All the “red tape” from reservation to checkout was concise, well organized and it made everything extremely easy and stress free. We especially enjoyed waking up to the gorgeous view of the ocean. The accommodations were perfect for my little family. What topped it off were our hosts. They made us feel very welcome and as a friend.

Very smooth transaction from beginning to end. Great location, especially for a relaxing beach vacation. No need to drive, everything we needed was in walking distance. Condo was clean and supplied with just about everything you would need. Greg and Robin were awesome as our hosts. We will be back someday.

What a wonderful stay in this amazing condo! The view was pure perfection and we spent the entire week staring at it from the downstairs balcony! The condo is a quick walk (less than a mile) into town and we even saw two Spacex launches! Just an amazing experience all the way around!

We stayed at this sweet gem recently and was blown away by this place. The hosts were wonderful people starting by the welcome note and a bottle of wine. Which we enjoyed our first night. The views were breathtaking. The weather was as a little haphazard but it didn’t matter because we enjoyed the views so much. The town of Flagler Beach was wonderful. The people are so nice. True southern hospitality. We never met a cross person while we were there. I would recommend anyone to stay at this condo. You won’t regret it 💕

Overall our stay was wonderful. Mentioned a few things could be improved upon and the host was extremely accepting. Hurricane prep is definitely a priority and well understood and agree. Our booking was right after Hurricane Ian. We were assured that repairs had been made and the local area was back in business. We had some doubts about the area, but Greg had given us the true picture. This is best end of Flagler Beach in our opinion. A few places within walking distance and the condo was outstanding, especially because it is pet friendly. The stairs were a bit of a challenge for our older dog, but we all loved the balconies and walking in the neighborhood.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Flagler beach. The rental is about a mile away from many great local restaurants and businesses. The rental is spic and span clean and the view of the ocean is unbelievable! I have to admit I’ve never been treated this nice with any other rental that we’ve ever stayed with. They had us a bottle of wine waiting after our long drive there and also had a handwritten note welcoming us to their rental along with postcards and stamps to mail out to our family. Also this is easily the best stocked rental I’ve ever stayed at they had everything we needed that we forgot and the kitchen is stocked with good utensils not flea market pots and pans. We will definitely stay here again and love this area!

Greg and Robin were great hosts and aimed to make our time there as easy as possible for us. They purchased extra beach chairs and a cooler so we didn’t have to bring them with us. The place was clean and well equipped with everything we needed from the kitchen, bathrooms, books, games and more. The place was pup friendly and they even provided bowls for our dog! It’s also the easiest walk to the beach, no more than 2-3 minutes walking. Also great proximity to shopping and restaurants. Overall, great hosts, great place and a great location. Would stay again!

Wonderful beach rental just steps away from the sand, every room had gorgeous views!! All the comforts of home and nice touches including board games for the kids and plenty of chairs and boogieboards. Close proximity to restaurants and short driving distance to Marineland and Fort Matanza. Will definitely return! Hosts are fast responding and very attentive :)

This property was amazing. Better than the pictures in my opinion. It was fully stocked with pretty much everything that you would want or need except food. The decorations are very appealing. You are literally just steps from the beach as well as the pool. It’s about a mile walk from property to pier. There are so many shops and restaurants between the townhouse and the pier. Tons of tiny little local shops. You can lay in bed from the front bedroom and see the ocean. There are two balconies facing the ocean, one off the bedroom and one off the living area. In addition to that there’s two tiny little balconies on the other side so you could actually sit out side on the other side if you wanted to. The bed and the pillows were comfy. The only downfall was the bed was creaky. Which really is the only negative that I could think of for the entire trip. The owners were very communicative and kind and welcoming. I didn’t have any needs arise but I could’ve contacted them if I did. Honestly, I never wanted to leave……

Excellent experience. Owners were easy to reach and the location was stellar. The only negative was the couch was torturously uncomfortable. It needs replaced as soon as possible. Otherwise this was a wonderful stay.

Perfect place for us and our pooch. Owner is very responsive and it was a breeze. The place is clean and close to the main strip in Flagler, but far enough away that you get some quiet time on the balconies overlooking the ocean. Lot's of restuarants and close to Bunnell if you want to escape the beach crowds.

This clean and spacious townhouse is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to have a fun and relaxing vacation! With beautiful ocean views, four balconies, and an uncrowded beach and pool- this place has it all. The location is far enough out of town to be quiet and peaceful, but still close to the many shops, restaurants and bars Flagler Beach has to offer. Greg and Robin were a pleasure to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We loved it so much, we already have our next stay booked!
