Beautiful four bedroom two and 1/2 bathroom located between Homer and Anchor point eight miles from town for shopping. Overlooking the Cook inlet with stunning 180 degree views of four volcanos.
2 bedrooms 2 bath washer and drier & tv on main fl 2 bedrooms 1/2 bath in loft.
1st floor has 1 king bed and 1 queen bed
2 nd floor has 4 twin size beds.
views of ocean, mountains, and wildlife ( moose, Eagles, and Sandhill cranes )
Easy access to fishing for trout, salmon, and halibut.
10 min to harbor charter boats 10 min to anchor river 80 miles to Kenai river.
Plenty of room for parking and has a rv hook up.

Our family of four recently stayed at the Ocean Views property outside of Homer. We loved the peacefulness and amenities. Dave, the owner, was great and even shared some fishing poles with my poles which they were happy to use! Would definitely recommend for any family or group traveling together!

We did an adult trip to go fishing and check out the area. The view the home has is just absolutely breathtaking. The home had everything we needed. The water stayed hot with us all taking showers and doing laundry, the heater worked great and even had to turn it down some. The home was easy to find and Dave did a great job showing us everytbing with the house.We even opened the windows to enjoy listening to the little kids next door giggling and playing outside. Highly recommend this home if you are staying in the Homer area.

This rental had room for our group of 6 to spread out and space for us to gather. The neighborhood was quiet with beautiful scenery. The deck offered seating space to sit and enjoy the view. When the clouds cleared, it was breathtaking!

We thoroughly enjoyed the deck to take pictures of the gorgeous views! The house was very cozy and warm and the beds were very comfortable! It is stocked with just about everything you need! David is a very gracious host! We will definitely come back and stay as we have family here to visit!

Overall the rental had everything we needed l. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Only thing was, it is not a 4 bedroom. We had 4 couples so when we arrived and discovered the upstairs was one big loft room with 4 twin beds, it was very disappointing and awkward. The listing is not accurate. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and close enough to everything we needed to visit. The neighborhood Sand Crane was fun and entertaining to see as well as the moose going thru. There is a definite trail thru the neighborhood the moose travel on. All the rooms had black out shades which was nice since the night hours were pretty short during our stay and we had some early morning rises for charters.

My husband and I had a few days to spend in Homer and we really enjoyed our stay here! Dave was wonderful and welcoming. The cabin had amazing views and the space was beautiful!!! Great place for a big family or group. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook! Both bathrooms were very nice and all of the rooms were cozy. Dave helped us with some questions and was very accommodating!Thanks for everything Dave!

Starting with communication, Marianne and Stephanie were wonderful to work with. They message morning of arrival to check on approximate arrival time. Check in was great. Stephanie was there to welcome our group and get us in. The House? Spectacular!!! The cleanliness and amenities were perfect. The views? Couldnt have been better. Location was perfect for our needs. We were so excited to still be able to come to Alaska even with the pandemic. David’s house was immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable & there was plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. There are lots of hiking trails close & the house is very close to Homer. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you David for providing such wonderful accommodations!

Our family of six (including four teenagers) had a great stay. We enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen, grilling out on the deck, and playing cards in the evening. There was a lot to do in Homer and the house was close enough, but still in a wonderfully secluded spot with a great view. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay for small groups or large families. The beds are comfy, the place was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware & it met all our needs. The sunset views are amazing, sit out on the deck & enjoy the fresh air. The owner/manager met us upon arrival, gave us a quick tour offering up extra coolers and assistance if needed, then left us alone the remainder of our time there. Excellent place to stay , we'll be back. Thanks for wonderful stay.

The views from this cabin were great! On a clear day we could really see 4 volcanoes. The owner lives on-site and showed us around the cabin and kitchen upon checkin. The upstairs bunk room was great for our four children. We were two families traveling together to Alaska for the first time. The 4 twin beds and half bath was the perfect fit for our kids, and the downstairs bedrooms worked well for the grown-ups too. The kitchen was well-stocked and the views were to die for! There were even big pots available to cook crab legs in. We didn't get the chance to use the outside spaces much, it was pretty windy the two nights we stayed. We enjoyed our stay in this cabin.
