About this house rental
License #6003
Our 'JVRSpa River Cabin' is on 450' of the beautiful Fall River. Riverfront Hot Tub, Mountain Views, Fish in the River, Lounge on Patio, Steam Shower, Wildlife - Moose, Elk, Fox, Coyote, Wild Turkeys, Bears & Big Horn Sheep have been seen at our home. 2 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park & downtown Estes. Bike path into Rocky Mountain National Park just across the road.
Wonderfully furnished, three bedroom (with 3 King beds), two bath, single level, remodeled cabin on the Fall River in Estes Park, less than 2 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. Our 'JVRSpa River Cabin' is laid out so there is separation when desired - two bedrooms and the living room on one end of the house and the family room, kitchen and third bedroom on the other end of the cabin.
There is 450' of river frontage to enjoy and explore with the closest neighbors being the condos across the river so our cabin is not secluded or remote. Grill on the patio or take an afternoon nap in the lounge chairs by the river while enjoying the splendor of the Rocky Mountain National Park views. Gaze at the stars and enjoy the relaxing sounds of the river after an amazing day of hiking, fishing, horseback riding or snow shoeing. Due to the new ordinance banning solid fuel fires for Short Term Rentals, we have installed a gas fire pit.
Cozy up in front of the fireplace with a good book and a cup of tea or glass of wine. Enjoy the Elk walking up the river, or the Moose grazing in the grass or Wild Turkeys strutting in the yard.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a bar counter area for enjoying a cup of coffee while reading the paper or a glass of wine while conversing with the chef. Regular Coffee Pot, Keurig pod type coffee maker, Blender, Slow Cooker, Microwave, Four Slice Wide Toaster, Mixer, crock pot, pots and pans, Corning Bake Ware, Nordic Ware cookie sheets, Wine Glasses, Spices and more complete the fully equipped kitchen. All you need to bring is your food, your favorite recipes and special spices/ingredients.
The family/great room overlooks the river with a sliding glass door to the patio and has a Fireplace, a TV, leather sectional and leather rocker/recliner.
The dining area overlooks the river and the table accommodates up to 8 people.
The living room has a big screen TV, DVD, sofa, a leather reclining chair with a separate footrest and a desk. There is a door to the living room that can be closed to separate it from the kitchen and the rest of the house so that someone may work in there or the kids may watch their favorite movie.
Great for vacationing, distance learning and working. 1 Gig WiFi.
The 'Bears by the River' Master bedroom has original log siding, a sliding glass door to the river (less than 15' away), an ensuite bathroom with shower, a walk-in closet, a King bed and TV.
The 'Gone Fishing' bedroom has a King Bed, a set of bunk beds and a TV.
The 'Wolf Harmony' bedroom has a King Bed (which may be converted into two single beds) and a TV.
The second bathroom has a steam shower with a tub. (ahhhhh, quiet relaxation).
A 'pack and play' style crib, a card table, games, books and puzzles, massage table are all included.
The patio has furniture for taking in the beautiful Rocky Mountain sky, the big pine trees, the mountains; relax for hours enjoying the sight and sounds of the river. Enjoy the rainbow trout you caught in the river with veggies on the grill.
We have implemented enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of the property between stays based on information from the CDC. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs during this period as the full time is needed by the cleaners. There are exterior security cameras.
All this and more makes for a relaxing, rejuvenating vacation at our 'Spa River Cabin' to enjoy with your family and friends. No Smoking, Please. Sorry, Absolutely No Pets (owners are very allergic). There is a 3% additional fee that will be due for payments made by credit or debit cards. After all requested guest and tenant information and all payments (including 3%) is received the check-in information and code will be sent. Thank you.

My family and I (two adults, two kids) stayed at this cabin for a week over the summer, and we just adored our time here! A few of our favorite things:
- This cabin is located close to the park, so we were able to get onto trails before any crowds began.
- The cabin in on the river, and there are rock "steps" down to the water so my four-year-old could comfortably put her feet in.
- There are games, puzzles, kids' books, plenty of cooking gear, and really everything we needed in the cabin.
- Town was close, but not too close. We were able to pop over for breakfast or dinner, but we didn't feel any of the traffic of Estes Park.
- Communication from the host was clear, honest, and very helpful.
This is the kind of stay that you walk in and immediately feel like home. What a special place! We are very grateful for our time here!

