This place is great if you want an economical stay that's walkable to downtown and you don't mind a few things that are a little funky.
The neighborhood is overall quiet and charming with a little coffee shop that just opened up right behind the apartment. Be aware that the trains are indeed loud! Especially in the middle of the night. When the cars connect, it creates a loud boom that may wake you up if you're a light sleeper, even with earplugs and a white noise maker.
The place is overall clean and well stocked. Lots of little amenities, such as candles and a decent little pantry stocked up from previous guests. Be aware that we did encounter a fair amount of pet hair, which could be an issue for you if you're allergic. Oh -- also be aware that the bed is fairly soft in case you have a bad back. And the filters on the AC units maybe need to be cleaned? We definitely experienced more than our fair share of allergies and weren't sure why.
The manager, Molly is fairly responsive and happy to take care of any kind of issues. (Note: Follow the directions and leave the spare key in its holder on the door so you don't get locked out!) We had some trouble getting the remote to work for the TV and she was more than happy to help us out.
Overall, the place is cute and more than adequate, especially if you're going to be out and about enjoying all that Missoula has to offer.

Quick overnight stay. Convenient place. Very cute & cozy. Important to note that you access it off the alley which we missed at first.

Great little spot for a quick two night trip. It’s a really cool one bedroom spot above a garage. Easy walk to downtown area. Couple sweet coffee spots close by. Parking was good. Would stay again for sure.

Very comfortable lodging, with all we needed for our stay. Lots of places to store things, lots of hooks, a full kitchen, a wonderfully responsive furnace for winter stays, and a nice location near downtown. The only negative we found was a weak wi-fi connection. But, highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay with our doggo when we were in Missoula. It's conveniently located, and allowed our fairly nervous dog a comfortable place to go on vacation with us. It was also clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.

It was perfect! Close to downtown - we even walked to the football game. Our team was victorious, so great weekend all around!

For a garage apartment, it is nicely done! It was quite hot during our stay, but the window A/C units did well, albeit very noisy. We were very comfortable, as was our furry family member. The apartment is very close to a train yard, but we enjoyed the sounds early in the morning! I will add that the apartment is located in a transitional neighborhood, with recreational drug sales right around the corner. Everyone has a different comfort level, but it felt like information worth sharing.

Liked the space a lot; very comfortable & convenient to town. Did not expect noise pollution from air conditioners, train traffic & late night dragsters on Orange St. Understand hosts cannot control this. Thanks for our stay!

We stayed here to visit our son. The place was absolutely perfect for us! We cooked Christmas dinner with no problems! Had everything we needed and we went full out on the cooking!! Very cozy bed, good heat and it was a very cold temp outside! We were there much of our time and found it to be very cozy! Loved it and will be back as we go to Missoula a few times per year for a visit! Thank you Molly for making our stay so comfortable!!

Great visit and accommodations were excellent. Very convenient location and within walking distance to explore Missoula. Neighborhood felt safe. Proximity to interstate hwy was not a noise issue at all. Did, though, get to experience the charm and occasional rumble from the nearby train yard, but it wasn't bad at all. Would definitely recommend.

Once we realized the place we were staying was in the alley. It was kind of hard to find at first. It is decorated very nice and we felt very comfortable. Loved the TV since our 11 yr old grandson was visiting and loved watching movies together. We will be back

Easy, comfortable, handy!
This apartment is clean, comfortable, well-decorated, COOL and mostly well-equipped. It was also affordable. We were in town for a wedding, so not spending a lot of time hanging around the neighborhood. There is some cool looking stuff in the surrounding blocks, but this place is otherwise an oasis within a rather hard couple of blocks that straddle warehouse and neighborhood environments. The entrance is a little hard to find, because it is from a sorta scrappy alley, and the upper floor of a garage. But it didn't matter for us, because we were mostly there to rest between events. Once inside, it is lovely. There is some really nice original art on the walls - a plus! And it is really close to both the freeway entrance and the downtown core, which we loved exploring.

Missoula Visit
Property was excellent. All the comforts and amenities of home. I found myself saying “I could totally live here” several times. Location was close to town yet peaceful and quiet both day and night. Molly responded promptly when there was an internet issue, which was quickly fixed, and to help me find the garbage disposal switch that was right in front of my face. Definite recommend if your visiting the Missoula area.

Our COMFORTABLE Time In Missoula
This property was totally what we were hoping for! Priced right, sunny & bright, extremely clean and very well appointed. The kitchen is especially fab as it's stocked with everything you could possibly need. Nice Coffee maker too. The space if very calming and easy to access with a nice new large screen Roku. We will definitely be back again and thank you again for having everything so well appointed. Made our trip very comfortable!

Great house
Wonderful house to stay in. Close to town and beach. I loved sitting on the front porch in the morning, but there was a lot of traffic driving by. We didn't use the fire pit, but it is a nice sitting area.

Great location
This property is situated right off the freeway exit, perfect for weary travelers. Just a quick walk to downtown dining and cocktails. Temperature was good, bed was comfortable. The shower water was a little hard, but that is my only gripe. Perfect little spot for man, dog, and me!

Clean, Modern & Convenient
The apartment is very convenient to all of Missoula's attractions. The apartment was very clean and quite modern. The only negatives were the stairs and the lack of a/c.
