Casa Su Flamingo is located in Via Lussu, a street parallel to Via del Mare. The property enjoys an enviable position: a few steps from the downtown nightlife, the shops and the beach of Simius, and guarantees tranquility and privacy.
We want to offer you an unforgettable experience in a large apartment of over 100 square meters between indoor and outdoor that can comfortably accommodate 6 people and is composed as follows:
• kitchen equipped with microwave oven;
• large living room with panoramic view and a comfortable double sofa bed;
• 1 spacious double room with 4-door wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers and an armchair;
• 1 room with 2 single beds and wardrobe;
• 2 bathrooms with shower and bidet;
• Convenient vertical load washing machine;
• patio with very bright and airy equipped terrace;
• private balcony overlooking the rest equipped with a relaxation corner.
The house is equipped with independent air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms to counteract the heat even in the hottest summer days.
All windows and doors are equipped with anti-intrusion grilles (the keys for opening are supplied) and in the sleeping area are fitted with mosquito nets.
The property is well organized to meet a wide range of needs:
• develops on one level and outdoor spaces are designed to accommodate families with children;
• it is equipped with a garage for cars up to 5 meters long that is also well suited to sheltering more than 2 motor vehicles. If this is not enough, there is free parking available right in front of the property, so some more friends are always welcome;
• the most enchanting beaches in the south of Sardinia are within reach so explorers will be able to turn from dawn to sunset;
• the privacy guaranteed by the location and set-ups allows couples to carve out the privacy they desire most.
• outdoor furnishings allow you to enjoy both romantic and private moments and pleasant moments in the company of friends and relatives.
Entering from a condominium gate and climbing only two short flights of stairs (we are sorry but we do not have a lift), the property is accessed through a private gate for exclusive use. As soon as you enter you can admire from the large terrace the splendid view of the sea overlooking the beach of Simius and the hilly part of the village.
The outdoor area is large, well-kept and well-equipped: in the morning you can enjoy the best breakfasts of your holidays directly in the airy living room with large windows or sit on the patio to catch the first warm rays of the sun. And if you want to be pampered as early as the morning, just a few steps from the house is the LA PERLA bar that we recommend for its delicious pastry delicacies and more.
In the evening, instead, you can choose between a refreshing aperitif in the numerous bars in the town and reachable with a 200-meter walk, or the exclusivity of an aperitif for a few close friends on the brand new furnished terrace.
The entire outdoor area is equipped with a lighting system to allow you to spend wonderful evenings with family or friends after having cooked on the very comfortable masonry barbecue or having ordered a delivery to the catering
Whether you want to prepare your usual dishes or try some local recipes, in the new kitchen you will find a very large fridge with freezer, various types of pots and pans, a classic electric oven, a microwave oven and a table with 6 comfortable seating.
If you want to take advantage of the strategic location of the house, you can take a walk in the center and taste the malloreddus or cullurgiones from Sa Tankitta or take a trip to the port to taste the specialties of the restaurant La Cala by the very nice Mario. In this case we allow ourselves to recommend the use of the rental car or bike to be used in full safety on the new and super technological cycle path. Always on foot you can reach the market or all the other services offered by the country.

Grosse Wohnung, gute Lage
Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Infos zur Kerrichtrennung fehlten. Die nicht grosse Garage wird als Eingang zur Souterrainwohnung benutzt, d.h. Velos werden am parkierten Auto vorbei geschoben. Zugang zur Wohnung im 1. Stock erfolgte durch eine Schiebetüre, deren Schloss defekt war. Deshalb konnte die Wohnung nicht abgeschlossen werden. Pfannen alle sehr zerkratzt. Lage gut, 5 Gehminuten zum gut assortierten Lebensmittelladen und Bäckerei. Strände während der Nebensaison sehr schön. Ab Mitte Juni dürfte es eng werden.

Fantastic apartment in Villasimius
We (two adults, two boys of 7 and 11 years) stayed in the flat for ten days in October and really had a wonderful holiday. The spacious apartment and the big terrace are just like in the pictures and were more than we could ask for. The rooms are furnished with care and in modern design, everything was in perfect order and very clean. Everything we needed and much more was provided – a nightlamp for kids, scissors for poultry, … The equipment was perfect!
In October it was very quiet in the area even though the apartment is close to the centre of the village. There’s a supermarket and a bakery within a five- minute walk, the centre is about ten minutes away. You can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes but we always took the car in order to go to different splendid places.
The owner was not on site but nevertheless he was always helpful and caring via phone. When we arrived we were welcomed by a friendly couple and were able to leave our luggage even though the apartment wasn’t ready yet as it was still early in the morning. We also had to leave very early ten days later and the handover of keys was on time and trouble-free.
We can only recommend this lovely flat that truly deserves five stars.
