About this house rental

Welcome to our recently renovated Farmhouse ranch retreat, located in the hills southeast of Petaluma, between the Petaluma River and Sonoma Valley in farm and wine country. Relax on the large deck overlooking grapevines, or immerse yourself in the hot tub on the deck while viewing beautiful Mt. Burdell and watch the cows graze. The 100+ year-old family-owned ranch operates on 540 acres, and provides privacy, vast space, and a perfect place to getaway, unwind and re-energize. Sonoma Speedway is just over the hill - we are 5 minutes from the Gate 9 entrance off of Lakeville Highway. Sonoma Horse Park is also just minutes away, and we offer parking space for your trailers at the Farmhouse.

We do not rent to wedding parties to get ready for their wedding day with bridal party hair/makeup and/or any gatherings of 11 people or more. We are located in the Petaluma Gap Wine Region, part of the Sonoma Coast AVA. Keller Estate Winery is a few miles down the road and many of Sonoma's finest wineries; Viansa, Jacuzzi, Cline, Schug, Gloria Ferrer, and Rams Gate just to name a few are within 20 minutes, and Sonoma Plaza and its many tasting rooms are 22 minutes away. Artesa, Cuvaison, and the south-end of Napa Valley is only a 30 minute drive. Tolay Lake Regional Park is less than 2 miles away and offers a unique 3,434-acre property with hiking, birding, mountain biking, horseback riding and picnicking. If you are traveling from San Francisco, we are 32 miles north of the city. Upon request, we also allow hiking to the top ridge of the ranch, which features magnificent views of San Pablo Bay and the City of San Francisco.

The Farmhouse is a single story ranch style home with plenty of room to spread out and relax.The Farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017, and features an open floor plan, the latest high-end appointments, from the wide planked barn style flooring, to the chef’s kitchen, new televisions with DirecTV Premier 330+ channels, new mattresses and bedding, and accommodating bathrooms with in floor heating. The Farmhouse has a new 2018 air conditioning, ventilation and heating system to keep you cozy in the winter and cool in the summer. The oversized kitchen is built around a 12 person farm table and large quartz island that features 5 counter seats. Comfortable and roomy family and living rooms with see-through gas fireplace, large TVs with DirecTV, and tasteful new furniture. The Farmhouse sleeps 6 - 8 people. Perfect for 3 couples or families with children or group of 6-8 ladies. None of the couches pull out as extra beds. The Master Bedroom features 1 king bed with private access to deck with hot tub, the Second Bedroom also has 1 king bed, and the Third Bedroom has 2 double beds. You will have a restful night with great sleep on any of our new, Heavenly ® Beds Mattress and Box Springs from Westin Hotels & Resorts. Also, all bedrooms have beautiful, blackout shades and drapes to allow more sleep time in the morning. There is a primary bathroom en-suite, and a second bathroom with double sinks (both bathrooms have in floor heating) and large shower, and a laundry room with a deep sink and lots of counter top space. A beautiful large deck with cushioned furniture and propane fire pit coffee table , perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails, is bracketed with a hot tub on the west end of farmhouse, and a large outdoor garden and barbecue area is located on the east side. Like most everything in the house, the barbeque grill is new as of November 2017 and is ready for you to fire-up your favorite grilled items. There is plenty of parking in front of house for your vehicles, RVs, or trailer, and indoor garage parking is available upon request for an extra fee.

We are fourth-generation dairy ranchers and have had many friends and family enjoy our slice of heaven nestled between the vines, the fields and dairy cows. We are located nearby and able to immediately attend to any issues or needs that you may have, and ensure that your time at the Farmhouse is relaxing and hassle-free.

My friends and I celebrated over 40+ years of friendship and stayed in this gorgeous modern farmhouse. The house is very well-appointed, beautiful, and has so many different spaces to experience. We grilled on the back patio and enjoyed the views of the cows from the front deck. We toured the area and enjoyed coming home to the peaceful house. Harley the dog visited us daily. We loved the experience and highly recommend to others.

Property was nice a big for us to spread out. The view was wonderful, big kitchen and cozy fireplace. Very nice amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Our favorite but shhh don’t tell! It’s the best rental we’ve ever stayed in! Clean comfortable, has everything you need. It’s beautiful. And quiet. Love love love this house

We are a group of 4 ladies visiting wine country for a girls trip. We feel that we hit the jackpot in choosing this property as our destination. The location is a rural setting yet only 20 minutes to the Sonoma wineries and the furnishings are very comfortable and tasteful with plenty of space to spread out. Lovely Property!

This property was probably the nicest and convenient home we have ever stayed at. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. The owner was very responsive. We will always stay here when we travel to see our California family.

I and my guest were very excited to stay at the farmhouse and rightfully so, it is a beautiful home with everything you could ever need... The property was well-kept and the deck made for a great place to sit and laugh all day, we went to a beautiful winery less than 20 minutes away and even canceled our dinner plans so we could stay and enjoy this home while cooking together
