This villa was a gem of a find, absolutely everything we were looking for in a nutshell, perfect location on the quiet beach as we have young children so they could swim safely close to the house. The house is very spacious and immaculately clean, well equipped and a perfect home from home for us.
Amazing sunsets, sundowns and costal/ Mountain View’s from both terraces, the veranda facing the sea was shaded during the midday heat and was great for relaxing and eating meals, air con was not needed as the gentle breeze blows through the villa and keeps it lovely and cool all day, can’t rate this lovely villa highly enough, will be booking again!

We had big expectancies due to the gorgeos photos of the listing, however the reality turned out to go so far beyond anything we had predicted.
Sea views are aboslutely amazing, from almost everywhere in the house: 3 super terraces (one of them covered). It's all full of small very cool corners.
The house has a direct access to the beach which was so cool to have :-) :-) Beach is a sand beach, so long, so nice to have nice morning and evening walks, or to have sunbaths...
Furthemore, literally back the house starts the access to a nice forest allowing as to altern beach walks, and forest walks.
And missing it already...
Guardamar is a nice town (we didn't know it, and was a great surprise), with many things to do (Karts for kids was super fin).
Host was extremely nice and helpful: he received us with some Spanish wine and chees, some bread, cool beers, and gave us tones os nice plans and things to do.
I would recommend 1000%
The house next to it is not in its best condition. It didn't bothered us at all, but it was curious how in a such a beautiful place there is a house half in ruins.
