Horrible! If you continue to support this persons properties, then you are supporting black mold, cockroaches, and the place is totally dirty!! I will NEVER book through VRBO again, and will discourage anyone from booking through your company. This man is a liar and rapes people of their money! The worst ever in 10 years of staying in Flagler Beach!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a great stay! It was very convenient to step onto the beach and 100’ walk to High Tides Restaurant. They are still working on the outside of the building after hurricane BUT the inside of the Dolphin Suite is absolutely perfect!

We had a short weekend stay here and I think that was a good amount of time for this property. It is true that the doors lead to the beach but the house is in dire need of structural repair. The inside is clean and has all basic amenities. It was awesome to have a direct ocean view in the entire unit. That said, you have to hike down to the ocean from a small sand hill so anyone with physical limitations or small children should be advised because the only other access is locked. There is no shade from the outside and no beach accessories available. Luckily I was a short drive away and able to bring beach chairs and umbrellas but had I had to travel and purchase those items it would’ve been another expense. There was NO wifi. I reached out to the owner and he sent me the wifi info for another address and we went back and forth about the issue but it was never resolved. All in all, the location was stellar but if you have any unique needs, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

My Mom and I had a wonderful time while staying there. You can't get any closer to the ocean without being in it. Suites are decorated beautifully, each with its own theme. The reason I know about both, is we were having such a great time, we didn't want to leave and decided to stay an extra 2 days. Even though we had to move next door due to someone coming into the one we were in, it was no problem as its just a few steps to the next suite. I so hate that you are now having to deal with the damage where the patio out back was due to the hurricane, then tropical storm. It will come back and be just as beautiful if not more than before. But it did not bother us one bit. When you go to the beach, you got sand, so being on the sand while sitting at the picnic tables was not an issue and anyone who complains about it is just crazy and has no compassion. We cannot wait to go back later this year. Mike, the host, was great..Thank you so much for a very memorable and wonderful vacation. See you in a few months..

There is only a couple things off. You can’t sleep 4 people! I had to sleep on the pull out sofa, and it was terrible! I’m only 5’1/2 and my head and feet touched both ends of the sofa! It was extremely uncomfortable and lumpy.! Also I see the Hurricane damage,which we can understand, however there was no step to exit the sliding glass door to the sand floor. Not safe.

Old & dirty. Ceiling vents dripping on floor and bed. Not the wonderful place it used to be. A true disappointment. Would not have stayed at all if we could have gotten a refund!!

The beach side location without having to cross the road cannot be beat. Saw dolphins while eating lunch on the porch. Watching the sunrise over coffee was amazing. It is a historic older home, which while beautifully cared for, does have some quirks, but overall it provided an amazing trip and we cannot wait to come back

This is a gem! Every morning, the beach and sun rinse at our feet! Hours were spent just watching the waves with very little to no distractions. Not much foot traffic just beach, waves and peace. Holly, the manager, is sooooo kind and helpful! She’s great at responding to texts and helpful with area restaurants.

Stayed in the Dolphin . Place is amazing and the view is the best I've ever had on a beach and I go yearly . . The other 2 suites look awesome too ! Just steps from the ocean. It's a one bedroom one bath with 2 couches in LR . Has full kitchen with everything you need! Definitely want to go back again ! May try and rent two suites so my adult kids can join us !!!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, because it was directly on the beach. The view was wonderful, if your main objective is direct beach front. These places are the only beach front places to stay on Flagler Beach. We stayed at the Sea Watch apartment suite. Unfortunately, this residence needs a lot of work and needs some items fixed for safety reasons. Our oven turned on all by itself and so did a burner the first morning. It almost caught a pizza box on fire that was on top of the stove. Thank goodness we didn't go out to breakfast! We kept it unplugged the rest of our stay. (We informed the manager.) There was no refrigerator handle on the fridge and the pull out couch mattress was worn out, The floor tiles in the bedroom were cracked and my husband cut his foot on one. We still managed to have a nice vacation with quality family time.. For the money we spent we expected a clean and safe residence, we were disappointed overall in this VRBO rental. I never leave negative feedback, but this place needs some TLC!

Spent a week in the Sea Watch Suite. Location is beautiful, beach is peaceful and the view is spectacular. Suite was well equipped and Rusty asked when we saw him if we needed anything. Would happily return with family again. Plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby or full kitchen to cook in as well.

we had no access to internet or TV because Wi Fi was not working. Sliding door to deck area was very hard to slide open/closed. Had everything we needed in the kitchen ,living room was good sized and comfortable. View and access you could not ask for better.

This is a excellent location right on the beach. They let us check in a day early which was great because we got there early. Everyone was very nice and friendly. We stayed in the upstairs apartment this property is in need of a good handy man that is willing to fix things. Air condition did not work nor did our locks work on our door, deck needs nails hammered in , the lights on steps going up to unit did not work, table on deck legs were really uneven and the front lounge chair was broken. When we said some thing he told us this was Flagler we don’t have crime and that he was getting a new air conditioner for the window. We stayed a week and never did see the air conditioner or the door jam fixed. The biggest complaint is the mold in the bathroom. This is a prime location that part was really great. It was decorated really cute and overall we enjoyed our stay we was on the beach most of the time . I would probably stay again but would like to have one of the downstairs they looked a lot bigger and nicer overall we had a really good time.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location could not have been more perfect! We felt like we had our own private beach. When you go out on the back patio, you are literally 30 steps or so to the water. The condo was the perfect size for two people and had everything we needed. Anna, the manager/one woman cleaning crew extraordinaire was very friendly and helpful. The bedroom has no windows and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine and the view made up for that. We will definitely stay here again!

The property was dirty. Mold on outside of shower door. Vents were nasty dirty. Dogs hair in dishes. Floor had not been completely sweep. Lightening in bad when walking downs steps at night time- stairs not sufficiently lighted. Stove pans under burners were beyond dirty ! The couch was filthy. We were not happy !

It is in an excellent location. It was nice to walk out the back door and be right at the beach. There are several excellent restaurants near by. The property manager was great. My husband and I and our furbaby loved it and cannot wait to go back!

This is a lovely quaint property. Tucked away and secluded from the busier part of Flagler Beach (not that there really is such a thing), the isolation - yet location - made this a truly enjoyable experience. All is peaceful with a beautiful view of the beach. Since it is on private property, our time at the beach permitted us the room and freedom we want and appreciate when on a beach getaway. Great restaurant literally within yards of the property is a plus. Owners are very accommodating and Crystal is just a phone call away should you have any immediate needs. Recommend highly.

Steve and Kaye's unit was very nice. An older unit but kept up with nicely. Decor gave the unit a definite beach feel. Perfect location just steps from the water and very private. Steve and Kaye were very attentive to any needs we had during our stay and actually live right on the premises. Thanks for a great mini vacation.

The location was wonderful....right on the beach....we were extremely disappointed in the cottage...it needs to be updated and get a good cleaning....the laundry facilities were dirty so we opted to go to a laundromat....we also had problems with the AC-HEAT....Trish, the property manager was very helpful but our frustrations remained.
