Everything we needed in this sweet studio.

Everything we needed was there including wine coffee and snacks. The tv bed and kitchen were all good.

Carrying our bags to the third floor. The check in process was not smooth.

Great location, very reasonable owner but too noisy for us.

Close to restaurants, harbor, shops etc.

Walls were thin and we were awakened 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed. People over our room woke us up at 12:15 am through 1:30 am on the first night. Same folks above us woke us up at 3:15 am on the second night. The owner kept the room over ours vacant on our final night stay.

Favorite stay on our trip

This was an awesome place to stay, by far our favorite on our weeklong trip in a different place every night. Great place to unwind after a day of checking out the area. Very relaxing, comfortable studio.

Top notch stay in the most beautiful apt!

Our GORGEOUS studio was spotless and extremely comfortable! Location was perfect, communication was excellent and everything was perfection. It really made our visit to Portsmouth special!

A fabulous apartment hotel in central Portsmouth that is an ideal place to stay and relax!

A gorgeous property in a perfect location in Portsmouth! we had such a wonderful time here. Everything in the room was perfect (down to the soaps) and super clean.

The check out time is a bit early (10am) and it would be great to have another hour to enjoy the property (and very comfy bed).

Spacious apartments in the center of Portsmouth.

Rooms were very spacious, area was both nice and very clean, great location right in downtown.

There were a few fees (cleaning fee, parking fee) we weren’t aware of until after we booked. Overall, the price was good, but it was more than we expected.

Hospitality with much style!

Our experience of Portsmouth started with our temp stay that was exceptional and quite comfy. First, to stay at a home with condo/apts as a choice is fantastic and price was right in the budget. Looking forward to another stay soon!

The stairs so I will definitely inquire about one of the separate entrance apts.

It was not worth it!

The location is good

We had very high expectations for this hotel. Tons of positive reviews, nice pictures of the property and rooms, great location and on-site parking. Everything looked good and clean on the surface. But then we noticed that the sheets and pillows were crumpled and not crisp, towels were rather grey than white and air in the room and the bathroom was not that fresh at all. Plus, there was a generator close to the property that worked 24/7, so our nights were not quiet and peaceful. We could definitely bear with all these flaws had the price not been that high. Finally - there was a huge spot on the duvet. So, the place is extremely overpriced taking onto account the level of cleanliness and service (or rather no service) provided.

Awesome

My wife and i had a great time walk down town. the Inn was in a good location. the studio room was nice and clean. the inn was more then we expected. wished we had stayed more the one night but i will be tell all my friends that this is the place to stay. so much better than a Motel or Hotel.

nothing bad to say about the inn or portsmouth just wished on are end that we wished we would have had better plans to what we were going to do.

Best stay in the neighborhood by FAR0

Modern room with gorgeous brass and gold but when you step out into the neighborhood it feels intimate, Old New Englandy and peaceful. So many bunnies around, fresh lavender bushes, minutes walk from every shop and restaurant in Portsmouth. Doug was incredibly open for communication and the room was stocked with extremely fair priced amenities- never seen a bar so fairly priced (had I known I would not have brought my own liquor). They had a white noise machine and Doug made it clear any after hours noise was prohibited since it was a residential area. I needed the quiet coming from NYC so that was really nice. Check in and out was easy, felt like a really high end rental. Will recommend to everyone.

Awesome location. The staff was so kind, especially the valet.

Would have given a 10 if I didn’t leave my charger. I called the hotel and they said they’d look for it and never called me back either way.
