close to location of my meeting and affordable rate

No room service for entire stay. No fresh towel and front desk is closed from 9 pm to 7 am in morning so can not even go to front desk for fresh towel or anything. No one picked up call as well

Spacious clean and cheap room that comes with stove and full fridge and clean bathroom

The property was fine. Rooms are nicer than what the outside looks like. Rooms have a stove and full fridge and flat screen tv. Bathrooms were clean! They have wood floors also helps keep the room clean and easy accessible windows.

Hallways smelled like smoke. But room doesn't. $100 deposit but it does come back in about 2-3 days. You have to show your ID and anyone who comes into your room has to show theres too. Security purposes but its a bit extra.

was ‘secure’ facilities but people were sitting in the stairways that didn’t appear to be guests or employees, trash up and down the hallways, bad smells, just all around dirty place.

Unhappy and disapointed

Smoking room. Kitchen.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Tv got about 1/3 of chanel's it was supposed to. Blankets on bed not very heavy. Towels where nice but could have used more then just two. No shampoo, conditioner, or soap. Tight security to point I felt like I was treated like a child. We left room to get breakfast B4 checkout came back and still had 45 mins B4 checkout and door was propped open with our luggage still inside. someone had been in the room. WE WONT GO BACK THERE...

Pulling up, the parking lot was sketchy. Room was disgustingly dirty. Entire hotel smelled awful, a mixture of smoke, Thai food, and dirt. So disgustingly dissatisfied.

Very poor

Booked a king bed smoking room got a double bed smoking room. Beds are hard as a rock. The mattresses are just on a metal platform and they slip and slide all over the place. Our floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in weeks, never went barefoot in room.

It was quiet. You did not hear other guests during the night.

It was bare minimum. No pool, no breakfast, no room cleaning. The room was clean except for the floors that had obviously not been cleaned recently (may be a staffing shortage due to covid). Definitely more like an empty dorm room than a hotel.

never happened

i did not even check in. the rude unprofessional staff at the desk couldn’t handle my issues. still waiting for my refund. this property was fine the first time i stayed last year. will never consider this property again or recommend this place to anyone

did not like one thing. the entrance is unwelcoming and the staff needs additional training. they are not customer service orientated at all. but i understand. it is a skill not too many have. their appearance was less the business casual and untidy.
