En perle i Krakow, sentralt og åpen restaurant 24/7

Frokosten var god, varm mat på forespørsel til kokk. Pizzarestauranten og baren var åpen 24/7, så det ble noen pizzaer om natten når vi kom hjem fra byen. Hyggelig personal overalt. Pizza servert på rommet hvis vi ville..! Flotte rom og deilige senger. Alt på rommet kan styres med i-paden. Hightec.

For å kunne se på egen Netflix fikk vi beskjed at vi kunne koble oss til tv. Det eneste dummer der var at da må du ha Android mobil for å kunne bruke cromecast. Vi har Apple. Så endte opp med å se på Netflix på i-pad i sengen. Dette burde endres på.

Excelente localização. Disponibilidade do staff.

Localização excelente (10 min a pé da praça principal), disponibilidade e simpatia do staff. Bebidas (sumos, água) disponíveis no quarto sem custos extras. No primeiro dia tive de sair de madrugada e prepararam uma box pequeno almoço muito completa. Restaurante aberto 24h.

O ruído do sistema de tiragem de ar no quarto. Em alternativa oferecem tampões para os ouvidos. Sugestão: Deveria existir um sistema que permitisse avaliar a disponibilidade do jacuzzi sem ter de existir deslocação.

Amazing hotel

Lovely rooms which were clean, modern and spacious. Incredible pizzas and cocktails. The staff were amazing and really helpful. We were really pleased with the location only a few minutes walk from the old town. Added facilities like the jacuzzi were a nice treat as well after walking throughout the day. I will definitely be returning.

An easily accessible location, good value and a pleasant place to stay for a tourist visiting Krakow

A good and high-quality breakfast. Appreciation for being able to order at breakfast as you wish...it was ready quickly. It's good that there was also salted salmon at breakfast, which we have experienced less and less at breakfasts in different hotels. It was surprising and nice that behind the hotel, on the other side of the railway, there is a small market with its own selection of goods... it is good to buy fruits there for the day.

The wooden board around the jacuzzi needs tidying up. On the first night, the sauna was not switched on at the agreed/ ordered time and it took time for the heater to heat up. It was a warm evening and we could spend time in the hot tub on the roof.

Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose ‘The Loft’ again.

Our stay was excellent. From the buffet breakfast, that was always fresh, to the comfortable room. Not on the doorstep of the main square but easy walking distance, got plenty of exercise. The staff were always helpful and pleasant. As well as a good breakfast, the pizza was amazing..

The only thing I didn’t like but got use to, was the black decor in the rooms. Looks very luxurious but not my taste, a bit dark

Excellent place to stay in Krakow felt very looked after

Staff very nice, jacuzzi and sauna was very relaxing to end a long day walking

A good place to stay in Krakow

The location was very good from the point of view of being close to the Market Square (10 min walk) - it has a sauna and jacuzzi and the breakfast which is good runs from 7 to 12 - The restaurant is apparently open 24rs - The staff were very helpful and friendly

The hotel backs onto a railway line - we had a road facing room which was fairly quiet - The TV had no English TV albeit there was a lot of English guests- The blinds could have been better - The use of a mobile phone as a key and to control lights, TV and blinds was not always that effective

a letdown

central location

rooms very dark , no drawers for storage , 4 hangers , no where to put toiletries in bathroom , staff rude , too busy talking to each other , eating and on their phones , looked down their noses at you if you asked them anything , I would have expected more for a four star hotel , breakfast time no cups for coffee , coffee machine had run out of milk , cereal empty, no bowls for cereal

great location, lovely room with free mini bar, and high quality toiletries. Staff were very useful and friendly and the rooftop views were brilliant.

Staff were excellent. 10 out of ten. Returning in the summer. Loved the whole experience. Just a little niggle. Slipy around hot tub. Although it was minus 4. Many thanks. Two very happy customers.

Perfect central location and an amazing hotel

Everything about this hotel was exceptional - from the decor to the facilities, it was absolutely perfect. The room was clean, the pizza in the restaurant was lovely, staff super friendly, amazing central location about a 10 minute walk from the main square and 20 minute walk or so from the Jewish Quarter. It really was a perfect location and beautiful hotel and I would stay again in a heartbeat, amazing value for money. As it's a Smart Hotel we had the coolest little smartphone to control everything in the room from the blinds to the temperature!

Clean, well decorated rooms with prosecco on arrival. Rooftop jacuzzi and 24hr pizza restaurant are a great bonus to any hotel stay. Would absolutely stay here again

From start to finish everything about this hotel was great. the 24/7 food and drink service for starters as I didn’t fly in untill late.

Great location, walking distance to main square, old town and castle. Rooms are specious, well equipped,very modern and stylish. U get the mobile phone as a room key, u can remotely control the lights, blinds, tv, A/C, which was pretty cool. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco and content of the mini fridge is nice touch. The rooftop hot jacuzzi is great, overlooking the town, just maybe one suggestion to put sheltered hooks for dressing gown as they get wet if it's raining or snowing. Saunas are bonus too, u need to pre-book them. Breakfast very tasty and great selection, served till 12 o'clock The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall one of the best places we stayed, definitely would love to come again.

Brilliant location, amazing staff and lovely spacious modern accommodation. Was all inclusive and food was fantastic. Hotel booked trips and the guys that take you are lovely well worth it.

Brilliant would come back!

The hotel was perfect location to square and Jewish quarter. The roof top jacuzzi was amazing didn’t use sauna but would highly recommend hotel. Ordered pizza with room service and was really good not had pizza that good in a long time! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. De luxe room was spacious and comfortable.

We weren’t able to get late check out as too many guests had requested before us so ask in advance if you’re looking for late checkout.
