The upper floor has a huge king-sized primary bedroom with tray ceiling and ensuite bath. A jacuzzi tub, tiled walk in shower and dual sinks turn your stay into a spa experience.
A private Gulf front balcony and side window allow water views upon waking. Throw open the sliders and go to sleep with the sound of the waves.
Just down the hall is another queen bedroom and the 4th bedroom with a trundle bed sleeping 2. Both have Sound view balconies and there is a shared 3rd full bath.
All bedrooms have new flat screen TV's.
The ground floor has a private hot/cold shower right off the beach and there is a locked outdoor storage unit for your beach gear.
There is a charcoal grill for your use as well as dining table and adirondack chairs.
Your small pup is welcome to join you with owner approval. There will be a $200 per pet fee for each pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Cats are NOT allowed.
Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.
Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.

Property was just as it looks on the pictures, right on the beach which was amazing. We loved the ability to come and go as we pleased. Even though it is part of 4 other townhomes on the same building, it felt very private. Plenty of room on the beach to enjoy without being on top of other people. Management company was super responsive. Had a small issue with the outdoor shower not working, sent them a text, they responded within minutes and had someone over to fix the issue within the hour, I could not believe it!!!All in all we had a great time!

Rental was very much to the pictures viewed of the property except the deck furniture looked like it was due for an upgrade.Contacts with Blue Moon during our stay was met with a prompt friendly response and the text message mode of communication we liked!I do appreciate being able to talk through details in pre reservations with the same person at Blue Moon, just my detailed, analytical Baby Boomer lifestyle. How about equipping the kitchen with an electric can opener!😀

Very nice house, layed out great. I would buy a property like this. The first floor garage breeze way area was great for storing beach stuff out of the way.
Cons:
Check out time was too early (0900)
Meeting management for check in instead of just sending the door code was an extra step, but it was nice them showing us the available beach stuff we could use.
Some of our sheets were dirty, so we washed them upon arrival. We did not contact management for this.
There was a leak over the kitchen. We let management know, they were quick to respond and it did not effect out stay.
We will probably stay here again.

Love the location! We felt like we were on a private beach most of the time! The accommodations were perfect for us although the 4th bedroom is very small! The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, towels were plush! Booking was easy and communications w/ rental company were excellent! We will be back! 💙

This place was spacious, had a well-equipped kitchen, and bedrooms that were far enough from each other to be very private. The view from both balconies was spectacular, the neighborhood is quiet, and a bike path leads from right in front of the condo to the 7-mile long Gulf National Sea Shore bike trail...very safe and beautiful biking.

This was a beautifully furnished and decorated property. Too bad the elevator wasn’t working. It wasn’t listed as having an elevator, that was just going to be an extra treat I had read about in the reviews. It also would have been nice to know in advance how tiny the fourth bedroom is. There were a lot of beach amenities we had access too along with a couple of bikes. We literally could have come with our bathing suits and beach towels!
The management was super and had someone there we we got there to let us in and give us the scoop. I would for sure stay here again!

This property was really lovely. The master bedroom has a beautiful gulf view and the other bedrooms face the road but the bay can be seen from those rooms as well. The house was SUPER clean! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, and we cooked most nights. The beach closet was well stocked with toys and floats. No complaints, great stay and hope to return soon!

Beautiful place & location. The beach is just a 2 minute walk on a private boardwalk. No need to cross a street. It’s directly on the beach.
My family went Labor Day weekend and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. We felt like we had it all to ourselves.
The unit has beautiful views and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Everything was exceptionally clean.
As other reviewers have mentioned one of the bedrooms is small. If you plan to use the trundle under this bed, it’s difficult to open the closet door and nearly impossible to close the bedroom door if the trundle is extended. It will be fine for children but I don’t think adults would be happy with that room at all. If you don’t need the trundle, it’s not a problem.
The other bedrooms are very large and beautiful. The floor plan is great and allows privacy for the large bedrooms which makes it possible for some people to sleep late and not be disturbed in the morning.
Our family would definitely choose this condo again.

Vacation was wonderful, great location and great weather. The only thing I would suggest to change is to have the kitchen a little more stocked for people that like to cook. We made it work but other places we have rented had way more small appliances and cookware for cooking. Did not in any way ruin our vaca but something to think about for the cooks.

The refrigerator is very used and abused inside. Drawers in refrigerator cracked and hard to open and shut them. Dishwasher pull out shelf needs replaced. Fountain on sink wobbly and unprofessional. Beautiful curtains in master however rusted and bent rods in master and family. Curtains in family needs to be replaced, stained. Rusty shelves behind toilets. Furniture needs replacement. Wobbly chairs around tables. Glass table needs to be replaced it’s actually dangerous. The layout was nice and proximity to the beach is great. This is our second stay at Sea and Stars. The beach is secluded and only a short walk from the complex. We had plenty of space for our group of 9. The beds were so comfortable!! Kitchen has all the appliances you need to cook. My favorite is the downstairs closet with the kayaks, bikes, beach toys, chair and sand toys. You don't need to bring a thing!!

Property has a wonderful location. Beaches are not crowded. We all used the kayak. Master and downstairs bedroom were very nice. 3 and 4th were tiny. Best for a single or small children. We did have a problem, but management was VERY quick to handle it and also refunded some of our money!!!! We will return!
