Beautiful home and neighborhood. Everyone had a wonderful, relaxing time. Home had everything we needed and more. We had to contact the owner Bruce a couple of times for questions and he got back to us right away and was helpful and polite. Another great vacation in beautiful Tahoe!

We had a great stay. The kids loved the bunk bed room and the hot tub was awesome!

The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process, which really helped streamline my planning for a reunion with a larger group (19 people!). The place is clean, spacious yet cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed, such as an extra folding table+chairs, which was perfect for everyone to eat together. Using the hot tub after a day in the snow was very relaxing as well. The only thing I would point out is that the shower on the bottom floor wasn’t able to get the water warm enough for some reason. Everything else about the stay was perfect!

My family, myself, and friends from out of state, stayed in Bruce's home in Incline Village. The house was big and everyone had their own rooms. There were plenty of bathrooms. The master bathroom had a fantastic tub and shower. We hired a private chef, AnnaMarie, who had no problem cooking two meals in the large kitchen that was stocked with everything she needed. Hot tub was nice, especially at sunset. If you have a big group of people, this is the perfect place to stay. Thank you Bruce for hosting us in Incline Village.

The home is situated high above Lake Tahoe amongst beautiful, mature pine trees. The interior is quite spacious and large windows allow for plenty of natural sunlight and gorgeous views of nature. The furniture, appliances, and fixtures are all modern yet don't take anything away from the cozy, rustic feel of the place. The property made a great home base for every Tahoe adventure we planned on our trip. Bruce was excellent at communicating with us and even gave us some great tips for hikes and where to find the best secret beaches on the north end of the lake. We highly recommend, and we plan on staying here again when we return!

Inadequate kitchen storage for guest food supplies. very minimal view of the lake. Uncomfortable beds and tiny bathrooms except the master bath. The carpets were very dirty. The manager was available and helpful I felt badly that he had former guest who trashed his beautiful house.

Wonderful stay.
Property was very nice. Neighborhood was peaceful. We stayed a weekend in the summer. Was hot but bearable. Air-conditioning is good. I would recommend bringing a humidifier if air-conditioning affects your sinuses. Wouldn't mind staying a bit in the snowy winter.

Beautiful home but not sure worth the trouble
The home was beautiful and located in a beautiful neighborhood. There was plenty of beds with clean sheets. Large home and very comfortable great for family size groups with partial view of the lake. Lots of things to do in the home like pool table and slot machines however two of the slot machines did not work and the driving game was so loud we could not turn it down. Was a fun game but extremely loud! we stayed during the summer months..
OK here is the downside and the trouble that we’re talking about…. Prior to checking in I never received any communication whatsoever from the homeowner. I had to ask him the day before to make sure he gave me the security code to get in the house. When we showed up the trash was overflowing and no place in The bear Box to be able to put trash ….no room!
Could not figure out how to open the blinds in the living room, texted his cell phone number and no response. Sent him an email asking him questions regarding cleaning supplies garbage bags dish clothes to keep his kitchen clean no response. If you’re looking for a response from this homeowner you might as well pound sand!
This VRBO really is not a true VRBO…. It’s almost like a house is being rented out that they live in. Many of the closets were unusable as there was junk in the closet and no place to hang your clothes one of which was completely locked off and the second one had a bunch of pillows and comforters could hang nothing in the closets whatsoever. In the master closet could hang nothing as well. Of all of the showers in the home the best shower to use is in the Jack and Jill bathroom on the second floor. The master bathroom as well as the lower level bathroom had lukewarm water even when the water ran for quite a bit of time. Also there is a 26 point checklist in a binder of all the rules that you need to abide by including using a whisper quiet voice outside during the day.
Again, the home was beautiful but again if you cannot get in contact with the homeowner these things could’ve been solved while we were there but he chose not to respond so good luck to those who choose to rent!

I have many good things to say about my experience. I appreciated the communication with the owner from start to finish. The location was exceeded my expectation as well. I'm very appreciative of my experience and I would recommend it.

Tahoe Memorial Day 2022
It is a lovely property. Very well appointed and comfortable. Nicely decorated with little touches that made us feel welcome. The Owner was responsive and helpful. There was a little glitch with the entry code, but it was fixed right away. We were sad to leave!

Great family vacation home!
All 5 stars except one minor glitch with VRBO. We never received an email providing us the door code information. That being said, the property owner immediatley responded to our call and provided us the door code.
This property was the perfect vacation home for our large family. The home had absolutely everything we needed. We've rented many vacation rentals over the years and this one is at the top of our list. From the well appointed chef's kitchen, to the amazing game room, this home has it all. Including a huge gradually sloped back yard area perfect for sledding. Our kids, along with the adults, had a blast!!
Bruce, you own great property. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Great find
House is beautiful, well equipped, lots of great details, i.e. Alexa in rooms, automatic blinds, beautiful master jacuzzi tub. Bruce, the owner, is insanely kind and helpful and attentive, one of the best I've ever rented from. The view of the lake from the hottub, kitchen and dining room is beautiful. Very quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and we wanted for nothing.

