Everything. Warm welcome at checkin, very spacious and comfortable room, breakfast buffet fantastic and dinner buffet superb. Poolside lovely and easy walk to key things. Every staff member was lovely.

Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt aber in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer und auch das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und vielfältig, es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr hilfsbereit und helfen bei allen Anliegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Por decir algo, el buffet del desayuno era absolutamente increíble, sin embargo la sección de las frutas solo tenía 4 tipos de fruta.

Great service in very comfortable hotel

As soon as we arrived the staff were so helpful and friendly. We arrived early and they made sure we could check into our room as soon as possible. The room was large and very well fitted out and the bed exceptionally comfortable. We used both the spa and the roof top bar - great service at both. The hotel is in a good location too. Would stay again

Very nice hotel ! Friendly staff . Quality food and service . Spa was grate ! Staff and massage was really outstanding. Shower really clean after massage . Very happy . Beautiful lobby and piano playing daily . Very nice

Bien, est-ce que je reviendrais dans cet hôtel, non.

Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Petit déjeûner varié. Le bar à cocktail sur le rooftop est très sympa et dispose d'une belle vue panoramique sur la ville

Malheureusement pour un 5* on a tendance à s'attendre à la perfection et le moindre détail paraît difficilement acceptable. 2 exemples : Pas de serviettes de bain lorsque nous arrivons à la piscine à 13h30 et devoir attendre 30min pour en avoir alors qu'il n'y a que 12 transats.. La superbe carte des cocktails signature alléchante, mais finalement lorsque l'on commande il n'y en a que 2 sur 10 disponibles... Commander 2 plats et manger chacun son tour parce qu'il y a eu 20min d'attente entre son plat et le mien... Ce n'est certes que des détails pas vraiment importants mais au prix de la chambre, je m'attendais à quelque chose d'irréprochable.

Et meget flot hotel med masser af wow-faktor. Meget rent og pæne værelser med god størrelse. Personalet er venlige og opmærksomme. Rigtig god beliggenhed med gode muligheder for at udforske byen til fods.

A/C blæste kold luft lige ned i sengen, så vi blev nødt til at slukke den om natten. Fin tagterrasse på 15. etage - drinks er dog i den dyre ende.

Comfort and elegance in beautiful District 3.

Everything was perfect. It’s an oasis after travelling for 20 hours to get to Vietnam! This hotel helped make Saigon feel like paradise. Very satisfied with the location, cleanliness, super comfortable bed, beautiful room, the swimming pool, helpful and friendly staff, and the delicious breakfast!

Nothing at all, we have no complaints.

Six-Star Hotel

Everything about this place was first-rate. If there was a six-star rating, it deserves that sixth star to differentiate it from the other 5-stars. The service and facilities were impeccable. The breakfast buffet was beyond good. It caters to multiple cultures. One can stay with what's comfortable or get a little adventurous; it is a great way to start the day! The gym and pool areas were a nice way to fill in some spare downtime. The available massage at the spa was also a nice stress reliever. Another feature was the rooftop bar. It provides a sweeping view of the city skyline. The location is just out of the bustle of District 1. It is approximately a 20-minute walk or a short car ride to the city center. I appreciated being slightly removed from downtown.

Das Ambiente und der Service sind überragend gut. Das Essen ist sehr gut gemacht und gehobene Küche. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht und konnten fussläufig sehr viel erreichen.

Einige Drinks auf der Rooftopbar sind sehr klein.

Lovely hotel with great service

A really elegant hotel , reminiscent of a bygone era but with all the mid cons . It’s in district 3 so close to museums , District 1 was a 20 minute stroll away. Lovely pool area and great sky view bar

l' espace dans la chambre salle de bain agreable et fonctionnelle equipe sympathique mais qui manque deliberement de soutien managerial et de formation

manque un fauteuil dans la chambre chambre pour deux = 1 seule chaise executive floor ne presente aucun interet pour le prix paye (breakfast et evening cocktail) room service = pas de table pour diner en chambre manque d encadrement et de management professionnel = poor service

Great staff and worth an upgrade for the club lounge

Great staff and the upstairs club room was excellent for food and drinks. Good location and clean room.

The work on the upstairs roof terrace was every day of our stay and very loud. We weren’t informed ahead of our stay or on check in that it was taking place.

Luxurious stay you can’t compare anywhere else

The cleanliness, the hotel staff, the breakfast buffet, the swimming pool, the gym, the overall luxurious feel of the hotel!

It was a bit out of the city centre, so travelling by taxi or Grab was a must.

Gerne mal wieder wenn man in der Gegend ist

Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm und komfortabel. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Einzig das Travel desk war etwas unflexibel und buchte nicht die gewünschten Transferangebote sondern wollte immer seine teuren Luxus Transferangebote verkaufen. Schade
