eveything was exactly as seen online. Nice modern house with ample space for a large family to stay together. Handy location. If I had to make any suggestions it would be perhaps better quality mattresses and for sheets to be put on beds instead of guests needing to do this themselves.

Very spacious!
This property was beautifully presented and very spacious in size. Fully equipped with the comforts of home the large open plan living space was a pleasure to relax in. Convenient double car garage and large fenced backyard was a bonus. Perfectly suited behind Mahalia coffee and close to beaches and town centre. Can't wait to go back. A highly recommended quality property.
