Excellent stay

The stay was perfect. Staff was cooperative. Supplies were given immediately in request. No objections raised on delay in check out also. Overall experience was beyond expectations.

Overall good stay, but clarity on the building location and rules etc would be better.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the balcony adjacent to the room was great for spending some time outside. The staff was friendly and helpful and the kitchen was easily accessible and accommodating towards our requests.

We wanted to access the outdoor backyard/garden one night and were told to preferably stay upstairs since the neighbouring properties can complain about the noise. This was a bit upsetting since we weren't informed of these constraints before. (Don't think they are listed on the booking details either). Further, the building is not as secluded as the pictures make it look, there are quite a few buildings very close to the hosteller building, which makes the environment not as peaceful as it's been advertised.

Hanging around the hostel was one of my favorite things to do in Dharmshala.

The friendly and welcoming staff, the exquisite meals, the cleanliness, great communal space where’s always fun to be had. And the view! Don’t forget about the view!

It would be nice to be able to order and pay for stuff in person and not just online, especially with such a nice staff.

Cool hostel surrounded by nature

Nested in the foothills of the Himalayas this hostel boasts with great vistas and calm surroundings. The manager is very kind and so are the staff. Clean rooms and fast WiFi are another advantages.

The main reason for booking a hostel is to get a good company there, and so on people are pretty awsome here, you won’t feel alone for a second even if you are a solo traveller and can’t describe property and it’s location in words , and everything’s pretty awsome overall

Lovely guesthouse with splendid views and good vibes

Manager is friendly, customer-oriented and happily goes out of her way. Great location, peaceful place with immaculate beds and clean bathrooms. Balcony is a big plus as well as the library with a swing couch to chill and work. Strong and reliable WiFi (15-25 Mbps). Has a small bistro but restaurants are within a stone's throw. Although no public kitchen, drinking water dispensers are available.

Cleanliness of the community area should be improved: tables not shiny clean and were covered with cigarette ash and probably food hence the area is sometimes invaded by flies. Once both drinking water dispensers were empty.

Super Comfortable Stay

Had come for 2 days, but loved the place and vibe so much extended it 2 days more. The landscapes are just so beautiful around the place. Special mention to Sanchi for making the stay so stressfree and comfortable. Waiting to be back soon.

Should have some interactive gigs but its fine, there's so much going around.

Home away from home 😊

the location, peace, the view from the room and last but not the least the warm welcoming hospitality of the staffs , what’s is there not to love about the property. special thanks to Sanchi for making me feel at home the moment I arrived. She kept checking on me time to time to make sure I have a comfortable stay. I will definitely come back to this lovely property.

Relaxed atmosphere, good vibes, lovely view, the hostel is in the lap of nature, has a cafe and food is good, management is excellent, management especially Sanjhi was really helpful throughout, recommended!

The views from the room were amazing. Also housekeeping is good. The staffs and the manager were good. They would also guide you with things to do and good cafes nearby.

The in-house cafe can improve a bit. They were little slow in serving the food. Rest is all fine

Clean, beautiful rooms. Nice staff. Amazing view from the balcony.

The hostel is in the edge of upper bhagsu so you have to climb about 200 stairs every time just to get there. Its more expensive than the others hostels in the city.
