About this house rental
Enjoy pine forest and ocean views from this lovely beach home that is located in a quiet area of Lodge Hill. Spacious open concept living area offers vaulted ceilings, wood floors, gas fireplace and lots of windows with comfortable furnishings and a large flat screen TV with extended cable and streaming capabilities. The large ocean view deck is located off the dining area and is a perfect place to relax with a good book or enjoy a meal while experiencing the beautiful Cambria sunsets. It features a table & chairs, chaise lounges and a Weber charcoal barbeque. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need including newer appliances as well as an ocean view. There is also a powder room and separate laundry room off the entry hallway.
All 3 bedrooms and the 2 full baths are located upstairs. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and a dressing table with make-up mirror. Master bedroom has a king size bed and there is a Queen size and another King bed for the 2nd & 3rd bedroom, respectively. There is also a loft area with a desk for a quiet place to work if need be. A cozy daybed & chair offers a place for a nap or is a spot for meditation or reading.
The ocean and tidepools as well as the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve are about a 15 minute walk from the house. Come and enjoy the quiet beauty of Cambria is this lovely and thoughtfully furnished beach house. . ***WE DO NOT RENT THIS HOME FOR EXTENDED STAYS(30 NIGHTS OR LONGER).

Great house for our family to stay for a family wedding. Comfortable, well stocked and decorated well. Wedding was at Cambria Pines so was close by. Cambria is beautiful. Go see the elephant seals in San Simeon and go to the farmers market. Loved both of these. Debbie was a very gracious host.

The house was extremely clean, well stocked with every and anything you could need, and nicely decorated. Anything I needed in the kitchen was there! That is not always the case in my experience. Something is always missing at prior home rentals, a casserole dish, can opener or whisk. This kitchen literally has it all. Very impressive which makes the weekend cooking very pleasant. The beds were really cozy, I got a great sleep especially with the nice black out shades in every window. Over all A++ stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Spotless home with lots of room for a larger group or family. It had plenty of towels, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. It was a short 15 minute or less walk to the ocean. The host was wonderful and provided lots of information regarding the home and local area. I would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

The home is spacious and clean. My friends and I were so impressed with how nice everything was and we absolutely loved all the decor. SUPER nice property. I could sit on the back patio drinking coffee and listening to the ocean and seals barking in the distance all day long! I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again in the future!

This house was so clean, comfortable and quiet. It was so well stocked as well. They thought of everything. Plenty of room to sit and chat both inside and out. Easy drive to everything we wanted to do. Will definitely come back again!

The home was all it looks like in the pictures. It's a peaceful location with beautiful views. It's close to the ocean and a very charming coast side town with shops and restaurants. The property managers were more than helpful. The house had everything one needs for a nice vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

It was just as advertised. We loved every minute of our stay thanks partly to the incredible accommodations. The owner has gone out of their way to pay attention to detail down to the artwork and amenities. Would definitely come back! Worth every penny.

Loved the layout of the house and decor was very pleasant and reasonably up to date for a rental. Quiet neighborhood with wild turkeys and dear wandering the neighborhood. Exceptionally clean with all the basic cooking necessities and a wonderful stove and fridge. Everything was in good working order.

Very relaxing home from the sofa recliners to the comfy beds. Loved the spacious deck with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean through the trees; could sit on the deck in the sun if needed or in a shady corner. Fairly well-equipped kitchen, full size refrig and 5-burner stove, brought our own Keurig coffee maker since my husband and I drink different coffees. Quiet neighborhood. We used the garage to securely store our bikes. Another couple joined us for a few days and they loved it too. Highly recommend to others.

This is the roomiest and most comfortable and well-equipped VRBO property I’ve ever stayed in. It’s light filled, with big windows, skylights, and a lovely deck. It’s near downtown Cambria on a very pleasant street. I highly recommend it!
