Omaha's first Italian enclave developed during the 1890s near the intersection of South 24th Street and Poppleton Street. We took a vacation to Omaha with our 3 kids and each one was able to have their own bedroom (and living area!) upstairs. The house was very clean and well-furnished. The minor concerns that we did have were no problem because of great communication with Jeremy.

We stayed from a Saturday-Monday and Jeremy was great to work with to make sure the house we rented worked for us. The house was beautiful and well prepared for our stay. I would highly recommend this house and Jeremy for future bookings!

We could not have asked for more from this lovely, clean, and updated home in Little Italy less than 1 mile from the Durham Museum and a few more blocks to the Old Market. Do yourself a favor and eat at Cascio's Steakhouse for dinner and Olsen's Bakery for breakfast - both within easy walking distance. There were only four of us on this trip, but the home could comfortably hold many more than that. All the extra amenities (e.g., coffee, spices, etc) just make the place over-the-top amazing!

My family of 6 (4 kids 7 and under, my husband, and I) loved staying here! It was a perfect size, the kids loved the bunk beds, and it was a very convenient location. It was very clean and stocked with the necessities. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We rented the house for the nebraska state highschool wrestling tournament. Great house, had plenty of room, only a 5 minute drive to the CHI Center which was awesome. House was very clean.

Overall nice property that had everything we needed. It was clean and all ready to go when we arrived. Four stars on communication with property owner only because the front door didn't work when I arrived. I later saw I had an email telling me the lock wasn't working and to use the back door. I think a text message would be better communication for something like this rather than an email, but it was still communicated. Convenient laundry in the basement, with two washer and dryers. Again, the property had everything we needed and we had a nice stay.

Stayed with family for a few nights to attend a concert. Neighborhood was fairly quiet, easy in and out to downtown/market area and other locations. Property was clean and as advertised and host was very easy to work with. Would definitely rent again for a long summer weekend with family or friends.

We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the zoo was perfect. We also went to the Bob Kerrey pedestrian bridge and the Old Market and they were both close by. The kitchen was well equipped and even had a couple of essentials to start you off (coffee and condiments). The whole house was nicely remodeled and we had plenty of space for our group of 10 to eat together and hang out in the evening. Thank you for a nice place to stay.

The house is very cozy in a peaceful neighborhood. It is a little far from downtown, but we had no trouble getting around.
Thank you very much for letting us stay.

This gem is an awesome getaway in the downtown space. Literally minutes from the zoo, just like the listing describes! Check-in and check-out were seamless. Jeremy is a great host: well-prepared, thorough, and communicative. You can tell he goes above and beyond to give his guests a dependable place to stay.
We had everything we needed to cook our meals at home. The house has smart home features, which gave us the security of knowing that Jeremy could troubleshoot anything if we needed (we didn’t though). We appreciated the information binder left in the living room with all the details we’d need, plus recommendations on things to do and places to eat!

This was one of the nicest houses we've ever stayed in and the location was perfect! Everything we wanted to do was really close by. Will definitely save this listing for anytime we want to travel to Omaha!

Straight shot to the zoo. One turn drive to downtown. All that and still located in a quiet neighborhood.

The home was recently remodeled and was very nice! One thing to look at, the shower in the main floor bathroom is very, very slippery. Something should be done about that!

Appreciated all the space in this house, we were able to spread out and have enough room for everyone. Like that the front rooms of the house still had original craftsman character, and the rest was nicely updated. Plenty of room at the large dining room table to accommodate everyone! Quiet neighborhood, parking was fine. Can hear the train, but pretty far away. Needs new pillows, but I think every home I've ever stayed in does. Very nice home, would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 5 nights in mid-March with our three kids, ages 3, 7, and 9. It was close to downtown and the zoo, and within 15 minutes to almost everything in Omaha. It was very clean, plenty of linens and towels, and a ton of space to spread out. We loved the updates. We didn’t have any issues with our stay and would book this home again if we were in the area!
