Terrific place to stay to take in Krakow. We would recommend it and stay there again.

It was very clean, welcoming, and close to all that we needed.

The recycle area got a bit over crowded.

Great stay with female family friends. Housekeeper very pleasant and accommodating.

Location was good, plenty of room and two shower rooms for a group of girls to get ready! Clean and spacious apartment. A good base location.

The beds and pillows. Narrow and uncomfortable beds, pillows not great. The beds slid around on wooden floor, would be better if secured or something underneath to stop them sliding around.

Very pleasant and spacious apartment close to the city centre. I recommend it.

The apartment is located really nicely with a short 5 minute walk to the city centre. Since the apartment is also located right next to the train station as well as trams and taxis, it makes it very easy to get around. The apartment was big and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the living room with the large, nice couch and the TV after a long day of sightseeing. We were 4 people staying there, so we also really appreciated the three bathrooms! It made it very easy and hassle-free to get ready in the morning.

It required a bit of planning to receive the keys in person. It would have been easier and more efficient if the keys were left in a key box outside the building.

communication was everything at this location. the owners knocked everything out of the ballpark with this apartment.

I loved the elegance, & location!! the apartment had 2 toilets, two showers, 2 bedrooms, balcony, beautiful kitchen, heated floors. easy parking right next to the apartment located on both sides. you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the 1st level but it was very easy with children. you’re located directly across from the shopping center in krakow, train/ tram station and plenty of food to eat within the area. we loved our stay!

It was freezing when we first got there, however the building manager was very responsive on communicating the steps to follow to get the heat on. in the spare bedroom the sheets and pillow cases were filled with dust and hair, like it hadn’t been changed in a while. however under the sheets were all clean.

Absolutely loved our time in Krakow. Could not recommend these apartments highly enough.

Location of the apartment was perfect, 2 minute walk from the main square. We rented 3 of the apartments and they exceeded our expectations, the host was very welcoming and made sure we knew where everything within the apartment was and couldn't have been more helpful! Comfort 10/10, cleanliness 10/10, location 10/10, host 10/10. As an added bonus we were also provided with free Wifi. Could not recommend these apartments highly enough!

Beautiful apartment, great location, super clean.

Plenty room, bedrooms were clean and beds comfy. Great bathroom facilities. Hosts very helpful in booking us taxis from airport. Perfect location.

very clean good location comfortable beds luxury decoration fully equipped/kitchenette/ dishwasher/ washing machine spacious area very beautiful inside from inside air conditioning

rent fees there are 7 steps before reaching the lift the parquet floor making noise when walking could wake up my parents at night when I’m moving the stove on the kitchen is an induction stove where special item can only be suitable for it. if you use other types of pots the stove will not work. this was a little bit hard because some pots for Turkish or Arabic coffee are not suitable for this stove also the pressure pots are not suitable for it. but you can boil your coffee using the pots available in the apartment. there are plenty of them

perfect stay very close to central station and biggest shopping mall. yet not too loud, very clean and comfy.

this property definitely has soul to it, every detail made to secure comfortable stay as if you were at home. a separate big thank you to Paulina, who received us very warmly in our uneasy situation and generally confirms the fact that the world is full of wonderful people. 🤗

Fabulous! Unforgetable stay , in a perfect location.

Communiction with our host Chris and manger Paulina was excellent.Paulina helped us out with an an early checking and met the rest of the group later in the evening , as we had different arrival times. The apartment was spotless, cosy , nicely furnished and spacious. Well equipped and with modern decor and sound proofing. (Do not let the exterior of the building put you off! ) A home away from home. The location was superb. Close to Old town. Lots of restaurants to choose from close by. A massive shopping mall just across the street . I would highly recommend this accomadation, would definately stay there again .We had a wonderful stay.

Pleasant

The location was good, opposite the train station and the mall, and not very far from the old town area. There was a small supermarket as well round the corner. The nespresso machine and the coffee capsules were a pleasant addition.

We were a bit disappointed, the single beds were too small so one of us had to sleep on the sofa. There was a terrible smell coming out of one of the bathrooms at night, I hope the owners do something about this. Also I did not like the idea of paying a deposit as guarantee in cash and getting it back when we returned. We have stayed in much better apartments and were not asked for a deposit. The apartment could have been checked when we were leaving for any damages, and our deposit returned in cash. There was also nowhere to leave our luggage from check-out time until our departure as we had a few more hours to spend in Krakow. We were asked to leave our things at the train station which was very inconvenient and I had to discuss and repeatedly ask to leave our bags at the apartment, although the cleaners had already been there.

Perfect new apartment in wonderful location

Located just few minutes from the old town, next to the shopping center. The rooms are big, highly decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms are well wonderful well equipped. We received an excellent answer to every question and inquiry

The location was excellent. You can reach the center in 10 minutes. There is a supermarket and shopping center accros the street. the bus/tram station is in 2 minutes.

Perfect communication with owner Chris and manager Paulina. Accomodation is in perfect location from train, central bus station, shops and very very close from heart of Cracow. Apartment is very luxury with everything you need for your stay. Very tastefully and functionally furnished apartment.
