Fishing boats and private charters are easy to find. There are several different locations for flying through the jungle on zip lines, one of the newest and most fun activities. You can swim with the dolphins. From your Grand Venetian terrace, you can see dolphins and whales during the winter and early spring months. There are restaurants of every cuisine and price range, many with top chefs. Puerto Vallarta is one of the best places in the world to spend Christmas and/or New Years.
