Come and enjoy this updated and private home! This house is centrally located with easy access to the beaches, restaurants and shops. Air Conditioned space is 1281 ft² (119 m²), Overall home area is 2148 ft² (200 m²) ; we have an oversize garage, outdoor covered area and a large southern exposure sun deck if the shade isn’t your thing.
With a 8 minute car drive, you can reach Manasota Key beach; several other beaches are nearby as well.
The house has a brand new, Southern exposure, heated, salt water (gentle for your skin) pool. Beautiful and specious paved patio with newly installed screen enclosure covering the entire area.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped should you decide to stay in and make a meal. Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a direct entry to patio/pool area. The second bedroom has a king size bed and this room also has a sliding door which allows for direct entry into pool/patio area! The living room area has a queen sleeper sofa which converts into a full size bed.
Oversized garage with automatic door will keep your car safe, dry and cooler.

This is our second time staying at Casa Coco. We’ve stayed at both properties now and both are amazing. The owners go above and beyond to provide everything you will need. Any issue that may come up will be taken care of immediately and communication is easy. The house is unbelievably clean and the beds were so comfortable. They have provided everything you’ll need for a day at the beach, including four nice beach chairs, an umbrella, wagon and towels. It’s so nice to not have to pack these things. We will always recommend Casa Coco for anyone looking for a relaxing time away.

Casa Coco was an awesome getaway! After a Minnesota snowstorm canceled our flights, Chester and Aneta were extremely helpful. Going as far as to help us find a flight. We made it two days late, but it was worth it! The house and pool were perfect. After asking for some recommendations for restaurants, the owners suggestions were perfect. Definitely looking forward to coming back and staying at Casa Coco! Thanks for a great vacation!

Fantastic week as always. The house is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean.
Chester and Aneta are always prompt in replying to questions. Everything possibly needed is provided. The pool and outdoor living area provide a peaceful, relaxing, and private oasis. Manasota Beach is less than a 10 minute drive away.

We loved this house! Very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The layout was perfect for our family. The pool area was very private and offered great options for sitting in or out of the sun. The house is close to beaches and shopping. The owners were very responsive and nice. I totally understand the many five star reviews for this property. I’m very critical and picky when it comes to rental properties, and Casa Coco didn’t disappoint!

We very much enjoyed our vacation at CasaCoco. This home is in a quiet neighborhood yet convenient to stores/restaurants and a short drive to several beaches. The home is immaculate and nicely decorated; beds were comfortable and everything you might need is provided. The backyard/pool area is quiet, private and relaxing. Our hosts, Chester and Aneta, were attentive but not intrusive. They went out of their way to mail an item we forgot back to us. We would not hesitate to recommend this home.

We enjoyed our Christmas at Aneta and Chester’s place two years ago so much that we couldn’t wait to come back! It’s the coziest spot in Venice with a lovely private backyard and heated pool. It’s 9 minutes from the beach, bike trails, parks and playgrounds. We highly recommend Magnolias in Englewood for a special night out.

This was the perfect spot for my husband & I to spend our honeymoon. It is within minutes to different beaches, stores & restaurants. We looked forward to swimming in the pool each day. The home is exactly what the pictures portray. Very clean, relaxing and safe. We felt as if we were at home! We were very appreciative of the beach chairs, umbrella, etc provided for our access to exploring different beaches. The owners are great to work with and had good tips/recommendations for the Venice area. We definitely will be back and encourage others to try this place out! It does NOT disappoint.

This house was a perfect place for us to spend Thanksgiving and reflect on how good life can be. Everything from the inside to the outdoor decor is warm and welcoming. Both bedrooms have king sized beds which was not only great for my husband and I but great for my kids who shared the second bedroom. The saltwater pool is heated and very inviting! Aneta and Chester were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed… even gave us instructions on how to access Fox Sports so we could watch the World Cup! We would love to stay here again in the future!

