Pearl 1001 is a three-bedroom, three-bath corner unit with a wraparound balcony that offers stunning views of the white sand beaches, the emerald colored waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. The unit is tastefully decorated with a beach theme and colors of blue and green. The open living design allows space for groups to gather with ease in the common areas while providing privacy between the bedrooms. Flat screen TV's are in the living room and each of the three bedrooms. The unit is also equipped with free high-speed wireless Internet service. The Gulf side master suite has a king size bed, dressing area, separate Jacuzzi and shower and access to the Gulf side balcony. The master suite, on the Sound side has a queen bed and a bunk bed (2 twins), walk-in shower and a private balcony overlooking the Sound. The third bedroom is centrally located, has a full size bed and a twin bed and an adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The Pearl is one of the most sought after condominiums on Navarre beach. The property is beautifully landscaped and gated for privacy. Features include two pools, one of which is heated, a hot tub, fitness center, outdoor grills (gas and charcoal), bike racks and ample parking. Navarre Beach is a pristine area, which has earned numerous awards of recognition over the years. It is secluded enough to be a peaceful retreat but still close to an array of shopping, dining and entertainment options. The fishing pier at Navarre is the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico.

This condo was by far the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfy beds and all the necessities you could ever want. Kitchen was stocked with nice dishes, pots and pans, bakeware and even some essential condiments. Most importantly because we are a group of older women (oldest is now 90) the beautiful bathrooms were equipped with higher toilets, walk in showers with grab bars and seats. We can’t say enough good things about this unit. We will be booking again next spring for our groups 39th year of traveling together. 15 years staying at The Pearl. First time in this unit and it gets an A+++

This was our 2nd stay in this property and we enjoyed it both times. The only difference this time is it wasn’t as clean as our stay two years prior and the guy putting up the chairs and umbrellas was very rude

The condo we stayed in was excellent. The pearl and the amenities as always were great. My only problem is beachfront too many chairs and umbrellas not enough access for people they don’t want to rent the chairs and umbrellas.

We came for a wedding in Gulf Breeze and made it into a vacation. Accomodations excellent. Beautiful view of ocean from the balcony. Cleanliness perfect. Children loved the pool and beach. Emerald green water a delite. Weather was perfect. Relaxing environment. Just a fantastic time. Plenty of resturants close by. Everything you could possibly need was present.

Recently renovated and BEAUTIFUL. This condo was so comfortable for everyone (only four of us) and we enjoyed every minute. Weather wasn't very cooperative so we spent alot of time unwinding, unplugged and relaxing. Perfect! Thank you to the owners for making their home away from home available.

The condo was actually larger than it looked on line. The kitchen was spacious and stocked with everything you needed! It was clean. There was so much room for luggage, pantry for food, large table and bar! Can’t wait to go back!!!

We enjoyed our stay! The very first thing we noticed was how meticulously clean the condo was! It’s decorated beautifully and has plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We loved all the windows the corner unit offers and the views are amazing. We did experience some severe weather one night of our stay with tornado warnings in areas near by. Our group thought it might be helpful to add a section in the information binder about where to go should a tornado happen during a stay. We are all from the Midwest and tornado preparedness is something we have on our minds especially this time of the year in our neck of the woods. Thank you for opening your home to us, this is one of the best condos we have stayed in and hands down the cleanest!
