This property was as expected, host was excellent and very communicative. Paid extra for pool heat which was absolutely worth it. Hot tub was great for cool nights and mornings. Home was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. We will be back!

This home felt like a home away from home. Very warm and cozy feeling. Having a private yard with the pool & hot tub made for a very relaxing week away from the stress of work life. We paid for heating of the pool and it was worth every penny! Even with the cooler evenings it was comfortable in the pool. We enjoyed the area, you can find everything you might need within miles of the property. We would definitely stay here again.

What a house!!!, it was beautiful. The house and location worked out perfectly for our family trip to AZ. The backyard was a big hit, peaceful and warm. The property manager (Brenda) was great and very easy to work with when we had questions. So much to do in the surrounding area. On our future trips, we will check for this property first. Thank you so much.

We thought this home was amazing. The pool and hot tub were clean and the yard had so much space to spread out or sit together. Inside the home was also very clean and enough room for 12 to sit comfortably at the two dining tables. Overall it was a great choice for us. Quick responses from Brenda whenever we reached out. Amazing!

We enjoyed our stay in this home very much! Very nice residence, comfortable beds and furniture, very nicely decorated. The owners were very responsive when we had a question or problem, answering almost immediately. The pool area was very nice, and even though there was no railing to get in the pool, (seems to be a theme in AZ, I've not seen any at any pool we've been to at a private residence) the owners are thoughtful enough to have placed a small statue ornament at the pool stairs, so there was something to hold onto. Very nice stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It has 5 great bedrooms. The outside area is spectacular with a great pool and hot tub. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels and each bathroom has soap, shampoo and conditioner. The beds were all cosy. The pictures don't do it justice

There were more comfortable spots for the 8 of us to stretch out comfortably to read, watch TV or eat around two tables ( diningroom or kitchen! The kitchen was very well set-up which made Christmas dinner a breeze. All beds were comfy. We had a wonderful family time here.

The property was great and had everything we needed. Brenda communicated with us on a regular basis and outlined what we needed to know. The house looked a little more dated in person than the pictures online but was still very clean.

You will not regret booking this property! The host Brenda was amazing with communicating and giving us all the information about the house and check in and out process. The pictures on the site don’t show the new backyard furniture ITS SO COZY! Everything was so clean when we arrived even the pool was spotless!! The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. I loved how we had an overload of towels for swimming and showering for my family Of 5, never had to wash any. We will be back every year to visit our family in San Tan Valley

Wonderful house and neighborhood

The house was everything we expected and stocked with all the necessities. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe for early morning or evening walks. The backyard oasis was wonderful. Being from Minnesota, we enjoyed drinking coffee outside in the morning and soaking up the sun throughout the day into the evening. Highly recommend spending the extra money to heat the pool. We stayed in early February, outdoor temps were 70s during the day and 40s at night, so as you can imagine the water would of been chilly without the heater. Bedroom and closet sizes were perfect but some of the beds were pretty firm.

My favorite VRBO property and experience yet!

I could go on all day about how great of an experience this was! From before to after check out, Brenda was the very best. She made sure we got in to the property safely, answered our questions and went way above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We traveled from Alaska so had a long trip to PHX but as soon as we got there we felt like we were at home and were able to relax right away. The house was perfect for our family of six (kids ranging 5-18), and we had plenty of room for my in-laws to visit us during the day (they live around the corner in the same neighborhood). Most importantly, the property was safe and very-obviously cleaned and sanitized. This was the best-stocked property I've ever stayed at which was great so less store runs which meant more pool time! The house is close to our necessary vacation stops like In-N-Out and Dutch Bros, but also Target, Fry's and whatever else your family could possibly need. Back to the house, it was spacious and very clean with plenty of supplies. I liked that everything was so well put together like a regular home, it wasn't all mismatched with garage-sale type furnishings. It was perfect and we now have a go-to home in PHX anytime we're back. Thank you Brenda for the best week my family and I have had in so long. We hated to leave and we'll definitely be back!

I stayed in this rental home for almost a month in January/February. We were a group of 6 and this house couldn't have been more perfect! It's exactly as shown/described and is extremely well stocked with things such as spices in the kitchen, small appliances (air fryer, hand mixer, even an electric can opener) and is just overall a great space to enjoy the area. The owner of the home, Brenda, was SO helpful and incredibly responsive. The grill needed a new propane tank at one point of our visit and we were having trouble finding any at the nearby stores. I asked her if she knew where to get some and she IMMEDIATELY called walgreens to see if they had any. Truly above and beyond! We loved the pool, the backyard (with so many seating options!), and the hot tub. The house also has an awesome firepit, which we got lots of use out of. The living areas were perfect for what we needed and all of the bedrooms were great, especially the master which is huge. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to check out the area and enjoy some warm weather. This is just what we needed to escape the winter while we work remotely. We came down to San tan valley on a last minute trip due to a death in family. We all wanted to stay together and be comfortable as a place to regroup. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. This home was so clean and comfortable there was enough space for everyone. If we ever go back we will definitely stay here again. And the owner was a delight , she answered all our questions and was in contact with us throughout the stay if she noticed anyone was off track. Absolutely love this home and so thankful it was available to us. Thank you Brenda for the use of this amazing homey comfortable home.

Pros: 1. close to our family who reside in AZ 2. Large comfortable home with large outside are including pool Cons: 1. Needed key for entry and had to coordinate meeting owner. She was totally flexible but after traveling for several hours it would be preferred to have a keyless entry. 2. The heated pool was great but we got charged for heating it which was not in the listing when we booked. Overall great home. Highly recommend! Owner was responsive and pleasant.