My overall impression of the property is poor, some things to be upgraded fixed and addressed, the deck out back very aged and the railing is super sketchy. There are nails coming out of one of the center post and the top railing is barley attached.
the kitchen sink faucet just falls right off, the place was full of dust and dirt on every service upon our arrival/check in. the rule book they have you print out is 22 pages long. my sister spilt some wine on the deck and decided to wipe it up with one of the white hand towels, why? i don't know because i told her to leave it the deck is like 20 plus years old ready to fall. c then they claim we stained numerous towels and there is a new chip in one of the slide glass shower enclose doors, which the sent me pictures of. We did not make any chips but yes stained a hand towel.
as far as the chip this is a typical contractor special. the shower has chrome side rails and bottom and top support for the shower door the rails on the side are held to the wall, tile etc with screws there is a rubber garment that is supposed to be in the side rails to protect the shower door from hitting these screws and chipping or damaging it. we never noticed this when we were there. But they sent pictures and lucky for me being a builder contractor for 35 plus years i new exactly how this chip happened i was trying to figure out who or what chipped the glass but when they sent a picture it was so clear to see the cause. This seems like and insurance scam to me they said they were holding my spendy deposit until there was a price TBD to fix a wine stained towel and an existing chipped shower door.
this place is a joke! mind you we are from Napa California we use to be owners of a house in Incline village for years. This was a trip to spread our dads ashes. If we damage anything in this family we will notify and pay that's how we have been raised. unfortunately not everyone is like this BUT WE ARE.! and we do not take lightly to false claims for insurance.
I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. They pretty healthy deposit plenty of money to fix these items and then some maybe even replace all the top deck boards as well. because we cant talk $ seems like they would make economical and environmental sense to pay it out of my deposit. They said that i have paid for insurance and they were gonna go that route. This is what works the system that is driving inflation rates, taxes etc that we the people pay.

Nice cabin has almost everything including kitchen wares and condiments.
Owner is very thoughtful and equipped the home with entertainment , board games, man's cave, and
Slot machine to waste your time. close by to hiking trails though I find more activities to do near South Tahoe.
The village is very quiet set in very beautiful scenery.
We had a good time and thanks Bruce.

Wonderful Stay!
Beautiful home in a gorgeous setting at Lake Tahoe. Nice neighborhood. We enjoyed evenings on the deck overlooking the forest with views of Lake Tahoe. Plenty of room for separation from the kids when needed! You'll enjoy your vacation here.
4.0 / 10.0
The home overall was great for two families. It offered a nice separation of spaces and was only a couple of miles from town - convenient for shopping, dining and takeout. There were enough supplies in the house to cook and for the beach (chairs, umbrellas etc). On the constructive side, there are two things to note: 1) the HOA changed the rules to limit use of all of the key amenities that come with a home in incline village (community pool, beaches, play sets) so we as visitors could not use any of them. We found out a week or two before our stay. That was one of the main reasons we chose the home. While it was out of the owners control, it should be removed from the marketing of the property and some concession should have been made (I.e. a discount) for a reduction in overall services offered by the property with the originally agreed upon price. I brought this issue up to the owner and I did not get a response. I followed up after five days and was told “I don’t know how to respond since it’s out of my control”.
Secondly, as a result, we could not use the private community incline village beaches and had to use the public beaches. It was really difficult to get into the beaches unless we left the house by 7-8AM (in particular Sand Harbor on the weekend filled up by 7:45am and 8-9AM during the week and they close off to new visitors when they reach capacity until the end of the day). Hidden beach is really pretty to look at but really rocky and arguably unsafe for young kids. We were really left with Kings beach on most days which also gets crowded quickly.
Lastly, just a note for anyone visiting Tahoe, the rental car and taxi situation is a nightmare. Make sure you rent a car months in advance to and from the airport - don’t bet on Uber (non existent) and taxis are price gauging to take advantage of demand and lack of supply.

Birthday getaway weekend
My family wanted to get away from home and celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. The house was the perfect size and had the right amenities to please everyone. We made dinner and a few other meals together and the kitchen had all the essentials and more. The hot tub was a hit as was the game room. This was a really nice place to stay and the whole family enjoyed themselves. The owners were also quick to respond to a few questions I had during my stay, which was reassuring.

Great Family Retreat!
We had two families meet for a family vacation for about 8 days. There was plenty of room and plenty of things to do in the house and the location is perfect for North Lake Tahoe activities. Access to the neighborhood's private beach was a real blessing. So glad we found this house for our stay!

Enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was big in a beautiful neighborhood. The property owner has signs all over the house though and many of them state how much you will be fined if you break particular rules. It's hard to feel comfortable and relax when there are signs everywhere. The outdoor patio furniture was super dirty. We cleaned it. There was some sheets that had stains and there was a broken chair outside. The beds were super comfortable. This house is perfect for a large group. Just know that there are many rules and threats of being charged if you break any of the rules. Overall we had an amazing time in Tahoe though and this house suited our large group (10 people ages 13-58) perfectly.

Great Summer Getaway
Truly enjoyed our weeklong stay at this fantastic property. We've stayed at a number of VRBO rentals in the past, and Bruce was the most responsive & easiest to work with by far. The Incline Village location was central to everything on the Northshore, particularly the fantastic IV private beaches. Our kids loved the slot machines, pool table, and game room - and we loved the fact that it was downstairs. Great house - perfect for our two families...only wish we could have stayed longer...

The property had more than enough space for the 13 of us. It was clean and had fun amenities for our group like the hot tub and piano. Location was close to various ski resorts and food options. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.
