Overpriced for what we got.

Clean with good kitchen facilities

Couch well past its use by date. Collapsed woth two people so one person had to lie on floor. Could not watch TV from bed.

Great accommodation for a family of 4

Excellent location in the heart of Ruakaka. 2min drive from ruakaka beach. 5min drive from the shops. Great little kitchen. Large space Good parking.

No air conditioning.

Happy with the stay and would go back hopfuly again in the future

Had everything that we needed for our stay. Everything that was supplied well thought through. Lots of windows that could be left open with the security latches, to keep the place well aired. Thank You!

To know the code for getting the key from night before, as the morning of the day of the travel got too busy to read Email at home on the comp and the pass word was a problem to log in from family member's phone latter. But we do understand the reason behind this

According to the foto’s I assumed the location was at the beach front. However you could only see the sea from a great distance

Perfect accommodation for my needs, lovely host, extremely clean and well equipped.

Extremely clean and tidy, everything I needed was provided eg. fan, games, Wifi, kitchen equipment

Air conditioning not available. Would have also loved a bathtub.

This host is so rude! She never treat us properly and her tone of voice is so sarcastic!

Clean and cozy

The host is so rude! She did not greet us in our first day even though that she live upstairs. In our second day when we meet she did not even ask us about our stay or ask what our plans for today but instead she ask for a 30 dollars for the visitor. I tried to explain to her about my friend who sleep last night because its too late to go home for him but he interrupt my conversation on the middle and she told me “I dont tolerate liars! She did not give the chance to explain what happened and after that she told us about where we should park in a sarcastic voice. To the owner and host of this accomodation: I WAS HURT BY YOUR WORDS AND MY TRIP WAS RUINED THINKING ABOUT YOUR ATTITUDE TOWARDS US! We deserved a reapect and right treatment. We are professional and working in the hospital. We can give you the 30 dollars and we can afford that. DID YOU KNOW THAT I WAS TRAUMATIZED AND HURT BY YOUR WORDS! I dont know know if your a racist because we are asians or thats your attitude! But mind you…be careful with your words cuz it can hurt someone. WE REGRET STAYING IN YOU PLACE!

Being 35 weeks pregnant i would say it was the best place ive ever stayed at. So warm, comfortable blankets i didnt want

Last minute booking was able to check in straight away Host was very quick at responding. Attended a funeral close by. Loved that it was private, quiet and spacious. Very warm, beautiful shower, full kitchen, most comfortable blankets and bed. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very comfortable loved the whole place feels like home would love to return again soon.

Very clean and tidy. Lots of play room in the living area. Loved the little kitchen. Showers excellent. Back yard beautiful spotting over to see the beach and the sunrise.

Kitchen is a little cold would have loved to have a bit of heating in there but overall everything perfect.

Lovely spacious warm home.

Easy to access online and via phone . Text great to refer back to Private clean welcoming large well appointed accommodation. Loved sensor lights for easy access. Great price . Lovely home thank you.

Location was easy to find, very comfortable n cozy relaxed n felt right at home.

The hotplates didn't work well not enough heat generated to cook my breaky but yay fir the microwave

We enjoyed our stay.

This was better than most studio apartments as more room, it had a separate small kitchen, and a separate lounge. There was some where to sit outside. The bed was large and comfortable and also in a separate room. Plenty of places to hang up clothing

I think an outside hedged area or trellis to make it more private for the guests staying at the studio as one of the houses next to the property is very close to the sitting area.

Great location to explore the coast and a very helpful host.

Due to recent heavy rain there were quite a few mozzies and no screens on the windows. Flyspray was provided, however, so it was a minor inconvenience.
