This villa is just lovely, and met our group's needs perfectly. In addition to the beautiful and comfortable decor, the unit was probably the best stocked we've ever seen, and we've been traveling to Puerto Penasco since 2005! This includes chairs, floats, kayaks, and a second refrigerator in the garage.
Check-in/check-out was easy, and the property manager/owner was responsive to questions prior to arrival.
This was our second time staying in a villa at Bella Sirena, and we absolutely love the outdoor space. Having our own hot tub and grill was amazing.

We have stayed at several of the villas at Bella Sirena and this villa was far and above the nicest and most family functional one we have stayed. The villa is welcoming and well decorated. Having air conditioning units in each of the rooms was a major bonus. We loved that there were beach towels to use and the third bedroom with the bunk beds was amazing for all the kids making it the perfect villa for 2 families. We will be fighting with our friends to book this villa in the future as it really is the best villa at Bella Sirena.

This villa is situated perfectly within the resort. Close to the beach and the many pools the resort offers. Cathy was very easy to work with and made sure we felt right at home. The accommodations in this villa has everything you need for your vacation. It was very difficult to leave it was so wonderful! Thank you Cathy!

We have been vacationing at the Bella sirena for the last 5 years. We have stayed in different accommodations within this resort each time. This house is one of our favorites so far. Beautiful decor, great loacation, well stocked and great communication from the owners. We will definitely look to rent this one again.

The Villa was beautiful and located just a short walk to the beach and pool. The hot tub at the Villa was the perfect place to end our evenings when the weather got a little chilly. We traveled with 6 adults and 2 children and everyone enjoyed their stay and there was plenty of space for us all. We had 1 problem with the TV working (World Cup time or else we wouldn’t have even needed a TV) we contacted the lister, maintenance came right out and it was fixed that day, Thanksgiving Day at that. Highly recommend this villa for any stay, any time of year, for any amount of time.

This place was simply perfect! I had booked it for my sister's bachelorette weekend, which was a rather tame one given that she was the only one not married and we are all well into our thirties. The property was simply gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and festive. It truly was the perfect backdrop for our festivities!
Also, Cathy connected us to a wonderful private chef, Julio, and he was especially accommodating to individuals with dietary restrictions. His food and service was first class, and I would certainly contact him in the future when we return.
It was worth it to pay the extra $70 odd dollars to use the jacuzzi, as it was rather cold to get into the ocean when we stayed. The rooftop was HUGE and private, and I only wish we had used it more often. The place's proximity to Wrecked at the Reef is SUPER close, and made for a very fun stay!
The beds were comfortable, the living area was enormous and functional, and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. If you have any hesitations, just stop yourself and book now! I can't wait to get a big group together in the future and return :)

Bella Sirena is one of the best properties that we have stayed at so far over the last 5 years. The villa itself was perfect for two families, 4 adults and 4 kids total. We loved this Villa, it was amazing. We normally go to Rocky Point 3-5 times a year and have stayed at other resorts or private homes that we rent, this place by far exceeded our expectations and for sure will be coming back (hopefully soon). Everything was great, relaxed/care free atmosphere (as it should be), plenty of room for everyone, this Villa is super close to the pool (the pools; one of them being a pool bar) and the beach. The location of the Resort is also great, lots of security and people that work there are super nice. Just everything was perfect for us!!! Thank you Cathy and Tom for being super nice and available to answer our questions. Hope to be there again soon!!!

VILLA 13 vacations for the whole family
first of all, this villa was a great place to stay if you want to have a great time for your vacation. from begging to end just wonderful, the villa was a large place to stay with all the amenities you need and tools as well. no need for chairs or shade to go to the beach, all included. the beds and furniture were great and lots of light if you want it. your own private garage as you enter the villa plus lots more, outside living space as well as on top with view of the beach and the pools. lots of palm trees more than any place in rocky point, temperatures in pools were just great and bar has food snack and cocktails, for kids as well. our whole experience was awesome especially with scott and tom, scott handle an issue very quick and very efficient as well as tom. they were there in any problem or issue we might had. we are very thankful. we will be back again for sure, fyi. outside vendor drinkd were delicious, specially thr piña colada $10 for the whole pineapple plus a cup with alcohol included also the coconut drink mix with inside coconut for $12 really big and very tasteful. so highly recommended to everyone. till next time.

Beautiful villa at Bella Sirena
This is a beautiful and spacious unit. We loved the feel of being in our own house, with a ground floor patio, but then still having the perks of a resort (pools, grassy area for kids to play on). The unit itself is very well furnished, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were tons of towels for showering and the beach/pool. It's hard to suggest any improvements. Each bedroom (2 queens, one bunk room) had a gorgeous large bathroom either attached or right next door. The living room and dining room worked well for serving our group (2 families), and we loved the lounge furniture outside. We would happily return!

Fantastic villa with everything you could possibly need. Spacious for all 7 of us, CLEAN, well-appointed, convenient to pools and the beach. We really couldn't have asked for anything better. We will definitely stay here again.