What a beautiful home! Everything was absolutely spotless, the beds were quite comfortable, and the pool/lanai area was so relaxing. The kitchen was also well equipped, so we didn't have to eat out every meal. Chester & Aneta were wonderful to work with, ensuring that we had everything we needed – from beach chairs/coolers to good restaurant recommendations. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Epic and outstanding!!!
I'll try to describe perfection in 2 words: Casa Coco. The house is just as described and even better than the pictures. It has every thing you may need for a great beach vacation. It is conveniently located within Venice and overall in Florida, very close by there is a big grocery store, good lunch/ dinning options, gas station, the beach, etc. . Close to several beaches in Florida as well, so if you want to visit one different every day, like we did, you can do that (Manasota beach, Venice Pier, Caspersen, Siesta Key, Manatee Beach, etc.) From 8 min drive to 30 to 45 minute drive, excellent location. The house is super clean, one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest we've stayed at. The pool area is superb!!! we spent most evenings there just chilling out after a great beach day and having dinner outside. The distribution of the house is ideal; 2 spacious and confortable rooms separated by a beautiful kitchen and living area. The kitchen is very functional and has everything you'd need to prepare any meals. House has a big garage that fitted easily our minivan. Very easy to unload and load as garage is connected to the house. The vibe of the house is very relaxed and there are inspirational/relaxing quotes throughout the house that help a lot to disconnect and get into vacation mood.. Chester and Anneta are GREAT hosts, very responsive and you can feel the care and detail they put into every aspect of the house for their guests and this starts with the welcome details we found at our arrival. Great surprise!!. All the 5 star reviews you see are real and spot on, I read them and that helped me decide, but honestly I thought "to good to be true"...well... it is all good and true. Beautiful Venice vacation at Casa Coco!
My sister and I took a very much needed vacation to Venice, and we were so happy that we chose Casa Coco. The home was beautiful, comfortable, plenty of room, two King sized beds and we each had our own bath! The screened in pool area was amazing, and the water was the perfect temperature! This home is so well equipped, along with very nice furnishings. It felt like home, but with a pool!

This was the perfect place to have a vacation. The house had everything we could think of, from grill tools and a blender, to wireless speaker. Beach accesories of all kinds and even an amazing mattress, so you can get the best sleep. Thank you guys so much! We had a great time!

We've stayed at both properties by this host and we really love them. They are clean, beachy decor and they stock EVERYTHING! I mean, scissors and baggies - things that typical places just don't think about. And they sure come in handy! You also get access to the private beach for that community, just a ferry ride away, which is an extra treat!

First off the house was immaculately clean and organized with cute decorations everywhere. There are two coffee makers (one Keurig and one regular that takes cone shaped filters).
The house has been remodeled and was stocked with everything we needed, both bedrooms have king beds and are very comfortable as well. The backyard pool area is very private and has seating for at least 10 people if you count the couch and dining table.
There were plenty of beach towels for the back yard and the pool was heated perfectly. The house is close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach. The owners are very nice and promptly responded to a question of ours. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us !!!! Rich and Terri

Terrific Florida Vacation house
For anyone skeptical of all of the 5 star reviews, rest assured. The reviews are accurate, and the rating is well-deserved. My wife and I just returned home from a relaxing long weekend at Casa Coco. Communication with Chester and Aneta was efficient and timely. The house is absolutely spotless, and equipped with virtually everything needed. The saltwater pool is a gem. We spent most of our time in the pool , relaxing in the comfortable furniture on the pool deck, and eating meals at the outside table. The pass provided for the South Venice Beach ferry is a fantastic addition to the Casa Coco experience. A 4 minute drive to the ferry landing, then a 5 minute boat ride to a private and secluded beach is a treat not to be missed. The first thing I did after arriving back home was start planning a return trip to this magical Florida paradise. Thank you, Chester and Aneta, for your thoughtfulness and hospitality.

The house was exactly as described in the listing. It was super clean (my most important criteria), cozy, had everything you need, decorated beautifully, and we felt safe. Bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house so, it was like having 2 suites. It was great having a garage to pull into and park. We were here during the tropical depression Elsa so, Chester checked in on us and made sure the pool was taken care from all the rain. Pet friendly was important to us because we have 2 dogs that are like our kids and they loved being outside with us in the pool area. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Venice.

This property is excellent and made our 12hr drive to get to it, well worth it. It provides great privacy and the property is very clean and well equipped with everything one might need. My kids were sad to leave this home, especially the pool. We spent more time at the Lanai than inside! Beautiful.

What a "Wonderful" Experience
This house was so incredibly well decorated and maintained! It had everything that we needed to enjoy our time away as a family. We absolutely loved the outdoor living space it had to offer with a pool. Better than a hotel!
This home was just as pictured. Clean, beautifully decorated, quaint and comfortable. The owner was so attentive and very thoughtful. It was my son's 13th bday and we walked in to a birthday sign, special note, chocolates and wine. Our favorite part of the trip was taking the ferry to the underdeveloped beach with the owner's ferry pass. We collected 2 handfuls of shark teeth! The pool was clean and great temp. Very relaxing weekend. Most of all, we felt safe during this time having a house all to ourselves.

We had such an amazing time at this property. This was our best experience to date with any vacation rental. All of the details are amazingly thought out. The home is modern and has a beach feel. Perfect Family Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home., which was stocked with everything we would need like towels, toys, chairs, etc. The kids loved the saltwater pool! The beds were large and comfortable. We loved how close the grocery store was. We enjoyed the dog beach and the stars at night were amazing!