The Spa River Cabin was a perfect place for an Estes Park getaway. The river front property was in a beautiful spot, as well as being roomy, nicely appointed and well maintained. The location was convenient to Estes Park (10 minutes) and the entrance to Rocky Mountain NP (4 minutes). Our owner/host was easily available and highly responsive. Could not have asked for a better place to stay!

A few friends and I stayed here for a long weekend of hiking and relaxing. The hot tub was perfect for post RMNP and we made good use of the fire it and grill! The house was spotless and everything was taken care of. We saw a huge elk in the yard on the last morning! You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!

This was the perfect setting for a family get away. The stream was amazing not only to watch but also the best background noise. The hot tub was relaxing and a great view of the landscape. We saw wildlife everyday and the paved path was great for family walks. I would definitely return again!

What a beautiful property! We loved seeing the big bull elk asunder by every day of our stay. The hot tub was great to relax in after a day of hiking. The river right outside the door is bliss. What an amazing property to base our exploration of Rocky Mountain National Park. We will be back. Host was amazing and instructions are clear.

Loved the cabin ! Very cozy and very clean !!! Communication was amazing and would stay there again ! Only thing was we didn’t realize there were condos right across the river from us so not as much privacy as we thought but overall what a great place !

Our family of 4 stayed here for spring break earlier this month. It was fabulous. Super clean, stocked with EVERYTHING that you would ever need, and a very responsive host. The beds were very comfortable, smart TVs in every room and a ton of books/DVDs and games. The hot tub was a highlight, especially for our kids. Being right on the river and able to sit out on the back patio was lovely. A quick drive into downtown Estes Park and also to RMNP. I would highly recommend this property and am guessing that we'll be back!

There’s really not enough good things I can say about this stay and property. It’s spacious, yet cozy. Incredibly clean, has plenty of amenities, is right outside both RMNP and town, and has plenty to do both inside and outside. Lots of details thought of. The hot tub outside was great, and the steam shower was pretty amazing. Thanks for helping create a memorable stay for my family.

Jane is great about communicating what to expect in and around the property, and what her expectations are as well. There were no surprises, which I appreciate. We are a family of 8 that were looking to reconnect through some quality time, and we were able to do just that. The hot tub and bunk beds and tvs in each bedroom were a big hit. Some of the games had missing pieces and the wolf room bed mattresses were very hard. Radiant heat as opposed to central. Those are the only things I would change.

The place is more beautiful in person. It had everything we needed in every room and space in the house. The backyard area with the river is very nice. The host where responsible and diligent. Thank you.

Nice maintained home. Well stocked with kitchen items.
The hot tub had too much chlorine chemicals in it. 2 out of 4 of the group got out due to the strong smell of chemicals. All after showering could still smell the chlorine on our skin.

We had a bigger party, but due to illness it ended up just being me and my partner. It had everything we needed and more! So nice to hear the river outside the master bedroom's door and we made a lot of use out of the kitchen and hot tub. It's a bit of a drive from downtown, but nothing too far and it encouraged us to make meals in the cabin instead of going out, which was nice.
Easy check in and check out process too!

We enjoyed our stay. Just myself and wife but master bedroom mattress was very comfortable (and we're picky). Loved the electric fireplace in main living room, couch was okay (like more support) there are condos right across creek so not private if that is what you're looking for. We saw some Elk near the cabin like 50 yds away. Didn't use hot tub but looked nice and clean.

The cabin is perfectly located close to the national park and just enough out of downtown (5min drive) Estes that you have no noise. The hot tub and fire pit are located right behind the house next to the babbling brook is fantastic! We will be coming back if they’ll have us. Absolutely perfect for a family and friends!

Traveled with family to visit RMNP. Great location for us—just enough out of Estes Park to be a little quieter, and very close to the Fall River entrance. House was clean, well maintained, and well stocked (for cooking, etc.). Host instructions detailed, easy to follow. If we return to Estes, would stay here again!

Very nice property, accurately described and great location. There seemed to be a lot of additional, not significant, but still present, rules with the rental. All was enjoyable.

My brother, sister-in-law, husband and myself stayed at the cabin. The cabin is right on the river and not far from Estes Park or Rocky Mountain National Park. We had 2 good nights there. We saw lots of Elk which was really cool.

Absolutely Breathtaking great accommodations failed to list located less than 1 mile to entrance of RMNP ❤️🥰
