Step right out the lanai onto fairway one of the Fazio golf course. Swaying Palms is an end unit, situated within the complex to provide lots of natural light, privacy, and a more spacious feeling along with beautiful golf course views.
It is a very short walk to all the Turtle Bay Resort activities where you can enjoy beach front dining at Roy's Restaurant or dine on the golf course at Lei Lei's. Golfing? It's just a 5-minute walk to get your tee time on the Arnold Palmer or Fazio designed golf course. Explore the many nature paths that weave throughout the Turtle Bay Resort property. Visit nearby secluded beaches as well as activities such as surfing, SUP and horseback riding all just steps from the front door. Enjoy the live music and stunning sunset views at the Point pool bar located at the resort. Afterwards stroll along the golf course enjoying the peace and quiet as you walk back; bring a flashlight or your cell phone – It’s dark! but all the better to view the stars!
Kuilima has two tennis courts, with Pickle Ball option within the court and Basketball that you can reserve during your stay. There are three beautifully tiled pools with BBQ areas. There is an assigned FREE parking space close to the unit. There is Free Parking for two vehicles with the provided parking pass however if you forget to leave the parking pass(s) when checking out there will be a 75.00 charge to your deposit. There is also security staff on duty evenings and weekend day/evenings for added assurance.
This large, very affordable, clean condo is fully furnished with all the amenities of home for a hassle and worry free stay. Be sure to fully read all the disclosed amenities offered by clicking "more amenities" on the listing. Do not rely on the quick basic amenities listing. We do not provide any flotation equipment such as body boards, surf/SUP boards or inflatable pool/ocean toys, snorkel gear, beach umbrellas, bikes, or tennis/pickle ball equipment. Unlike hotels and many rentals ALL the bedding is laundered after each guest; mattress pad, blankets, bedspread/quilt, the two pillowcase protectors on each pillow and of course all the sheets and pillowcases.

Enjoy golf course views in a lush tropical setting cooled by the trade winds. Staying at this condo puts you within minutes by car of all the North Shore has to offer such as snorkeling the underwater splendor of nearby reefs; Sharks Cove and Three Tables during the summer months late May/June- August/early September. The winter months; October-March/April is when the North Shore gets very large waves making it the surfing mega that it is so famously known for.
Shops, restaurants and artist galleries are located nearby in historic Haleiwa. Sailing and whale watching tours are available at Haleiwa Boat Harbor (seasonal) and for the more adventurous, diving with the sharks! Rent a kayak to explore the shoreline or learn to surf or paddle board. Visit the nearby Polynesian Cultural Center, Waimea Falls Botanical Gardens or try the Zip Line just down the road or maybe the glider planes or tandem parachute jumping at nearby Dillingham Airfield. Exactly as described and pictured. Peaceful, cool cross breezes (it was mid 80’s and we didn’t use the AC once), clean, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The property manager was communicative and accommodating. This was a great unit for my son and I to stay in, and we would stay here again given the opportunity!

Great place. Appreciated the beach chairs and cooler that were available for our use. Host provided link for easy entrance for entrance gate that was great. Futon was ok- good for kids- adults not so much. Loved out stay. Nice location that was central to most of our activities.

This place is a short walk to turtle bay resort, where we attended a wedding at the stables. The apartment is in a gated community which feels secure and super safe, and quiet at night! We loved staying on the north shore, felt like living like the locals. 10/10, would absolutely come back.

Great location, clean, nice view of golf course, washer and dryer, well stocked with everything, including a drying rack which is much appreciated, comfortable, accommodating host. I would happily stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here while attending a conference in the hotel. Lot of trail walking along the beach. The condo is exactly as described. A rain umbrella would have helped on rainy days. BTW be aware: sitting in a futon is not the same as a sofa- this was our first time and took some getting used to.

We stayed at Swaying Palms on this, our first trip to Hawaii. We are not into city busyness, and loved the nature trails, easy access to quiet beaches and just relaxing in the condo. It was a short trip to the Polynesian Cultural Center, and that day was just lovely. Judy is a perfect host. She stopped by to say 'hello' after asking permission, and always responded promptly to queries whether they were important or not. Our US SIM card didn't handle messages properly and Judy had to go out of her way to get our gate pass working properly.Thank you! We'd recommend Swaying Palms to anyone.

Swaying Palms was very clean, peaceful, quiet and we loved the walking trails at North Shore. The only complaint was there were only 2 washcloths in the bathroom. Towels were plentiful and the bed was great. Also disappointed that the sliding glass door in the bedroom didn’t work. Overall, very nice place to stay.

My family and I stayed here after spending about 6 days in Kapolei. It was such a nice way to spend the last half of our trip. Very relaxing. The condo had everything we could need and the washer/dryer was such a plus. The pool was right outside the door and warm but refreshing. The bed was comfy and the futon was also surprisingly comfy (I slept on both). Would love to stay here again!

Stayed here with my partner in December. It was perfect for what we needed. The place is a bit on the older side but everything functions well and the turtle Bay Area amenities are a plus (walking trails, beaches, a couple bars, pool, etc). One point of note, hot water is a finite resource in the shower :) didnt get in our way, though!

