Chef’s suite

The place was spacious and stylish, with good lighting. I would have liked more comfort. The heating system ran constantly (unless of course turned off) and was noisy and blew dirt onto the floor. In the bedroom, the heater was right over our heads blowing air on us constantly. The fireplace made nice heat, so we used that instead. There were no towel racks in the bathroom-they were in the bedroom! The worst thing was the tv. Only Hulu was provided. We couldn’t watch the major networks, so we missed the super bowl.

My wife and I stayed for two weeks in January. The chef's suite is very spacious and comfortable. The host reached out prior to our arrival with directions and door code. The space was decorated with appealing artwork, with some period framed pictures. We relaxed in the comfortable vibe. Very clean, quiet and safe. Huge shower. No bath tub. Outside table and chairs provided also. This cottage rental is located in the historic section of Sanford. Really enjoyed walking the neighborhood and of course to the city downtown district/river walk. Close proximity to Orlando and central Florida attractions. Our only concern was there were no recycling receptacles on site. Everything went into the garbage. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Aaron, Christina and Brittany.

I loved staying at Park Place Inn. Very quiet and comfortable, and the proximity to the river walk area was great! I loved the historical feel of the area and the houses/shops. Would definitely stay there again!

Our stay at Chef's Suite was excellent. Couldn't have been nicer and that includes Aaron himself. Quick to answer our calls or text and a perfect gentleman. The apartment was everything we needed and more. Close to historic downtown, eateries, the Riverwalk, groceries and more. A great neighborhood to walk and check out the historic homes in the area. We highly recommend the property and Sanford for a relaxing stay.

The property was even better that listed. It was very well decorated, very clean, very well supplied and it was private. The property itself was beautiful. The owners were very responsive but I really didn’t need to contact them for anything other than the address. I would loved it even more of there had been a tv in the bedroom and not just the living room but considering the decor I see why they don’t have one in there. Anyway I will definitely get back.

First of all, there is no place like Sanford!! And the historic district is so quaint, quiet (with an occasional fire siren) and beautiful. We loved walking all around the historic district, taking in the old homes and hundred year old trees. We biked and walked to many restaurants, shops and breweries. We always felt safe and at home during our three week stay. Christine, the property manager, was very friendly and quick to help us when we had a few minor issues. There are many parks within walking distance to go and sit and read and enjoy the quiet...which we did a few times as there was some construction going on the patio above our place. Parking can be tough sometimes if you have a bigger vehicle like our pick up truck. But the only time we had to park on the street was when they had a wedding one weekend. Overall, we would highly recommend staying at the Park Place Inn. It would definitely be your home away from home!
