About this house rental
Enjoy Rocky Point in total luxury in your own 3 bedroom home. This beautiful property within the upscale resort of Bella Sirena offers the best of everything. 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, fully remodeled kitchen, spacious living areas, sweeping views, jacuzzi in the back over sized lawn overlooking the ocean. We think we have the best 3 bedroom villa property at Bella because we are closest to the ocean and have a huge yard to relax or play games on.
The front master suite walks out to the patio with the Jucuzzi, oversized propane grill and outdoor shower. The master suite has a gorgeous comfortable King sized bed, large flat screen TV, lots of dresser and storage space and is beautifully decorated. Walk into a luxurious extra large bath with its own over sized tub and a stunning tiled shower. 2 separate vanities allows for plenty of room to set all of your personal items.
The second master suit has a King bed, TV, built in draws and hanging closet, and gorgeous large bathroom with 2 vanities and beautifully tiled shower. The 3rd extra large bedroom offers 2 sets of bunk beds. One bunk has a KING bed on the bottom, and a full on top. The other bunk has 2 single beds. This room has extra space to pull up a couple of chairs and relax while watching your own TV.
Each room is decorated beautifully. Every room has its own TV. The main room and bunk bed room have direct TV.
Enjoy cooking in the fully equip, newly remodeled kitchen that has everything you need. Enjoy a very large patio with extra large grill, Jacuzzi and outdoor shower that opens up to your own over sized yard. Enjoy the rooftop sundeck where you can admire the views and soak in the sun. The roof top boasts a built in wet bar, table for 6, and conversation table and 4 chairs. Enjoy meals and relaxing while overlooking the ocean.

An all around amazing experience!

We went with my sister and her family. So 2 couples and 5 ‘children’. The space was perfect. The bunk bed room had plenty of space for the kids. The house had everything we could need. Fully stocked kitchen, board games,
sand toys, beach umbrellas, plenty of beach chairs and wagons to help cart it all down to the beach.
Having an outdoor shower was amazing, it really helped cut down on any sand we inevitably brought back up to the house.
We honestly had no issues with the house or the hosts.
I would recommend not going in July if you can help it, it was so hot and humid, the ocean and all the pools were very warm and we felt like we had to stay inside during the middle of the day. Thank goodness we had enough room to not feel crowded during those hours 😂

From the moment we set foot on the property we were in love with it. Immediate response from Ann when we had trouble with the garage code and question on the hot tub. Stunning villa, great views, super clean. Lots of amenities and toys to play with. We didn't use many of them because it was kind of chilly and it was our first time to Puerto Penasco so we were out checking things out, but for sure want to come back and rent this place again. The entire property at Bella Sirena is beautiful, landscaped so nicely, did have a drink at the pool bar which was fun, the bartenders were great to talk to. We enjoyed the private, brand new jacuzzi on the patio every evening. Loved everything about this place. We had friends in another villa and gotta say, this one was better. The furnishings both inside and outside were so nice and comfortable. Lots of seating inside and outside and up on the rooftop deck. They also had many great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area which was also very helpful. Awesome stay - will be back for sure!! Thank you for everything.

We absolutely loved this Villa- it was so well stocked, it had very high quality linens and towels (and plenty of towels), the layout was perfect, the location was perfect- I can’t say enough about how great the place was. And on top of that, the owner was incredibly helpful and kind and has amazing property managers who helped us with a few things during our stay. I cannot wait to go back!

The location of Villa 16 is one of the best in the complex. It is a well stocked unit with everything in working condition. The owner communicated effectively and helped our with a few questions we had about the local area. We will be renting here again. Overall a Great experience!

We had the best time and best experience. The owners are amazing to work with and the villa is beautiful. They have so many extras that make the experience so enjoyable. We stayed with three families for thanksgiving and loved it! Great location for the property, close to the beach, pool and restaurant.

We absolutely loved staying in Villa 16! The location is incredible. The home was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. It's nicely furnished & decorated with a great relaxing vibe. The house was perfect for our 2 families to share and the bunk room is larger than it looks in the photos. Big comfy sectional in the family room with a big ottoman was great. The bathrooms are very spacious. The beds are super comfortable with high quality linens. The roof deck, outdoor shower & spa were great also. Owners were very communicative and helpful, although we had zero problems. We hope to stay here again!

The Villa is located closely to the sea with an amazing view on the roof top. The house was tastefully decorated and updated. We have stayed at Bella Sirena for over 10 years and this was the nicest property. Ann was very responsive to questions and we will come back again.

This property was all we were hoping for and more!! The space was perfect, everything was clean, we had more than enough toys to enjoy in the ocean, we were a couple minutes walk from the beach and a 10 second walk to the pool! The owner was quick to respond when we needed something! Honestly, this was our best vacation ever and we will be back staying at Villa 16!!! Highly, highly recommend!!!!

This was the best VRBO property i have ever stayed in. It actually had all the amenities Ann listed, the house was just as beautiful as described. It was fully stocked from kitchen, to bathroom, to garage. The beach chairs and umbrellas were life savers... I would love to stay here again !
The fridge was not working when we got there and she got someone out ASAP to fix it, she was so responsive and just a pleasure to deal with.

We are regulars Villa renters at Bella Sirena, this is the nicest one, and owners super responsive. Villa is in the best location in the resort, easy to walk back and forward to the beach all day long, awesome grass area for kids to play, and excellent round table for group dinners. Plenty of beach toys, kayaks, chairs and carts, wishing we had not brought all our own gear. The AC is ice cold, as each room has its own AC unit, it can be tricky to set it up right.

Spent 3 nights here with a group of friends on a golf trip. Bella Sirena is the best spot to stay in PP and this villa was the perfect location and space. Everything was comfy, in good shape, and in working order. Would recommend.
