Location, Location, Location! Nestled on the banks of Cypress Creek, Bella Rosa is a one bedroom cottage that’s the perfect place to get away from it all. Peace and quiet are the order of the day and yet, it’s a short walk (4/10 of a mile) to the heart of Wimberely Square!

Beautifully appointed home where you can brew morning coffee or choose from a selection of teas, then sip them on Cypress Creek. You can spend a leisurely day or a busy one in the area, then relax in front of the stone wood burning fireplace, have a cocktail on the porch watching wildlife, or rejuvenate with a long soak in a Jacuzzi bath tub. Finally, sink into a king size bed in a room outfitted with cable, or connect to your Netflix or Amazon Prime video. It’s completely up to you! Of course, there’s high speed internet! Bella Rosa Cottage is amazing. So clean. Precious decor. Soft sheets. Everything you would want or need is provided. We had a wonderful and most relaxing time. Can't wait to go back. !!!

Loved the location, very nice cabin and super close to Wimberely Square with lots of food options and shopping. We explored across the creek and found a trail leading to blue hole (go left). Gorgeous walk with many deer and birds, love the wildlife experience!

Rustic looking cabin with modern up to date furnishings. Peaceful and beautiful. Wildlife everywhere. Host answered my questions immediately. Just the best place to relax and rejuvenate.

We absolutely loved this cottage. It was adorable and just want we wanted. Very peaceful and quiet. Loved being near all of the shops and restaurants. Will definitely go back. The check in process was a breeze. Loved all the little touches the owners left. Very sweet and left a bottle of wine!!😁

This was a short getaway for my 60th birthday. I wanted something quiet/peaceful, to relax, rest, read and spend quality time with my husband and our Creator. Bella Rosa fit the bill perfectly! Quiet neighborhood, super close to the square, groceries and easy drives to other attractions (Blue Hole, Jacob's Well, Mt. Baldy, Cypress Falls). Bella Rosa was very comfortable. It has a great, well supplied kitchen and extremely spacious bedroom and bathroom. I told my husband, "We could live in something like this." I will say, I was unaware that this was on a shared property, but it was not an issue for us, as it appeared none of the other places were occupied. I guess they are individually owned, but it would be a great place for a family reunion or to go with friends, if you can coordinate the reservations. We took advantage of the property's canoe with leisurely paddle down the creek... highly recommend! The owners truly put their personal touch into our stay, with a warm welcome note and bottle of wine, but went over the top with a "Happy Birthday" banner. They truly make their guests feel welcomed and special... not something you get from corporate run properties. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Property was just as advertised. We enjoyed the river and the close walk to town. Wife did not love the bed, but I did not have an issue. Would definitely use the property again

We had a wonderful tranquil stay. Loved the deer and fawn visiting looking to be fed. It was so peaceful floating in the creek beneath the giant cypress canopy. We also enjoyed nearby dining and an ice cream outing. The place itself was lovely and super comfortable, a great eacape

The cottage was nestled within a few others with ample room inside and out. There is a short walk to the edge of the creek. It was thoughtful to leave corn to feed the deer. The deer were happy to feed within a few feet of the porch. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

The property and house are beautiful and quiet. It is centrally located and within walking distance to Wimberly Square. I would highly recommend and hopefully be back soon!

The whole experience was amazing!! The location was perfect and the cottage was very inviting when we arrived. Everything was perfect and we had no problems whatsoever. Highly recommend this host and the Bella Rosa Cottage if you’re looking for a place to stay in Wimberley!

The cabin was wonderful. It was immaculately cleaned, and a short distance to town. The deer outside the front porch were beautiful. The only suggestion I would make is to add someplace to put your hang up clothes. There’s no closet. There’s a hook in the bathroom but it blocks the full length mirror if you hang anything on it. Overall it’s an amazing cabin!

Bella Rosa was a great quiet sodden gem. In a small complex of cottages that were modern. Very close to Wemberley Square to walk and enjoy. We enjoyed all the deer that wandering the area, and those squirrels that cleaned up to corn the deer didn’t eat. Definitely would come back.

Bella Rosa cabin was very comfortable and is set in a peaceful location with plenty of deer. It’s also close enough that we could walk anywhere we wanted to go. We’ll definitely come back

We come to Wimberly twice a year and this easily became one of our favorite spots. It’s quiet but a very short walk to town. The kitchen is well appointed and everything worked great! We look forward to coming back soon.

Great communication, Cabin is just adorable, bed was very comfortable. Stocked with coffee, creamer. Had a bottle of champagne for us to help us celebrate our 20th anniversary. The location is absolutely perfect, less than 3 min drive or 10 min walk to the square. Right on the river, they have kayaks and a canoe to use. It’s just picturesque. Don’t hesitate, book this one. Thank you again! We will be back!

Very clean and comfortable. Modern feel in a rustic setting. Check in and out was super simple. 5-7 min walk to downtown Wimberly, 30 min to San Marcos, and an hour to Fredricksburg. Too many wineries to list. Great weekendend get away, but to hit it all you need 4-5 days. We only went shopping, so a 3 night stay did us well.

We stayed five very relaxing days in Wimberley at Bella Rosa. The cottage was very quaint and with all the creature comforts we needed. Plus, farm fresh eggs and a nice bottle of wine. Extremely clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. We were as comfortable there as we are in our own home. We've stayed in Wimberley many times over the past 20 years, and this now ranks as our favorite visit. Robert and Charlene have a great listing in Bella Rosa and a return trip for us is already being planned,,, Thank you!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage was incredibly clean and the hosts were thoughtful and attentive. We loved feeding the deer and watching the birds. Such a beautiful place to stay if you enjoy wildlife and nice country walks down the private road. Only a few steps away from a beautiful little swimming hole as well. This is the second time my husband and I stayed at Bella Rosa and will definitely return.

The cottage was lovely, close enough to walk to the square. Quiet and cozy, we appreciated and enjoyed the fireplace. Bed was comfy. The only disappointment was i couldnt get enough hot water for a decent soak in the tub, it ran cold before the tub was half full. Other than that its a great place.

This was a very nice place to stay. My wife and I love the square and we really enjoyed the easy walk from the cottage to our favorite breakfast place. We saw plenty of deer, lots of beautiful scenery. The bed was comfortable, with a large and spacious bathroom. We enjoyed watching movies and relaxing on the comfy couch in between shopping and walking through town. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

We loved this little cottage! It was a perfect retreat for a romantic getaway for me and my husband. The house was spacious for the two of us, had everything we needed in the kitchen (with plenty of K-cups), super comfy king bed, woodburning fireplace, corner tub for two, and a great shower!! We loved the cleanliness of the house and attention to every detail. It was not cluttered but very tastefully decorated. And since our stay was in December we enjoyed the touches of Christmas throughout the house. We definitely look forward to staying here again!!!

This cottage was in a beautiful location! Right on a little creek that you can sit by and enjoy and a short walk to downtown Wimberly where there are nice shops and great food! It was absolutely fabulous. And the hosts do a fantastic job of stocking the cottage with anything that you could possibly need!! I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful getaway!

Beautiful house and scenery! We had 9 deer waiting for us as a welcoming community. The attention to detail from the owners was exceptional! Hand written notes to welcome us and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. The town was so lovely to experience. We’ll be back!