The accommodations at Swaying Palms were comfortable and met all of our needs. Kuilima Estates West was the perfect location for us. We thoroughly enjoyed strolling to the secluded beaches on the east at sunrise and on the west at sunset. The gardens of exotic trees, fragrant flowers and beautiful birds enhanced our daily jaunts. The North Shore is slower paced and relaxing, yet about an hour drive from most attractions. Judy was so helpful and attentive to our needs. Her great customer relation skills with attention to details resulted in our excellent experience at Swaying Palms.

The proximity to Turtle Bay Resort (where we went to some of the restaurants), multiple beaches, and nearby towns was great. We hope to be back!

The Swaying Palms condo was fabulous. We enjoyed morning walks around the beach and golf course. The condo was great for two people. Fully equipped kitchen. Would recommend stopping at Foodland Grocery store to get your groceries. The pool is a short walk from the front door. There is also the Golf course cafe for breakfast and coffee. Lots of outside areas to check out up in Turtle Bay.
Our host Judy gave precise instructions on what to do. Everything was great. Mahalo!

Our stay at Swaying Palms for three nights couldn't of been a better choice on the North Shore. The condo was so cute with the ocean decor. The kitchen had a great set up, even though we didn't do a lot of cooking, but we enjoyed having the refrigerator with an ice machine and having a washer and dryer was very handy. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and drinking our coffee on the patio that overlooks the beautiful golf course each morning. Walking trails over to hidden beach and Kawala Bay were beautiful and the closest location to the Turtle Bay Resort in Haleiwa was a plus. I appreciated how quiet it was Swaying Palms condo. Judy was an excellent communicator back-and-forth before we came on the trip and during and after we couldn't of found a better place to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We hope to return again, many times.!

Perfect spot for myself, my mother and my adult daughter to enjoy a girls trip. Wonderful condo located by Turtle Bay Resort. Easy to drive down the island to the East or West and hit up beautiful beaches or Kualoa Ranch and Polynesian Cultural Center. Clean and comfortable. The queen bed was comfortable, as was the futon couch (much better mattress than you'd expect from a futon). Lots of extra touches such as supplying laundry soap and plenty of towels. We would definitely rent again when we return to Oahu.

This property has it all. It feels like your home away from home. Very clean and friendly property. The people are very nice and helpful. You are just a short walk away from the beach. There are very good restaurants walking distance from the property. You can dip in the pool or ocean which ever you prefer . If you wanna play tennis or basketball it’s available. Choose from two 18hole golf courses to play on. There are even BBQ to use if you wanna get your grill on. Two thumbs up. I will be staying here again. Love it.

We were impressed at the communication, location, cleanliness, and quietness of this property and the owners. It was a perfect location for us to stay at so we can explore the entire island. we absolutely loved our stay in this wondrous, magical spot. Every day we felt like we were "coming home." OUr days started out with coffee just sitting taking in the golf course and a daily walk to the beach . .after that our days were gobbled up with many obligations but that long twisting road that took us by beach after beach soon become a cherished ritual . . It helped remind us of all things important - family, the immense power of the ocean, the spectacular beauty of the mountains and the ageless nature of trees . . .It was a potent reminder of the grandness of the world. This condo was perfect - location, amenities, Judy the mgr. EVERYTHING . .we were absolutely content.

We stayed for 3 nights after a stay near Honolulu. We LOVED the location. So close to beaches that had very few people on them. We walked to Secret Beach and Kawela Bay. They are just across the golf course and, yes, you are allowed to walk across the golf course. (We actually never saw any golfers) We saw many turtles and enjoyed the peace and quiet.
Judy was very responsive to our texts.
I gave this 5 stars as we loved it but people should know that a few things need attention in this unit. There were several signs saying things like, “don’t open this sliding door as it is impossible to close” “don’t turn the fan on high speed, it wobbles” “if the closet door comes off the tracks, here’s how to fix it” etc. These things didn’t really affect our vacation, but I feel like there are a few things that need to be attended to in this unit.

Wow - what an incredible property. In walking distance to turtle bay resort, and there’s so many things to do (nightly music, beach access, horseback riding) that you can do. The check-in/out process was seamless and we were so thankful for all the awesome recommendations from the owner. Can’t beat a clean safe property within close distance to all the best things to do on north shore.

A beautiful vacation home, in a very good environment. From there you can explore both the East Coast and the North Shore. Many beaches invite you to stay. The communication in advance with Judy has worked smoothly. Even though we were only four days on the North Shore, we liked it very much. We were definitely not the last time there. We stayed three weeks and it became home. Everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. Comfy bed, coffee on the patio in the morning, a one hour hike daily, Very relaxing and a great location. The host was super.

Absolutely beautiful condo at Kuilima Estates! We were visiting for a wedding at the resort, and the location was ideal. I loved all the attention to the detail in the decor. We really appreciated having AC in the bedroom! Judy was very responsive. We would love to stay again for our next visit to the North Shore! Mahalo!

We loved being able to walk right out the back door to the golf course, beach, and stables. The condo is a quick walk to the hotel shops and restaurant, but we cooked most meals. We’d definitely stay here again!
