Superb aesthetics, superb location and such an opulent feel to the hotel. Staff went all out to make our stay comfortable and even took extra effort to make our celebrations more pleasant. It’s totally worth revisiting
Almost nothing.

The location of this hotel is right in the middle of everything from bubble shops to street food stalls. This has been my family 4th visit and we already booked to come back for lunar new year. Thank you for always being there for us.

The whole experience from booking reservations, check-in welcome by the staff, and the attention to details. We were celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary and they specifically prepared welcome gifts for us. We felt pampered as the staff was very warm and welcoming. The hotel was elegant and luxurious and peaceful. The dining experience from a Da Vittorio dinner and the breakfast buffet at the Cardinal was superb and the food was excellent and delicious in all aspects.
We didn't find anything. Everything was perfect .

Great location with large, comfortable rooms and an amazing view on the City of Saigon. The employees were all very friendly and providing top service. Extended my stay and booked three additional nights at this hotel.
Little bit noisy when staying at the Panoramic room as the city center is very vibrant and the music downtown can be heard until late at night.

Spacious, high quality hotel in all aspects. Impressive rooms with great views (we had two), amazing breakfast, excellent gym and swimming pool. The location is very central. The Spa is enormous and we had an excellent massage (included with the room). The service is top notch at every touch point.
It’s a bit of a confusing hotel to navigate. There are 3 entrances. Lift goes to level 7, then change lift for your floor. Check in for exec rooms on the 38th. My head was spinning with all the wrong turns. Also, it’s expensive.

thé WoW factor! this place is stunning it is truly spectacular with marble and semi precious rocks as wall faces and chandeliers. The service is unparalleled, with attention to your every need. I loved the spa and foodies should try the restaurants and cafes, one is Michelin rated. the Chinese restaurant is famous for its dim sims and I loved their red rice rolls. I had so much fun there I barely left the hotel. This place makes other 5 star places look like 2 star. I had a room on 36 level so if you don’t like heights let them know when you book. the price is reasonable for what they offer. I would definitely stay there again
i like open windows but obviously that’s not possible on 36 level.

What a wonderful experience. The service was outstanding and the facilities and the hotel itself was very beautiful. Close to a lot of good restaurants and rooftop bars.

The breakfast buffet was way overpriced and the a la carte options were too expensive individually.
Decoration was not my style, the internet was very slow at 4mbps which is surprising for a 5-star hotel, breakfast was way too expensive, and 2 had to take 2 different elevators to go to the lobby and back.

The place and decors are magnificent. The room was really clean and with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Vietnamese dishes. The pool is big and perfect to relax after a long day visiting the city. The staff and service are excellent too.
The dinner at the French restaurant is a little bit overpriced, even for a high standing establishment.

We enjoyed our stay here as the facilities were clean, the beds were so comfy and the location was close to everything. The staff were all so pleasant and we loved enjoying our breakfast with the view of the city. We would highly recommend the spa facilities! They offer a variety of massages/packages and our experience was very relaxing. We would suggest staying in the Junior Suite as it includes a spa package and offers the most amazing views of Ho Chi Minh City at night as well as during sunrise/sunset.
The TVs in the room are a little outdated. They're not smart TVs so we were unable to stream our favourite shows. We also found the movie/show selection to be lacking.

everything. rooms are great and the pool is well maintained
there was a mix up with a babysitter I requested however they did resolve this so cannot complain. they turned the situation around completely.

The property is unique. Its over-the-top opulent with a distinctive Asian feel and we enjoyed how the designer/owner put it all together and pays attention to details. The spa was stunning and again, no detail left undone. We booked a panorama room which gave us beautiful views from the 31st floor. But what makes this place exceptional is the staff. I felt so cared for by each and every person we interacted with. The staff went above and beyond every single time we spoke to them or asked anything of them.
world class service is a warm and hospitable way. (I dont like service that is excellent but snobby. )
Everything was wonderful.

This is the best customer service experience I've ever had in my years of traveling. Out of 20, 7 in our group got sick. I got really sick and was taken by ambulance to the emergency hospital. Up to now, I still can't believe how wonderfully kind, helpful and accomodating the staff were. they took care of everything I need and even gave the conference room for our group to stay after checking out and waiting for the time to go to the airport. I missed all the activities in Saigon but staying in the hotel more than made up for it. I stayed in a similar hotel in Sao Paulo, got sick and taken to the emergency room but I did not get the same treatment I got from La Reverie. Our group really appreciate all the kindness and at the same time professionalism the staff showed us. It really is a 5-star hotel with a human touch.
Nothing. Everything was excellent.

The hotel location is wonderful. Right in front of Nguyen Hue walking street. You can walk to many shops, restaurants and Bach Dang rive is only a block away. The staff is wonderful. Especially, the staff in the restaurant. Morning breakfast is also good (not cheap). Everybody is very helpful. This is a luxury hotel and it is built like one. It is built to impressed. I think I walked away remembering the caring staff more than anything else.
I found couple things such as the elevators, the light controls in the room and the control of the shower not user friendly. One has to use two different elevators to get down to main lobby is confusing at least the first day. I understand this is because check-in is located on seven floor and this is designed for security reason. The button to control the lights are too low especially the one close to the bed. I don't like hotel that tried to hide the light switches. Ease and user friendly should be a priority over appearance.
